@Pink Madness not to be rude, but if you want a specific Mega, I would have to add it to the list of custom megas we have. That would require me to chose stats, abilities and typing for it. What you think you want may not be what it turns out to be.

EDIT: For example, this is my favorite Mega Ninetails design, so this is what it would look like.

@JudgeApatow Sure, surprised that you didn't go for one of the slightly over-powered Kalos Starter megas.


Eh, maybe I'm being dumb but it feels weird to go with a starter from the games. Also, I think Abomasnow looks kinda cool (I tend to like biped or strong-looking Pokémon, Abomasnow is both).

Second also, both Snover and Abomasnow are pretty good against the Flygon family. But that's a secondary thing I don't even take into consideration. ;)

And that's the one that would be the easiest for someone with an Electric-type starter. I can feel the forthcoming ego trip from here.

Well, I could possibly pick up a Carnivine in the forest, which could plow through a weak water gym.

I mean, you're the GM, so you could do whatever you'd like, but that does seems a little difficult to do if at that point you only had a Trapinch... So I guess you'd need to catch something else as well? You did tell me at some point that there was a choice of two gyms for the first badge, as both connected to the same route. I don't remember which was the other one, but I guess that would also be a good option for anyone who doesn't feel comfortable with having Water-types be their first gym.

@Pink Madness Ummm.... No offence, but I took a quick look at some of your older posts and ummmm.... there were some HUGE grammatical errors in them. I'm uhh... afraid I will have to revoke my approval of your CS. Sorry if English isn't your first language, but I have a touch of Grammar OCD and reading that each time you post would give me a MAJOR headache. Good luck with improving your grammar and future RPs.

@JudgeApatow It is the Fire gym. I can do whatever I want, you are correct. I could have a Delta Trapinch typed with Grass/Rock and wonder guard but I wont because that would be over-powered. I'm going to get a Grass Type somewhere along the way.

HEADS UP to everybody, each Gym Leader has 6 pokemon so be prepared.

Jesus, that Wonder Guard ability is kinda OP. No wonder they only use it on a Pokémon that's otherwise under-powered.

Also, jesus, 6 Pokémon. That will be interesting (and make more sense than only three, like in the games.)

@Draconis Nevyn once you post, I'll react to everybody's starter choice and give those that didn't autonomously take a pokedex one. along with a few other gifts.

EDIT:@JudgeApatow It was fine, but appreciated that you fixed it none the less.

On a side note, should I keep traditional style and teach everyone how to catch pokemon or just hand them a Trainer Card and send them off? Regardless of the answer I will do what I want but I always like feedback.

Well, PvP would be in TitanPad. All battles would work like Anime, as long as you don't dodge every move with a slow pokemon and deal massive damage with a weak pokemon. We would keep a running HP count using THIS SITE to calculate base HP then estimate damage done based on the move, pokemon's type, defending pokemon's type, and a fair bit of friendly argument.
