I'm also deciding if I'll do the first IC post soon or about twelve more hours.


If the 12 hour waiting is set for more preparation and OOC discussion, I think most of us are good.

Of course I could be wrong and you just want to get some sleep away from all these rustled LoZ fans...

@GodOfWar Alright... I'll get the post up. Yes their will be musical link in the text and yes most of the music will be from Twilight Princess. It's my favorite and I love the music from the start of the game.

@GreenGoat Perhaps an older more thoughtful Ganon who plans to use subtle ways to take over the kingdom? Rather than just good old fashion kidnapping maybe poisons the king and blames Zelda?

Could work, but I'd have to be on the king's good side and not look as evil. This is also assuming no one knows I'm evil yet. I'll try figuring it out once the IC comes lol.

Also, I would say there's no way to play Ganon(dorf) wrong. No matter what motives you set for him, you'll definetly succeed with these 4 principles!

Are you actually playing Ganon:

Cause that is not the same thing as Ganondorf. If you start using them interchangeably I'm going to get hella confused and be asking for clarification every time you post.

I don't know if this helps but in the old RP Zmerr was playing Gandondorf. He was a reincarnation who was visiting Hyrule for the sake of peace negotiations between Hyrule and the Gerudos. He wanted to give his people a better life and break the cycle of the Goddesses which always cast him as the villain. This was of course a smokescreen for taking over Hyrule and bringing it under Gerudo rule. If that helps you're welcome to use it.

I was thinking something more along the lines of, Hyrule and Gerudos trade freely and the kings are friendly with one another. Then Ganondorf poisons king, blames Zelda for it and takes over... "Temporarly" To restore peace.

Regardless of that any way I look at this I don't think you could be playing [i]the[i/] Ganondorf, the ones that appears in OoT, TP, and WW. I don't believe there is any conceivable way he could have survived much less stayed the king of the Gerudos.

Ganondorf is basically immortal as long as he has the triforce of strength, IIRC. He could only be sealed, which only works for so long before he breaks out again. EDIT: oh wait, the master sword. Yeah that kills him, along with some other weapons i think.

But as to that king thing? I don't think he would stay king, if he kinda phased out into time and returned again. Or getsealed for a long time and return. You get my gist. ^^;

@GreenGoat Actually a male is born into the Gerudo every one hundred years and named king. Ganondorf actually does reincarnate much like the Links.

There's also the thing about the Gerudo only producing one male every one hundred years. There could be the possibility that it's a different person altogether and kind of follows the generational thing that the Hero and Zelda do.

Or perhaps (probably an outrageous idea) he's not even Gerudo and the Triforce of power has fallen into the hands of a new enemy.
