Maybe the uniforms can be optional? I don't think it'd be pretty efficient in a school where super powered boys and girls fight constantly.

Also, maybe just a simply black blazer and matching slacks? Keep it simple.

Yeah I have to agree, they'd probably get ripped and need replacing constantly which could be quite pricey.

Well. I actually think having a single uniform makes fighting more balanced since both fighters will be limited by the same clothing. That said, there should actually be a separate gym/fighting uniform.

I have to say, making the principal some sort of omnipotent figure feels like a really bad copout so nothing has an impact. If someone loses badly the principal can heal them with no problem whatsoever because the player would feel bad otherwise, if something gets damaged the principal can just blink it back, if the GM doesn't like something he can just have the principal blink it out of existence. It just feels like something that'll really cheapen the experience.

Well, if it's really that much of a problem to you then I can just make the buildings reinforced or just make it a rule that you have to use an arena to fight and remove the whole principal omnipotence thing. That probably means that the sick-bay people are going to have their hands full a lot of the time too.

I think it'd be funnier to have like, construction ninjas that fix things when you're not looking and a variety of crazy medicine people in the sick bay. Feels like it'd mesh better with crazy school of facepunching, you know? I'm not saying the headmaster can't or shouldn't be powerful but turning him into Handwave Man just feels like the least fun way to go about it.
