Oh, and I promise to stop with all the timeskips once I post today. I just don't want Myra to be stuck "en route" forever. Her meeting with Aksel is going to go down at midnight on April 10th and the last half of the post will be taking place around four in the afternoon on April 11th. I hope this doesn't mess with anyone's plans...

Well, that was...unpleasant. I'm going to go back and tinker with that post, but I'm out of time for tonight. It's too rough, and I really need to work on back-and-forth conversations between people. Gah, I want to fix it now, but I don't have time. Anyways, the main points are: Aksel is with Trooper Tahrez and heading to meet Claes and Myra is in position. I'll do write ups for Trooper Tahrez, Captains Tressida, Longfoot, and Kraven when I have a bit more time. I hate putting something up in that condition, but I have to go :( Anyways, see you all later.

So the attack will commence at first light on the 12th of April. Sounds good to me.

Also Lex pls: we already have one shared name from the First Law, Captain Longfoot is going to have to die, if only for my sanity.

I am not sure if I should make a post in which Claes interrogates Aksel. I want to get the show on the road, so I think I will just have him be handed to the interrogation team for holding during the battle, and Ryan can do what he wants from there, within reason. I expect tearful confessions, empassioned rages and some kooky shit.

There, post done. Super fucking melodramatic, and once again I am not sure if I am happy with it, but I figure Claes is 100% melodrama, so hopefully it does not sound like ass.

Regardless: Aksel is in the hands of the Winds and is being temporarily restrained, both lancer units and Bayaz's archers are ready to take the town, and we're prepped and ready to go.

Yay! Posts! Reading about the mile stones, I think Lexicon's better at fleshing out my setting than I am.

Astra just needs to channel that drama into a kickass pre-battle speech. Get it out of her system.

How are we going to do this battle, anyway? Post by post, as we've done so far?

I mentioned offhandedly orders are being dispatched, I assumed that meant Myra. The orders will essentially read what we have agreed upon, telling you to take the gatehouse and telling the penal battalions to rush into the city at dawn.
