Aoi Don Maquia

Time to Work Guys!

With Daisuke duly giving Aoi the multiple digits that composed his ID number, the clown noted them all one by one in order to complete the vast majority of the form. But there was still a piece remaining other than signatures and validation toward the board. He needed a small profile picture that would generally fit his description and Daisuke would announce his desire to change his look eventually, making the whole process a whole lot longer than it should be. She fixated the bald man for a moment, her expression displaying nothing positive. She did look quite exasperated when her senpai went on about talking about his life when clearly something wasn't going to go right with his application documents if he was missing a crucial piece. Rolling her eyes, she thought for a second before coming up with a quick and practical idea.

"Senpai! You should definitely transform yourself to fit your future hairstyle and take a picture at the booth outside! If you do that for me I'll help you get accustomed here~"

She'd more or less order him to do as she bit the end of her pen with a small but visible devilish grin. She knew very well what would be his fate with that booth out there, the machine working only half the time unless he'd actively tap it and probably sacrifice more than one coin. But it was the price he had to pay for having things done quickly after all. Following that set of information, a new face would enter the scene. Though Aoi knew this man already, it was a rare thing to see such an imposing figure with a build even bigger than Daisuke's. It was Chokashi, a real Akimichi who had apparently been directed by one of the staff so she could deal with him. To add to the delight of his arrival, even if he was late, there'd be a free bento proposed, something she just couldn't ignore. She'd giggle at the hair remark the big young man made before introducing the two.

"Awww hey Chokashi, that's so nice of you~ Thanks! Oh oh oh! Before he goes off~ Chokashi, Daisuke. Daisuke, Chokashi!"

The harlequin would seem more cheerful after her little scheme in making her senpai suffer the booth of horrors. Nabbing his old papers, she'd quickly skim over them before disregarding everything she was doing in favor of feasting on the free meal she was given. Her chopsticks when wild as she didn't give the meal a chance. Despite her dedication to the food, she did skim over the old documentation's information, tossing aside paper after paper with the tip of her shoe. Eventually she'd see the front page with the old picture he had on it, and of course she'd shake her head when she noticed just how young he was at the time and how different he'd inevitably be now. Looking up at him, she'd smirk.

"Teehee~ You're gonna have to bromance with Senpai's bald head, because you also need to take a new picture at the booth! Make sure that you both take the B sizes!~"

She'd warn them before resuming her bento. As she rapidly terminated the main course, she attacked the misou soup, though this could easily be handled with one hand. Consequently her left hand would fill out the new form by just copying the old information and modifying certain information she was qualified of doing by rank. To finish the job without having them wait any longer than they should, she'd sign both set of documents with the date inscribed in both, so all they would have to do is stick the picture and sign themselves. Now she waited, as the inevitable fate they would meet with the booth would at least take them a little time. So, while waiting, she did what any professional of her caliber would do: Play a portable console game.

"Pfff, Kiki is so lame, she can't even finish this water temple. Ha! I finished it in ten minutes~"

She'd boast to herself, evidently she was good at this puzzle game, some how.

Tsukiko Umene, Honeybadger

Tsukiko was waiting just underneath the awning of the the apartment building's entrance. Akio was quick to arrive, as her text had stated, so Tsukiko couldn't complain too much. She had never particularly liked kids, but having known Akio for almost Akio's entire life she had a bit of a soft spot for the girl and thus a much higher tolerance for her. The young girl immediately expressed her distaste of the weather upon arrival. "The rain is just a hindrance, no big deal," Tsukiko stepped out from under the awning and into the rain.

Her parka did a good job at keeping dry. She noticed quickly that Akio had brought a bag with her, likely packed with survival gear or perhaps food. A scoff escaped Tsukiko as she passed Akio. "One day you'll have to learn to be completely self-sufficient," Tsukiko remarked. Akio likely would notice that Tsukiko wasn't bringing any kind of bag with her at all. She only had her regular gear, minus the spear. She had completely intended to find food and water in the wild during the trip. "It might be raining where we're going, so you know. I decided that I need a pelt from a Giant Tiger, and they live in jungles. Rains kinda often, ya know."

Tsukiko had no way of knowing for sure what the weather was so far away, but she wouldn't be surprised if it was raining there too. "You might be disappointed." Without any warning, Tsukiko leapt up onto the adjacent building, scaling the wall until she was on the roof. From there it was quick and easy to traverse Konoha, unrestricted by civilians or obstructions. Jumping across buildings was much faster than running on the ground. Downtown didn't have much variety in the height of the buildings too, so it didn't take long for the small party to reach one of the main gates. As Tsukiko landed and approached the gate, the guards there looked to her in expectation. Most shinobi provide a reason for leaving after all.

Instead they only received Tsukiko's middle finger as she walked past. One of them clearly wanted to stop her and demand her reason for leaving, but he restrained himself from trying. Tsukiko Umene wasn't a person that made life easy, and it simply wasn't worth the shitstorm that would come from getting in her way. What with the instability from yesterday's coup, and the knowledge that Tsukiko was close with the new leaders, it didn't seem wise to stop her and Akio. "Hope you did your business, because we aren't stopping until I say so..."

Shin Maru, Topaz

The meeting had started off calm and collected, but it was clearly descending into an emotionally charged and heated atmosphere. Primarily from the actions and words of a few teenagers. Shin looked concerned with what was going on, but Kaito on the other hand seemed more annoyed than anything else. The situation was getting out of hand, and it was time for the iron grip. Kaito's fist slammed against the table, making a loud bang to silence the room and draw attention. "That is enough foolery," he said simply as he retracted his fist and used his hand to prop up his head instead.

"I did not come here to handle petty squabbling between children, nor to let it drag the adults down. The subject at hand is the Choko siblings, not trivial disputes." From behind his glasses his gaze focused on Daiki first and then Yamato, giving them both a disappointed look. After a few seconds of this he looked around the others at the table. "The 11th Corps boy is not here to defend this meeting, he is here to report the contents of it to Fujitora," Kaito said simply, giving a passing glance to Saburo in the corner. "There should be no need for any defending. This meeting will remain civil."

Kaito glanced up at Shin, giving him a nod. This was to confirm that Shin may be needed in order to keep the police. Not only did Shin have legal authority, but he was also a healthy young shinobi that could probably physically throw out anyone that becomes too unruly if it is required. And now he was on standby, practically waiting for any order. "Despite the fancy words and clever tongue, the ultimate goal of this meeting is to decide whether or not we overthrow Ayame and Fujitora. There will be no more distractions from the meeting, as this topic is far more important than personal problems." Now Kaito redirected his gaze to the Hyuugas, specifically Iwao. "As with most shinobi in this room, I have spent most my life dealing with ugly things that nobody likes to talk about. I am aware of the presence of foreign shinobi, but that does not mean I will use comforting words to accommodate them. I deal with certainties and facts, and the facts aren't always pretty."

Now he relented his gaze to address everyone in the room. "Overall, it seems that the majority of us have come to the conclusion that acting against the Choko siblings is an unwise move. It puts Konoha at a greater risk. The lesser of two evils is to cooperate and ensure our survival. Feeling and emotions must be put aside for the greater good. We have already failed to protect Konoha from being taken over by foreigners, but we can protect it from collapsing completely. Is there anyone who still, somehow, feels the need to go against the Choko?"

Daisuke Yama

Daisuke sighed softly at the clown’s suggestion, but he also didn’t have any other alternatives at the moment. Even knowing that he had little other choice, certainly none that would allow his papers to be finished as quickly, he still performed the three handseals needed slower than what was necessary. With his hands forming the Ram seal one last sigh parted his lips before he completed the Henge. Has the jutsu went to work his bald head was quickly engulfed in shaggy, medium length hair.

”You do realize that this means I have to keep this up until my hair actually grows out this long right? If I walk around bald after getting the picture I may as well have not bothered in the same place.”

Placing one hand on the arm of the couch he used it to aid himself in standing, causing it to groan under the pressure. While he wanted to get the picture over with as soon as he could, there was something in Aoi’s smile that unsettled him, he was interrupted by the presence of another rather large man. Daisuke was a bit surprised to realize that the other man was wider than him, though a little shorter. It wasn’t the first time he had encountered such a scenario, but it was quite uncommon. After the man, and subsequently Aoi, introduced himself Daisuke bowed his head slightly. He had of course heard the Akimichi heir’s name before, he tried to familiarize himself with the names of any significant clan member, but he had never actually had time to speak to the young man.

”It is a pleasure to meet you Chokashi, as Aoi-Kohai mentioned I am Daisuke Yama.”

Once more his attention was forced away from his current activity as Aoi began devouring the food Chokashi brought for her with a ferocity that matched that of the Akimichi’s. As if in a daze he slowly lifted one hand to his face before laying his forehead in the palm, shaking his head back and forth slightly. With the distraction brought by the clown fading, simply due to a combination of acclimation and her announcement that both he and Chokashi would need to take a picture, he turned his attention back to the Akimichi heir.

”I suppose we may as well get this over with, this is only my first stop.”

While his voice faded away he watched Aoi quickly sign the bottom of both of their documents. Turning towards her he leaned forward and slipped the papers from her grasp, bowing his head slightly in the same motion.

”Thank you again for your help so far Kohai, I will come back once our documents are finished.” Returning his attention to Chokashi, Daisuke nodded his head towards the exit. ”I have both of our papers, if you would be willing you are more than welcome to take the lead.”

He sat there in awe as Aoi had begun to devour the food with such vigor that Chokashi couldn't help but laugh. "Hahaha! Aoi-sensei, sometimes I wonder if your an Akimichi in disguised with the way you eat." His laugh was nice and hardy until he was reminded about the BBQ. Smacking a fist into an open palm with an "Oh" He looked at Aoi as he scratched the back of his hair before letting out a groan, a nervous smirk on his face. "Ah Aoi, speaking of Akimichi. My father wanted me to ask if you if you and your family would be interested in performing at the Open Barbeque. He still is going forward with it despite the weather and is willing to pay you. You won't have to worry about getting wet since we'll be hosting it in the grand hall. It's fairly large, probably able to hold most of your acts and on top of it ill guarantee you and your family a personal banquet afterwards. Or if you want in between acts to get something to eat. If you can't I'll understand and besides, I planned on asking my pops to see if I then can just bring my bandmates with me and we'll perform. So would you be able to?" He asked with an eyebrow raised and his head slightly tilted.

After he had gotten his answer, a yes receiving the response of "Alright that's great. I'll let him know when I get home.", or a no, receiving "Ah that's ok. I have an idea of how busy you can get. Most jounin are usually either doing loads of paperwork or training the youngsters. Maybe next time." and a smile and nod, he would turn his attention to Daisuke.”I suppose we may as well get this over with, this is only my first stop.”. Cho walked to his left, wrapping his right arm around his shoulder and began to walk with him towards the exit. Halfway he looked back at Aoi, a mischievous grin crossed his face as he looked back at her while talking to Daisuke as he did. "Its ok, I'm looking forward to this as much as you are." He looked back towards the doorway at the halfway mark. As they approached the door he gestured for him to go first. Daisuke gave a light nod and smile as he exited first. Cho waited a second before looking at Aoi with and gave her a silent laugh shortly followed by him leaving the room. Cho decided to initiate a small conversation about Konaha and it's recent activities as well as about himself and what his family does and the monthly Barbeque that most of the village is invited to. He also had offered Daisuke, if need be, a place to stay at the Akimichi compound. It wasn't uncommon for them to do that for fellow leaf nin but it wasn't a daily thing either.

It didn't take long before they had gotten to the booth and stepped in. Cho looked at him and gave him a small chuckle that showed he understood Daisuke's utter annoyance that he had for this. The booth was fairly cramped, leaving the Akimichi out hang out of it slightly. It was quite comical if one was watching. To fairly large fellows, one larger than the other inside of a small booth that most might see at a carnival or mall. "So I suppose we should get this completed as soon as possible.. "Don't worry about it Daisuke-san I got this covered." The Akimichi nodded sagely as he placed the necessary change into the machine to take the picture. It took a at least three flash pictures before it would print a final copy. Luckily, Cho had been told this by his father and his friends who had taken their pictures before so he felt he would introduce himself to Daisuke in a more...appropriate fashion. So as the first flash went off, he had done a partial expansion jutsu on his finger, just enough to make Daisuke move. Daisuke asked Chokashi politely to refrain from doing that. The Akimichi heir quietly said sorry with a with a muffled snicker. As the second flash went off he did it again. This time a little bit more oomph to it, causing Daisuke to furrow his eyebrows as he sighed, this time with slight agitation to his voice. "Can you please stop. I do not need this to be any harder than it already is. Cho nodded but it was only moments before the next flash and he made his move. He poked him in the side wit the expansion jutsu before releasing it and smiling at the camera as the flash went off. However, Daisuke had not looked at the camera, rather, at Chokashi. In the middle of the flash, Daisuke had raised his voice to tell Cho "Please! Will you NOT do that!" However, the picture had captured Daisuke in the middle of saying "Please", so it would appear as if he had a weird smile on his face.

"Annnd it's done." He said with a grin as the machine printed out three copies of the picture. Daisuke gave Cho a bewildered look, his mouth slightly open as if to say something but instead was in mild shock. It showed Cho smiling brightly with Daisuke looking off to his side towards Cho, in what seemed to be the middle of talking. He showed Daisuke and a small tick mark appeared on Daisuke's head. Cho held out the picture with one hand and rubbed his chin with the other, his head tilted slightly to the side. His eyebrows somewhat furrowed and a smile crept onto his face, trying to suppress a laugh that was coming on. "You know Dai-san, I think it got your good side. In fact, do I see a smirk in this picture? Ahhhh we'll worry about it later, gotta bring this back to Aoi-sensei!" He said as he got out of the booth and made fast walk back to Aoi.

When they both had gotten back to where Aoi was, he had on this big smirk as he handed the pictures to her. It wasn't a surprise for most when Chokashi met someone new and welcomed them in his own special way. It's what made Chokashi, Chokashi. "Hey Aoi-sensei, these I believe are for you." He said with a voice that screamed triumph. He turned back to Daisuke and scratched his temple. "Daisuke, you know your also invited if you wish to go to the Barbeque. A lot of people do since it's one of the more popular events that happen. Mostly because of it's monthly but you get the idea."

Yamato Minamoru, “Young Master”

“Watashi wa Kami, I am God.”

Yamato glanced briefly at the Hojo woman, whom was named Hanako, but so much wasn't known to Yamato. He was dumbfounded at the way these idiots brought their familial problems into the meeting, but he let it happen. For amusement, if anything. He glanced briefly at his father, who was looking at Hanako with deep interest, though not because she was so interesting. More so because she was putting on a splendid show of sheer stupidity. Glancing back at Hanako, Yamato raised his voice at her. “How great. An insane woman, a girl that uses her jutsu to keep her sister down like a rabid dog on a leash, and a clan that is afraid of choosing sides. I wonder what other skeletons your clan has laying in the closet.”

Yamato put both hands on the table and leaned forwards, looking Hanako in the eyes. Perhaps to try and get her to become agitated again, perhaps because he enjoyed the conflict. “You're right, I have no idea who you are, or who your clan is. That says more about you than me,” he'd say, before looking over at Yuna and standing up straight again, removing his hands from the table and crossing his arms, “I suggest you keep her leashed like that. It'd be problematic if she.. tried anything that would cause our friend from the 11th corps to have to intervene, don't you think?” Just when Yamato thought everything was done, Daiki decided to make an even bigger scene. That was fine with Yamato, however.

Yamato didn't respond to Daiki until he mentioned that the Minamoru investments were here. That was a stupid point to make. Yamato simply smirked at the comment, as if it were said by a 4 year old toddler. Ultimately, every clans' investments would be in Konoha, and that'd be the only reason they were here. The Maru wouldn't be here if it weren't for their investments, cause if they had none, they'd be able to simple move elsewhere if they disagreed.

They did not. Hence, they came to the meeting.. atleast, that was Yamato's reasoning. And it was a logical one for him, at that. Daiki's petty attempts at insulting him didn't make Yamato any more convinced of what Daiki was saying. “Hai, Daiki. I am the afflicted. I'm sure that's why you hid your curse, and your heritage. Because it wasn't you that was cursed, it was me. I get it, so cleary in front of me now. Did you forget the Uchiha caused the annihilation of Konohagakure 200 years ago? It's just like an Uchiha like you to hide this from us.” he said, before sitting down on his chair again, leaning his elbow on the support and placing his chin on the hand. With that done, Daiki and his 'mother' had left the room, which gave Reijo a way to immediately discredit them further. It might've not been the most efficient way of doing something like that, but the things that had happened would be irreversible and it's better to make use of it right away, even if it's only so slight. He coughed softly, gathering attention for himself again.

“Aghem! And with the Naito leaving us here, I assume we can all infer their interest in the affairs of Konoha. Supposedly they support Konoha, but not enough to sit in on a meeting that concerns the future of the coming years of Konohagakure. Take from that what you will..” he said, before turning to the Hojo woman who'd spoken to his son earlier, which went not unnoticed, but without response as Daiki interfered. Reijo decided to answer her for Yamato, to make sure there'd be no mistake about the question at hand. “I believe you are wrong, Anna. He never belittled your clan. He said you are a coward for not choosing a side. I'm sure many can agree with that opinion, especially since you offer no other reason than 'survival' for your choice. As a newcomer, well, that's not exactly a good reason to pick no side in my eyes.. besides, aren't we here to discuss these matters? Because believe it or not, despite what that insolent Naito boy wishes you to believe, I called this meeting to make sure we were all on the same page.”

Reijo's face was serious, looking at Anna with that characteristical expression Reijo had. The years as a bussinessman had made him quite cunning, and charismatic too. He didn't know what kind of woman Anna was however, and judging from her children, she was probably just as insane as her heir. Regardless of that, the Hojo bathhouse was a prime candidate for a hostile takeover for Minamoru industries, and so it was slightly important to keep on her... somewhat good side. Slowly a smile came upon his visage, and he forced himself to make his expression become a bit more friendly. “I suppose we shall blame the way these motives were questioned on the 'Springtime of Youth' as master Guy wrote it. I'm sure recent events have put everyone on edge, and that would only translate to anger and stressfulness in these kind of meetings. It was to be expected, really.” The words, paired with the smile, made a convincing attempt to convince Anna that both Hanako and Yamato were simply thrown off by the recent coup, and that their words should be taken lightly, especially given the context of a busy, important meeting. For many it was the first meeting of this calibre, after all.

He was going to say more but got interrupted by Kaito, and although he was of some importance to Reijo personally, most of his importance, and that of his clan, had taken a dive when he was discharged as a policeman. Reijo grinned slightly as Kaito nodded at Shin. It was rather funny, that a man of Kaito's profession, or rather, ex profession, needed his own son to keep order. He kept quiet however as Kaito went on a rant, and although his words made sense, he did get one thing right. And Reijo would highlight that one thing, to make sure Kaito understood just how things were.

“Kaito, I've got to say I'm sorry for your recent discharge. After all, there was nobody more fit for your position than you.” Once more, the words went paired with a smile, but not one similar to the one Anna received, more one that said that it wasn't meant, that it was sarcasm, as the words were meant to highlight Kaito's failing as a policeman, and also to remind Kaito that he had attempted to arrest Reijo at one point, and was forced to give up that aspiration.

“I agree with what you say. But like I said, we mustn't forget people are currently on edge. The coup happened yesterday... cut the children some slack. However, I feel like you missed one vital point. I am not here to discuss whether we go against Ayame and Fujitora, or not. The decision on that, like you said, has already been made. We all seem to support her, to more or lesser degrees. Any clan that tries to go against her, will no doubt face off against not just the 11th, but some of the clans as well. This possible 'rebellion' you speak of, it has no place at this table. That much I can tell you.”

Slowly the smile he had faded from his mouth, and he looked more serious. His gaze was no longer upon just Kaito, but circled around the table. “I am here to ensure that we make it perfectly clear that we will keep an eye on lone wolves. It would be.. it would be a shameless waste of life, a shameless waste of good, healthy people, if we allowed them to go against the newly established Hokage alone. We will need to do our best to convince those in our clans that this is for their own good. And that it is, truly, for their own good, and not just political games.”

He faced towards Kaito again, shifting easily in his chair. He motioned towards Kaito, and then Shin, looking at Kaito all the time. “After all, how can you talk about unity and order, when your very own son does not even agree with your views on the matter? That shows to me that you didn't think about the bigger picture. This isn't just about your opinion, Kaito. And if you can't even keep an eye on your own sons opinion, then who is to say if you can pay mind to the opinion and doings of your clan? That worries me.” He slowly placed his fist on the table, pressing it against it firmly as he looked over the entire group, and the crowd, trying to make a point here. He would be as convincing as he could be, using all the charms and charisma he had gathered over the years as a bussinessman. “We simply must ensure that nobody tries anything stupid. It could be much more than a stupid attempt at vigilante 'justice'. It could become, ultimately, a civil war.”

Reijo kept the silence for a minute or so more, looking around before finally folding his hands together and placing them on the table. Finally he raised his voice once more, and for the last time. “I think, unless anyone else wishes to speak, we can conclude this meeting. Remember what I said, we must make sure that there are no lone wolves going against the establishment. We mustn't give anyone a reason to soil the reputation of our clans.”

Chihiro Hyūga ; N.C.4

We Were Careless

As they were escaping, Chihiro kept her Byakugan active to scout out the few remaining perimeter control Shinobi. All the while N.C.4 had released three of its "Cookies", dragonfly-like drones to seek out the potential sensors. Once Chihiro detected one of these sensor nins, the drone would lock on the direction she'd be pointing at, allowing N.C.4 to shoot them at the temple with a wire bullet. It wasn't too long after that they'd finally make it to a dense forest between the rocky mountains and the now chaotic village. They would stop for a moment, mostly because of Chihiro's current condition, taking the time to recuperate and think of their next action. They didn't seem to be followed by anyone so it appeared they were out of the biggest problem. Now they just had to arrive at Konoha before the Hokage's speech.

But as they were ready to head off into the gloomy darkness of the forest, the terrible screeches of battle echoed through their headset as Gin's transmitter was still receiving. The robot was relatively unmoved by this, only trying to acknowledge what could possibly be going on there. Chihiro on the other hand understood perfectly well and stopped only a few feet away, her fist bashing the nearest tree trunk as her tears leaked out and her pain accentuated more than ever in her wound.

"Jun... I can't... We have to go back! This is insane!"

She cried while imploring for the heartless team leader's change of heart, unaware of just how the grand scheme of things truly was at this point. Her life was valuable and the pendant she still held was worth all their lives at this point. N.C.4 fixated her with the same, blank look as it often gave to pretty much anyone. This time it understood perfectly well what was going on, she grew too attached to the liability that was Gin.

"No. We move."

It coldly responded without a shred of sympathy for their more than likely fallen comrade. It immediately turned to keep walking but stopped dead on its tracks when it easily noticed Chihiro's lack of compliance. She wasn't going to budge as she only glared at the robot, resentful for its choice despite it being the best one most likely. It was a couple of second after that she'd sudden lunge herself back toward the fallen Gin's general direction, prompting the humanoid machine to swiftly turn around and charge in right at her. She wasn't going to listen to reason and she was hurt, as such the best option would be the following.

"Jun, you better not be fucking sto-..."

Before she could finish her warning, she'd feel a hard slap on the back of her head break her balance and quickly render her to a state of unconsciousness. The 11th Corp agent sighed for a moment and paused to look up at the star riddled sky. For once it took some time to breathe and wasn't bothered by the burden of its teammates all the time. For an instant, it too felt an ounce of regret in terms of its choices that could have maybe led to better survivability of all the members despite probability calculations it ran. It would then pick up the Hyuuga heir in a piggy back and headed straight toward the mountains where they'd be almost undetectable with the path they had chosen from the very beginning.

7 am - 5 hours before the Hokages Speech

After a few hours of walking, the uncertain trail through the chain of maintains came to an end and the robot would take another break. It had been carrying the wounded Chihiro for the entire ride and needed some time to recuperate its stamina. By then the transmitters were destroyed to avoid any detection or association to the mission. Chihiro was still out cold, partially due to her body being so strained by also the hit wasn't light at all. After a few minutes, the android sighed in realization that they'd be very just in their arrival, despite being at the border of the two countries. There was still at least 4 hours left of travelling as it wasn't the most efficient route they were taking, but the safest.

As it kept hopping from tree to tree with the wasted Hyuuga on it, N.C.4 could only contemplate what was her attachment with that nobody, Gin. She agreed to this mission and yet put his life before all of this, even after his pleas. These were the irrational emotions the 11th Corp tried to delete just as Root did, although they had actually succeeded with the creation of the being contemplating that same fact. With this analysis, it understood perfectly now why it was created and of course embraced that idea as any creation would. But it couldn't help but wonder how the emotions felt, after all it could still feel worry and physical pain as well as stress. Would these emotions actually be efficient if mastered by an evolved being like itself? The robot was endlessly curious in that level, sometimes a little too much over trivial things, but this even did make it wonder. More and more questions popped up such as the death of Fi being of any relevance in the end or if the destruction of the whole Castle was of any relevance, if anything it got them to this mess in the first place.

After a decently long trip, it'd arrive to the borders of the village with about half an hour to spare. Evidently in a rush, it'd try its best to wake Chihiro up with a few nudges and calls, but despite her increasing movements, she didn't actually awake yet. It'd only be when a squad of 11th Corp agents would circle the two that N.C.4 would adopt a more calm posture while Chihiro finally awake. What she would see however would be a tall being peering down at her and Junshiro. That person was wearing a mask and a hat just like all the people around her. Except he seemed to mention something she couldn't hear but prompted the robot to drop her down without hesitation. N.C.4 did't even look at her as it marched right into the village, leaving her behind as if they hadn't lived anything. The young Hyuuga could witness this more than bizarre event with her half closed eyes.

The masked man would get on one knee and slid his hand on her pocket to extract the pendant they had recovered from the mission. He'd then remove his mask and reveal himself to be the Jonin commander himself, Fujitora Choko. All he did was smile at the barely conscious girl before gesturing something to one of the agents.

"Mission complete, Chihiro. Shikaji Nara would be pleased if he were still on the council. Unfortunately... Heh, a couple of hours earlier and you'd have caught him."

He'd tell her before standing back up while the pendant illuminated itself. It would morph into a strange, small scroll when opened would project a hologram containing massive amounts of information, some of which contained the 11th Corp's insignia. With just a few glances, Fujitora smirked before crushing the scroll, causing it to burst into flames in the process. The item they worked hard to get was left to burn into nothingness, as if this was all part of something they could barely even comprehend. A couple of 11th Corp agents grabbed a hold of the Hyuuga and escorted her to the base. She'd later wake up in a dark room with only a chair she'd be sitting on and a table before her. She was also cuffed with chakra sealing tools to prevent any escape.

Aoi Don Maquia

Bois, U Dun Goofed!

Just as she dove in he game and complimented her greatness, Daisuke had claimed the papers for himself despite never getting the authorization from Aoi. At first, she just stared blankly at her game screen, trying to realize what was wrong with that picture before her. Before she'd notice the papers gone at the corner of her eye, Daisuke made it clear he had taken them and was leaving the scene without her accord, prompting the girl to puff her cheeks in irritation. She had given her signature and yet the form wasn't complete, as such she wasn't too happy that her Senpai took her initiative for granted and simply walked away with an approved form. She realized she was busting her head for no reason but she had to let it out anyway, after all it wouldn't be her Senpai if she didn't annoy him a bit.

"Oi! Come back here with them papers! They're MIIIIIIINE!"

She wailed, her John Hancock being the symbol of her competence for her at this point, even if it was just a lousy sheet that could easily be rectified or fixed by the albeit slow administration. She did seem all stirred up as her glare didn't escape Daisuke's figure until Chokashi captured her attention with, you guessed it, free food again. This time with money added to it for a rather easy thing she commonly did. At first she tried to picture the massiveness of an Akimichi BBQ as it was something she only heard stories about as of now. She blinked, completely disconnected from the issue she got so worked up on and simply beamed at her tubby colleague while scratching the back of her head.

"Teehee, okay I'll see~ I have to ask Kiki if she wants to come though! Now scram and get those piccies!"

And with those orders, they quickly made their way there probably without even acknowledging what she said. Not that she cared too much, she had her DS opened and a game to finish so she could make Akio feel bad about being so lame at it. With what appeared to be long minutes for the two was a swift moment for Aoi who dove deep into her playing session. When they came back they presented the set of pictures, all of which were rather ridiculous and wouldn't fit the picture criteria. But, unlike most Jonin, formalities were to be respected until she got severely bored of them and simply said 'fuck it' to everything of relevance. Using her gooey bungee to snatch the documents off them, she'd then glue each respective silly pic on the docs, finally making them somewhat official.

"Mkay Mkay boys~ You did a super sloppy work! And as your superior, sanctions must be made!"

She rubbed her hands in villainy upon putting away her gaming device away and standing up, preparing a nasty twist for the two males who were obviously getting on her good side. She'd look at each in the eye before bursting into an over the top laughter that probably tried to imitate some evil villain's maniacal laughter.

"Mwahahaha! Tell you what~ You two have a fight in a few days or whatever, and the loser has to buy me a new 3DS! Winner gets to go with me on a future mission, and maybe even a little spar~ If you both refuse I'll have to make you sign the ... PRELIMINARY PAPERS! Mwahahaha!"

She laughed even more but the heinous threat was quite true this time around. It was the horrible pile of paperwork every shinobi would have to do upon graduating, including a quick test that could easily be missed if not focused and cause a whole lot of extra work for nothing. Essentially, they both asked for it but at least she made the sanction fun enough to make it relevant to their upcoming shinobi duties, as well as serve as entertainment for her.

Yuna Hōjō

Mothers

o---ooo------------------o----------------------ooo------------------o----------------------ooo---o
Rainy Day at the Teahouse

Yuna's hands remained gently on her sister's shoulders, massaging them and applying a steady flow of her medical technique to keep her mildly sedated and calm. Several of the attendees were mumbling to one another from the sidelines, which made Yuna feel slightly wilted. Anna surveyed the room and then waved her hand at Kaito's words. "Oh relax Kaito. You've been to our facility enough to know we are very civil. Civility shall prevail here.", she remarked semi-playfully. But it seemed the Naitos, specially Daiki, had had enough of this rendezvous and withdrew. Lady Naito following closely behind him. Yuna kinda felt bad for him, for some reason, and curiously watched as he left their presence.

Hanako chuckled, oblivious to her surroundings as she counted quietly to herself. "123...124...125", she continued. Even when Yamato suddenly got into her face and was trying to rile her up. Yuna just looked at him with a cold glare.

"You are very sick...", she said coldly. Anna looked to her daughter and smirked. She didn't know Yuna had it in her. But she certainly didn't want to perpetuate anything else further. Once Reijo was done speaking she stood up. "Yuna, bring your sister please". Slowly, Yuna raised Hanako and held onto her arm closely, slowly pacing with her towards the exit. She suddenly felt alleviated and relieved to be leaving the meeting. Finally. Anna stopped midway and fluffed her fur shawl around her neck like a movie-star. She bowed politely too The Hyuugas and Kaito Maru, and everyone else who was in attendance. And then she looked to Reijo and simply giggled. "You talk too much."

"Mother...", Yuna slightly snapped.

"Alright. Fine. Lets go girls." And with that, and one last coercive eye to Reijo, the Hojos were gone from the teahouse. Outside, Anna noticed the departing Naitos, who left not too long before they had. She called out to them. "Yoohoo! Lady Naito!". Anna pulled Yuna and Hanako along, pacing quickly to catch up to them and once they had, she sighed deeply. "Oh thank heavens you didn't get too far away."

Yuna, still holding on tightly to her sister, looked on at her mother's exaggerative expressions. Mother, what are you up to?

"It was so wonderful to see you at the meeting. I swear, you spoke with such a peaceful clarity. I was wondering if you and your son would be interested in having dinner tonight with me and my daughter Yuna? Girl, it'll be my treat!", she chirped. Anna was being so annoyingly perky right now.

Yuna just stood there, sighed, and rolled her eyes.

Chen Chideta

Chen shrugged and stood up from his seat. "Whatever. Everyone can do what they want, I'm not gonna make my life a living hell by fighting in some asinine civil war. I fight for power, not some idiotic ideal." Chen was hoping to get a reaction but he wasn't sticking around to see it. He left his hood down and walked out of the building.

Chen cracked his neck as he smelled the air. He loved the scent of rain, it was nothing. He felt the rain hit his head and wet his hair and smiled. The only way it could be any better, would be if it was blood. But alas, there was no jutsu to do that. Not any that he knew of anyways. Chen Shunshined towards his house and frowned. What would he be doing now?

He wandered towards the Mighty Naruto again when he had the realization he had already eaten there today. Chen looked at his watch and sighed. He pushed his hair out of his eyes and decided to just wander around town.

Saburo Uchiha, “Kimyōna”

The 11th Corps, serving Konoha!
@Renny @AgentFallenSoul [Not an accidental tag, Fallensoul, keep reading]

Saburo kept watch over the meeting, though he didn't quite interfere when Daiki and Yamato nearly started a battle in the middle of the hall. It would've been spectacular to see, though Saburo realized that there were limits to the Sharingan that were likely not realized by Daiki at this point. Perhaps that was because he'd lived in the seclusion of the Naito clan, only receiving 'training' from someone who was barely there to begin with. Perhaps Saburo could help Daiki with that, to become better with the sharingan. Maybe then he'd have a chance against Yamato. Maybe.

Saburo's eyes went down from the scene and he started writing down the things that were said again. It was surprising it'd gone unnoticed for so long, but with the Naito leaving, the attention returned to Kaito Maru. A sly creature, that one. Saburo looked up when he heard something about the 11th corps, looking at Kaito as Kaito looked at him. Saburo simply listened to the accusation, smiled, and looked down again, writing down what was said. “I'd be a bad shinobi if I didn't report this to Fujitora.” Saburo mumbled to himself, glancing up only to see the Hojo leaving as well. It'd seem like the meeting was over now, and more people started leaving. All in all not much exciting things had happened, though it was quite useful information to know that even Kaito didn't wish to go against Ayame and Fujitora.

Despite being on a 'mission' here, Saburo figured he'd have some more time to report the findings later, to either Ayame or Fujitora. Likely Ayame, since he was currently assigned on guard duty to her. And he had some other duties to attend to as well.. decisions, decisions. Ultimately he already knew what he'd have to do before even thinking about it all. He left through the large doors and walked outside, glancing left and right to find the Naito.. no, Uchiha boy, not much farther. The Hojo seemed to have taken an interest in them - that was peculiar. Would they be moving against the Minamoru soon? It was quite funny, to see how the petty clans squabbled for power and allies, not knowing just what was going to happen in the future, where 'politics' didn't control much in the end. In truth, the same could be said of the Uchiha. A sad sad thing if you asked Saburo. But Saburo wasn't quite the same as the rest of the Uchiha, he wasn't a clansman, he was an 11th corps member. The interest in the Uchiha was just something that he had personally.

Slowly Saburo would walk over, adjusting the gunbai on his back before stopping near the group, raising a hand and waving at the group in it's entirety. “Hello, Konoha comrades. I hope the Sage of the Six Paths has blessed your day today, and if he hasn't, then I hope he shall do so soon!” He bowed lightly before the Hojo's, and then before the Naito clan leader. He skipped Daiki, however, as they were now equals, and besides that, they were also clanmembers, even if Daiki hadn't fully realized it. Him showing up with the Naito leader was to be expected really, so short after the change. “I'm sorry miss Naito-sama, but am I free to borrow Daiki for now? I fear I have need of him.” Saburo shot a short glance at the Hojo's as well, wondering if they wanted to speak to the Naito woman in this dinner of theirs, or Daiki as well.

“Uchiha Daiki, please come with me. I have something I wish for you to see.” he said with an eerie smile, before bowing again in front of the group and then turning around and leaving them. For such a strange boy, atleast he remembered his manners. Saburo then left the scene, hopefully with Daiki in tow, heading for the Downtown area. But before crossing into that area, he stopped at the border of the Downtown district and would enter a very large, nice looking building. It would be recognised as the 11th corps headquarters right away by Daiki, given that it wasn't very well hidden in that regards. Though, besides the fact that he'd recognise it as the headquarters, Daiki probably wouldn't have any idea what was actually below the large building.

Saburo would pass the receptionist, waving at her shortly in an almost robotic manner. The receptionist didn't return the favour, only looking at Saburo, and if he'd decided to come, offering Daiki only a short glance before looking at the screen in front of her, working away. Saburo walked right into the elevator and would then press the down button, and send the elevator in it's way. The entire time, Saburo would look at Daiki with a smile, but he'd never say a word. Suddenly a loud PING! broke the silence, before a woman's voice, though obviously robotic, said 'Area B, please present safety card issue 2.v132. or security clearance pass. Thank you!' Saburo walked outside and pulled a card from his pocket, presenting it to the scanner in front of him. A nearby shinobi watched carefully as Saburo did so, though he visibly noticed that it was Saburo, and that he knew him. As the scanner beeped loudly, the Shinobi relaxed a bit, nodding at Saburo. “Good afternoon, 11th corps senpai. I am bringing with me Uchiha Daiki. Security clearance B has been granted, as well as special privileges for a duty I am currently fulfilling.” The shinobi only nodded and glanced at Daiki, who would then be let through without any more troubles.

Saburo headed through the hallways, navigating himself effortlessly, a goal clear in his mind. He closed in on a large, double door, and opened it. Beyond it was.. a large, well lit, but very long tunnel. The end was not so clear in sight, though from the distance you could see that there was an end. Saburo walked into it and would expect Daiki to follow. After about 15 minutes of slow paced walking, they'd finally reach the end, where Saburo would open the doors, and reveal a very white room. There were control panels on the wall, as well as a door leading into an even bigger white room. To the right, a hallway extended leading to several more of these rooms. Saburo would listen carefully, hearing signs of combat inside of the room right in front of them. “This one is taken, Uchiha Daiki. Let us go to another one.” Following his eerie message, Saburo would walk down the hall and then into the control room, opening the door from a panel and then extending an arm into it. “Please enter.”

If Daiki chose to accept the offer, the door would shut behind him tightly, and he'd be stuck inside the white room. Soon after Daiki was in, and he'd no doubt wonder what the hell was going on, a voice would ring through an intercom. “Commencing in 3, 2, 1. Kai!” After that, the world would flash brightly for Daiki before becoming visible again, showing him a world of green. In front of him was a grove of trees, and to his left and right, endless fields of grass and flowers. Behind him was a small shack, with smoke coming from the chimney. He'd be able to do whatever he wanted, explore, walk through the forest, enter the shack, he could even roll in the flowers if he was so inclined.

After 15 minutes of letting Daiki play around in the simulator, the voice rang through the intercom again. “Commencing training program 1.1a. Kai!” After the seals were activated again, the world flashed brightly again before letting Daiki return to his exact former position, except now there were 2 training opponents in front of him. They stood still in a fighting stance, and didn't move. They'd only move to block Daiki's attacks, and would always block with an impossible speed. The blocks were so soft however, they couldn't possibly harm Daiki, and the opponents never attacked back. After letting him do his thing for 5 minutes, the simulation shut down.

The world flashed brightly for Daiki again, before turning to darkness. Slowly the light in the simulation room would come back on, and the door would open. Saburo would be standing there with a specialised engineer at his side, who'd been manning the simulation programs for him. “The 11th corps trains using this, it's quite interesting isn't it? I've never been able to figure out just how they do it, but it certainly helped me become stronger. Now let's go, I want to show you something else. Something that can prove to you, that the 11th corps is only here to protect and serve Konoha. Judging from what I heard, the Naito do the same? So we are quite similar, in a way, don't you think, brother? There was a special kind of focus on the word brother, to make Daiki believe they were a family now. Atleast, that's what Saburo thought when he thought of Daiki. They were family. It was factually true, however Daiki probably still was quite reserved in that regards, since he'd remained with the Naito clan. It bothered Saburo a bit.

Saburo left the simulation room, and as they passed the first simulation room again they'd hear screams of agony and pain, while the engineer stood idly by, using some buttons on the panel. As he pressed some buttons, the screams got worse. It seemed like every day bussiness to Saburo, however, and it went largely ignored. There wasn't even a hint of emotion on his face as he passed by. They would walk down the hallway again and walk up to the elevator, and Saburo greeted the shinobi on guard briefly before entering the elevator and pressing the down button again.

PING! Area D-1, please present your official papers regarding your clearance, or leave the vicinity of this area. Thank you!

Saburo pulled out a set of papers from his pocket, holding it out as he left the elevator. A set of four shinobi stood by, obviously strong shinobi given their looks and scars. One of them took the papers, read them throughout and took almost a full quarter of an hour to do so. Finally, he nodded, and gave Saburo the OK. They glanced at Daiki, but didn't ask anything, so seemingly something in the papers must've given Daiki clearance to pass too.

Saburo would walk ahead and take a few turns, going from what seemed to be mainly a storage area into an area with many rooms. When passing the storage area, Daiki could see numerous things, ranging from boxes filled with kunai, shuriken and explosive tags, to more exotic things such as boxes labeled 'Bijuu chakra residue' and even a bit of splintered wood, labeled True Several Thousand Hands splinters.

They'd enter a room first, which revealed a window that they could see through. The room in front of them was dark, and the only thing visible in that room was a table, and a chair with someone sitting in it. The silhouette of this person was unclear, and the room was too dark to make it out. Saburo paid no mind to it and prepared the room for what was about to happen, placing a comfortable chair in front of the window, patting on it to tell Daiki to sit down. “How do you like the blade of Kusanagi? It was restored by the 11th corps after it was broken in the great battle, though there were many years between restoration and the breaking. I hope it lives up to your expectations, Uchiha Daiki, my brother.”

Saburo would wait for an answer, then leave the room and lock it behind him, being gone for about five minutes. Finally, he returned on the other side of the window, in the dark room with the table and chair. As the light switched on, the figure in the chair would be revealed to be Chihiro Hyuga, the heir of the Hyuga clan, though that much didn't seem to really matter. In Saburo's hands was a bowl of rice, and he held it with both hands. He sat down across the table, looking at Chihiro and placing the bowl of rice down in front of her. “Good afternoon Chihiro-senpai. I am here to discuss with you your latest endeavours, leaving the village without an official mission statement. I have several questions for you, to make sure that Konoha stays protected and that we will not be put at the blame of any of the wrong doings during your escape from the village.”

“Question one. Why did you leave the village without an official mission statement from the former Hokage, or the appointed jonin commander or hokage's assistant?”

“Question two. Who was with you during your escape from Konohagakure?”

“Question three. What did you do during your escape from Konohagakure?”

“Question four. Where is Gin Kakiyama? Witnesses state that they saw him leaving with you in a fancy, large limousine. He didn't return with you.”

“Question five. What happened during your escape from Konohagakure?”

“Final question. Why did you choose to return to Konohagakure, without Gin Kakiyama, and without official mission statement? Did you not know you could've been branded a missing nin for this endeavour?”

After she'd answer all his questions, and only then, would Saburo get up and push the rice closer towards her. “You may eat.” After that, he left the room again, leaving the lights on for Chihiro. The door was locked again, and Saburo appeared shortly on the other side of the see through mirror. “Daiki-senpai, I hope you see now that the 11th corps does what we do, to ensure the safety and prosperity of Konohagakure. There are many, many loose cannons like this, people like Chihiro Hyuga, who do not think before acting. I hope you realize that people like this can cause grave danger, no, even the downfall of Konohagakure. It doesn't take much to incite a conflict between two states.”

For ease, Saburo left out the fact that Chihiro only left because of N.C.4, and N.C.4 was ultimately an 11th corps construct. In a way that made them responsible for her leaving the village - but that'd incriminate the 11th corps, and that'd be dangerous. As far as Saburo was concerned, he'd have to act like N.C.4 never existed, atleast in the face of outsiders. Saburo raised his arm towards the door again, instructing them to leave. “That was all I wanted to show you. The 11th corps is not evil. We did not force this coup. We simply followed orders from our leader, commander Fujitora. It was the best thing for Konoha. I wish you could understand this, and if you do understand this, please enlighten your comrades. I have tried to tell them this, but people like Kaito Maru, they are suspicious of us because we act without their knowledge. They do not understand that that is the only way we can make sure Konohagakure is safe.”

Saburo would escort Daiki out of the building again, not giving Daiki much time to see what was in the building. As they reached the top floor, or the entrance, again Saburo would simply drop him off at the receptionist' desk. With a wave he waved him good bye, and then headed into the building again to get to do some of his other tasks. Daiki would likely still be in time for his dinner, if he wished to join it.

Meanwhile, in floor D-1, a set of two shinobi would come to collect Chihiro, and take her with them. She, too, would be escorted, but rather than dropping her off at the receptionist' desk, they brought her into the garage and put her in a limousine. Then, she would be driven to the Hyuga clan estate, before being escorted to the door. After a quick knock on the door, the two shinobi would wait for an answer, and then explain the situation. “Chihiro Hyuga was found outside of the village after leaving with Gin Kakiyama. We hope you understand our concerns, as there was a possibility she might've gone rogue. Luckily this wasn't the case. Please pay more attention to her next time. The 11th thanks you for your cooperation, and wish miss Chihiro Hyuga a speedy recovery.” With that done, they'd bow before whoever had opened the door and left Chihiro in their care, before leaving the scene in the limousine again.

Chihiro Hyūga

Waking up in the chair, she tried to move her hands, only to feel them being restrained. Looking around, she had a rippling headache "I dont....I don't get any of what's going on..." she tried regaining what she had seen from her half conscious self only to be more and more confused. Then her mind went to Gin "Oh fuck, no no no no no, we didn't leave him, there's no way right? We wouldn't leave Gin, I wouldn't leave Gin..." she struggled even more in anger and frustration, before gritting and screaming out in anger "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON! WHY AM I BEING RESTRAINED!" receiving no answer, she remained still, thinking about the situation "I agreed to be on this mission, but from my understanding, I was sent to be a retriever for something that would help the Leaf. There was no mission to better the lives of the Hidden Leaf, there was only retrieve that damned talisman, that he just broke....all that death for fucking nothing?" she laughed "Alright, I see how things will be then..." upon listening, she heard someone enter the room and then turn on the lights to reveal she was in a standard interrogation like room. The lights suddenly blinding, Saburo Uchiha appeared, with rice in a bowl for her.

“Good afternoon Chihiro-senpai. I am here to discuss with you your latest endeavours, leaving the village without an official mission statement. I have several questions for you, to make sure that Konoha stays protected and that we will not be put at the blame of any of the wrong doings during your escape from the village.”

“Final question. Why did you choose to return to Konohagakure, without Gin Kakiyama, and without official mission statement? Did you not know you could've been branded a missing nin for this endeavour?”

"Lets cut the bullshit Saburo, I answer the questions, I get to leave. Answer one. I did not choose to leave, I was told to leave by Junshiro, and so we left. Answer two. As I told you and i'm sure you aware, Gin Kakiyama and Junshiro, who I am going to assume is the same as you. Answer three. I completed what was thought to be a mission. Answer four, Gin Kakiyama is assumed to be dead. Answer five. Men about the rank of jounin, attacked me, Gin and Jun, they proceeded to try and kill us, in hopes of getting my eyes. I did not choose to return with Gin, why are you playing this bullshit game Saburo, you know better then I do, that that is not how it went down, why don't you go and ask Junshiro? Im sure the bastard would love to tell you that he, she, whatever gender the fuck they are, knocked me out and proceeded to leave, then left me on the ground, to which people came and took me. I assume that is why I am here now, and now that leads me to assume that the reason I am missing is because I am here, now cut the bullshit, I answered your questions, now fuck off" she leaned back in her chair and blew hair out her face. Saburo got up to leave with no words and two men came in, uncuffing her. Pushing the rice off the table, she crossed her arms and stared at the mirror that was in the room. Before long she was taken back home, to which she was told to stay put.

The Hyūga

Iwao smiled at the look from Kaito, and continued to listen to the others, before it was time to conclude the meeting "Well then, I will see you all in do time, however I would like to say one thing, and that is to all of you, Ayame and Fujitora have done something that is borderline treason, but many of us, including myself, have sided with them, knowing that fact. And why is that? I know why the Hojo have, because they're new, and I have many things to clean up, so Im not in such a position, that I can say much other then to side with the two, but many of you do have influence and even higher then that, power. So it leads me to ask, more of a rhetorical question, just to think about, why is it you sided with them so easily?" standing, he put his hands in his pocket "It was a pleasure, but time is money as they say, we shall most likely see each other again soon" he gave a slight bow, before turning and moving towards the door, with Katsu on the phone.

Once outside, Katsu lit a cigarette and offered one to Iwao, who looked down and shrugged, taking it and lighting it. Once getting into the car that pulled up, silence filled it until Katsu spoke. "Iwao, you don't really mean to side with Aya-" Iwao put a hand up, stopping Katsu from continuing. Tapping on the center console, he leaned against, the screen located in it, flashed on. Quickly tapping away, the lights seemed to turn a blueish hue and the windows seem to grow darker.

"We shall not speak of this outside of this car. But...no, of course not, however there are many things that cannot be said in the presence of that boy, or the others. It occurred to me during my decisions making choice, that many of them would not go against the curve, out of fear that many of the clans would side with Ayame, which, in this case, did happen. I cannot risk the Hyuuga, not yet and nor shall it be soon, but I do not agree with Ayame or Fujitora in any shape. And you? You sided with Fujitora as easily as I said I sided with the two siblings, when the time comes, and it shall come, does this mean you shall side with them against your kin?" he rolled the window down and threw the cig out, before rolling it back up and putting a hand through his hair. Katsu remained quiet "If that is the case, then you know what has to happen correct?"

"I understand Iwao, I did not know how to say it because it is in fact insane, but now that I know your true motive, it is not far from my own motives. I have given Fujitora my word, I will stand by him no matter what choice he makes. However i've made this promise under hopes I can bring intel into a plan I have been formulating, we will talk about this later, but there is a more pressing issue to talk about" he put his cig into the ashtray and lit another one "Chihiro."

Iwao looked out the window at the rain "That child...the only heir and my greatest child, a half breed, if it wasn't for how strong I am, the Hyuuga would see me as a joke" he looked at his watch, then back to Katsu "Has there been any word of her? Any of her where abouts? nothing?" as Katsu went to answer, Iwao received a call "What is it?....speak of the damn devil, alright keep her in my room room, me and Katsu will talk to her" he got off the phone and his leg tapped.

"She's back?" Iwao nodded "I suppose we should bring back the boy? Things are different now..."

"Yes."

Upon arrival, Katsu and Iwao quickly left the car and traveled through the gate of the estate. Walking, they quickly went to the debriefing room and Chihiro sat in a chair, her arms crossed. Upon hearing the door open, she stood and bowed. Iwao walked to her first, touching her shoulder "I am sorry father! I di-" Iwao moved her up and sat her down, Katsu patting her shoulder and then leaning up against the wall. The guards left and closed the door, before Iwao tapped on the giant screen table and pressed in codes, making the room go into a lock down of sorts.

"Tell me what happened, all of it, every detail must be said."

Thirty Minutes later

"I see...then I will assume whatever was on that talisman, was something they did not want anyone to know about" looking at Katsu, he began to explain what had happened while she had missed, her eyes grew wide and sudden anger seemed to well deep from within her "There are so many things that should have gone differently father, we cannot stand still and let this hap-" he put his hand up and she leaned back in her chair, hands in lap.

"I understand your anger child, but let us think about the situation at hand, as it stands, no one seems willing, at least from what it appears like, to stand agains them, nor would that be a smart idea on our part. Get your head out of your ass and think girl, this will take time, and time alone. There is only so much that can happen at this moment and things need to be put into place, plans need to be made. This will be the only time we talk about this until I call you two again, now Katsu im sure you have things you need to do, Chihiro, get some rest, you've just got back from a mission, and no trouble, it's already been tiring as is, understood? Good"tapping the table, the room let light back into it and he left. Katsu sighed and went to touch Chihiro's shoulder, but she swatted his hand away.

"I am not in the mood for your talks Uncle..."

"Fair enough little one, here" tossing her a phone "seems a lot of stuff you had are gone, knew you'd probably wanted to talk to that girlfriend of yours, go get some rest Kiddo."

Looking at her phone, she was left in the room by herself and she brought her legs up to her chest, putting her face in her lap. She...she began crying, silent tears and shaking from sadness. The toll of what had happened on the mission and losing Fi and now Gin, finally hit her. Calling Momoi, she instead went to leave a voice message, her voice shaky "Hey...babe? I know you're probably busy right now, but when you're not...I uh...nevermind, it's not serious, im just being weird" she laughed through her tears ans sniffled, before looking up, wiping tears from her eyes "I'll catch you later alright babe? Just calling to say im back" hanging up, she put the phone on the table and sat in silence for a little while.

Giichi Uzumaki

Life and thought veiled his perception. Reality was more a background noise to him for some reason, weird and annoying. He blinked twice, though it did little for his dark room. The daylight fell through the cracks of his shaded windows, the glowing columns stop short of his bed as they laid across his large room. With a carless flop, he turned his back to the window and pulled his covers close to him.

He didn’t want to think anymore. He had just woken up but he already wanted to go to sleep.

Just as he closed his lids he heard a fresh knock on his door. The head cartaker’s voice slid through. He had allowed someone in at the behest of his mother and now, Momoi was standing outside his door with the tall, gray-haired man. Giichi pulled himself out of bed after several unrelenting moments. He slowly made his way to his room and allowed Momoi inside, not offering words to neither of them. The caretaker left soon afterwards.

Giichi, with the dullest of looks, got back inside his bed and turned his back to the girl. “What is it? Why are you bothering me?”

Daiki Naito

Yamato’s word had went ignored, tossed to the ground like the slanderous shit it was. Daiki was done with him for the day, the masterful youth was only good as throwing dirt on others. A prodigy of the scumbag kind. He was truly a piece of work, his god broke the mold when making him. In the middle of his long, drawn out sentence, Daiki passed through the door and let it close behind, silencing the grotesque voice that plagued his ears.

When Nariko followed suit, the voice—for a split-second—touched his ears again. Daiki spat the venomous encounter out onto the sidewalk as he walked. The voice of the Hojo stopped Nariko and subsequently himself. Daiki glanced over his shoulder, irritation plainly in his eyes. He didn’t want to wait but he couldn’t allow himself to disrespect Nariko any further.
He heard his mother speaking behind him, the rain fell in sheets. “Perhaps. Formalities aren't needed between us. I …” She glanced back at Daiki, black hair tails flowing. “I’m not sure. We’ll have to see,” replied Nariko.

Before she could dismiss her from the Hojo’s however, Saburo’s unique was of speaking was heard. Curiosity got the best of him. Had the man finally decided to move in and claim him? It was weird that he felt like a possession on auction. Nariko glanced between Saburo and himself, apprehension on the fringe of her gaze. Her fingers clutched the ends of his silk sleeves. “N-No, you may- ” she started.

Daiki took his sweater of coldly and placed it over his mother’s shoulders. “Try not to catch cold. I’ll check up on you later.” Was all he had said, keeping her from having to respond to the cruel reality of his situation.
* * * * *

The long journey to the 11th Corps building was silent. He saw no reason to speak. Plus, he was suspicious of the whole thing. Absently, he glanced around with a caution and curiosity. Saburo had proven that he had the capacity to separate emotion—bonds—for the sake of any mission. He doubted anything that came from his mouth was be genuine. However, he was now known as Uchiha Daiki. He at least owed Saburo that much.

A walk down whatever dark tunnel he traversed.

Security was beyond tight in the building. It led him to think that they held items, if not ninjas hostage. He wouldn’t put it pass them to be holding some famous missing-nin somewhere. He felt his strides slow when they first passed a room that contained the barks and groans of combat. The fighting inside sounded more like life or death fight, not sparring. Letting out a deep sigh, he rubbed his head and continued on. Committing himself to getting to the bottom of the coup was all that mattered now. Even if the decisions he made to do so had changed his own reality drastically.

The simulation room had sent a chill of amazement down his spine. Inside, it felt like the real world. How had they done it? No, beyond that, what else could they of had lurking inside. As he stepped back out, he found himself glancing back into the white room, staring until the door slid close again. Saburo spoke about similarities between the corps and Naito, and he wondered if this was just another shinobi ploy for allies.

“Maybe,” he answered, leaving it at that.

As they delved even further and both Saburo and himself was allowed entrance, Daiki started to wonder who had issued those papers? And why was he allowed to enter alongside an official 11th corps member. Was Saburo that high up in the hierarchy? For some reason he doubted it. This trip, so far, had yielded far more questions than answers. He spared a glance for the relict of the past, allowing the true vastness of 11th corps secrets touch him. Most of the objects and tags he recognized for their names.

Saburo … Bijuu residue? This is worrisome.

The next room was an interrogation room, obviously. Daiki sat in the chair once it was present to him, folding his arms over his chest as he did. “Its impressive,” he said with subtle hint of enthusiasm. “A true work of art. I can appreciate the master who crafted it, and the clan restored it nicely. Thank you for giving it to me.” As usual, his voice was stoic.

He watched the questioning and answers intently. When Saburo returned and they spoke on the view of the 11th corps. Daiki only shook his head, stuffed his hands in this pockets, and spoke, clear and quiet. “I’m still unsure about the corps myself. Things behind the veil are always different, changing. Saburo, how would one go about joining the 11th themselves?”

Akio Tendou

Akio face was stuck in a very displeased frown until Tsukiko said the name of their prey. Now she couldn't stop the rain of drool coming from her own mouth, the over salivation coming from the thought of eating her favorite meal of all time. She quickly shook her head and wiped her mouth clean as she saw Tsukiko walking off without her, not wanting to be left behind by the wild huntress.

"If Giant Tiger is what we're after, I don't care what weather's like. Such a delicous delicacy, and there's always so much of it. I'll have to try and take some back to Aoi later, give her a taste of some real game meat." As she spoke, Akio began to drool again, but quickly got a handle of herself before it could get out of hand. "Anyway, the pack just has some spare clothes, extra ninja wire, kunai, shuriken, and a few storage scrolls to preserve what we catch until we get back. Have more faith in me, Tsuki-nee, I learned from the best after all."

Akio said with a grin, giggling a little at the expressions of the guards at Tsukiko's actions. She was tempted to do the same, but figured that level of sass didn't suit her, so she simply gave them a mocking wave as she passed.

"And yeah, everything's been taken care of, so let's hurry up and get some Giant Tigers already."

As they walked, Akio suddenly let out a loud sneeze, and as she wiped her nose, she felt like she needed to find a certain someone. "Aoi better not be talking about me behind my back about that stupid water temple again."

@j8cob

Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi

Tatsuya was walking through the Konoha with a slight air of melancholy, protected from the rain by a hooded macjet as he carried in his hands a long, rectangular box, wrapped in a layer of water-repellant cloth to protect it from the rain. As he mace his way to hus destination, Tatsuya cursed himself for the thousandth time for his stupidity. If the two had been more bloodthirsty or more open to stamping out resistance, he'd be dead right now. His parents had to come and get him from the square after everything happened, as the stress of the day on his already weakened body and mind left him in a state where he could barely move. Home hadn't been much better, as he'd bern bombarded by lecture by his mother, and worse, met with only stony silence from his father.

After that, he'd simply rested, awoken this morning to put the finishing touches on the custom order blade, then went out to deliver it to the customer. His mom had on the roof of the house, enjoying the feeling of the rain while his father was busy in the workshop.

Shaking his head of such thoughts, he approached the door of the Uzumaki Compound, giving a few sharp raps to the door. To his surprise, the door was open almost immediately as a woman answered, one he realized to be the clan matriarch. Before he could say a word, however, he was ushered in and passed on to a grey haired man, who took him to another room despite his attempts to protest. Before he knew it, he was dropped of in a room with Giichi Uzumaki, who he'd had a few conversations with but didn't know well, and some othergirk that seemed vaguely familiar. He stared at her for awhile, trying to figure out where, when it struck him.

"You're that angry chick that was yelling at her phone yesterday. I almost didn't recognize you with clothes on."

Shrugging at the strange coincidence of meeting this girl in the Uzumaki household, he turned to the fairly depressed looking teen, coughing a little as he held out the box to him. He'd unwrapped it on the way in, showing off the deep brown of the lacquered wood, the spiral of the Uzumaki clan shining brightly in the center like an red star. Opening the box, there would be a sheathed blade inside, navy blue in coloration with orange lines flowing downmthe length of it. Picking it up, he drew the blade out slightly, showing off the glistening steel of the blade, which held a double edged western design rather than the more standard single edge. Near the base was the Uzumaki spiral again, which appeared to take on a slight glow. Tatsuya then resheathed the blade and placed it back into the box, then proceeded to turn towards Giichi, giving him a respectful bow.

"Greetings, Uzumaki-san, I'm Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi and I've come to deliver a blade ordered by your father, custom-designed according to his preferences by myself. Unfortunately, as a matter of policy, I'll have to impose on you until he can return to pay the rest of the money for the blade, unless you can raise the funds yourself, as immediate family may also provide payment. We accept both cash and credit, though cash is prefered." After he finished speaking, Tatsuya would stand up with the box in hand, his eyes turning to Momoi as he tried tp figure what she was doung here. "Beg my pardon, but am I intruding on anything here?"

Daisuke Yama

Daisuke sighed heavily as he and the Akimichi heir exited the booth. He rubbed his temple lightly in a vain attempt to force down the slight headache that was forming. He didn’t have an issue with Chokashi’s friendly attitude, and in most circumstances wouldn’t have been bothered by his actions in the booth, but he had a strict schedule he was trying to keep. Perhaps it would have been better to stay in the line after all. Just thinking about the line caused him to shudder, forcing him to realize that he had in fact picked the better alternative despite the bumps.

With his first objective nearly complete he recalled that Chokashi had extended an invitation to live within the Akimichi compound. Under normal circumstances Daisuke would have turned down the offer in the most gracious way he could, but these were far from normal circumstances for him. He had been thinking about his options while traveling back to Konoha and knew for a fact that he did not relish the idea of renting an apartment in Downtown. He wasn’t a man with many possessions, but he rather not have to replace the few that he did have just because some hoodlum decided to break in.

Daisuke turned his head to the Akimichi and bowed it down slightly, since they were walking he couldn’t easily give the heir a full bow. ”Thank you Chokashi, it is a very generous offer and one that I will accept. I assure you I will only stay long enough to get myself back on my feet. I have no intention of overstaying your clan’s gracious hospitality.”

With a place to stay now taken care of, and reinstating himself as a Konoha Shinobi nearly done, he only had one thing left to accomplish in the day. Originally he had been intending to stop at the bank to check his account and make sure everything was still in order before trying to find a place in the Financial District, but with Chokashi giving him a place to stay for a time he could put off the bank for a little while. All he had left to do was find a job that he would be suited for, which he was planning on bringing up to Aoi before the Akimichi had arrived.

The trip back to the clown went much more quickly than the trip to the booth, though that was likely due to the fact that Daisuke was now further ahead than he had thought he would be by this time. He was slightly surprised by the bungee made out of a strange substance extend towards him to snatch away the documents, but he made no effort to stop it. While he would have preferred to have taken a more professional photo the silly picture was apparently good enough, since Aoi proceeded to attach both of their pictures onto their respective documents.

The smile that had just started to form quickly fell as the harlequin announced the repercussions of the Akimichi’s antics. However there was no way he was going to refuse the spar, he had no interest in dealing with more paperwork than he had to.

”Despite the fact that I had no control over the outcome of the pictures I have no issue with having a friendly match with Chokashi. It will be a good workout, and it will serve as a test to see whether or not my skills have deteriorated from my time abroad and just how much they have. In between Chokashi’s own response and the clan heir inviting Daisuke to the Akimichi’s monthly barbeque, he managed to remember that he had another question for Aoi.

Before addressing the jounin, he turned towards Cho and gave him a full bow this time. ”I would be honored to attend, and thank you for the invitation. Returning his gaze towards the clown. ”Once again thank you for all of your help Aoi-Kohai, but I have one last favor to ask. Do you know if their are any jobs I would be suited for that are currently hiring? I remember when my parents were still around that they both had a secondary job and I doubt that the cost of living has changed since I was last here.”

He let out a slight snicker as he watched Aoi examine and authorize his new chuunin papers. He figured she might. She tried to take her job seriously but there were times like these where she wouldn't care and lax a bit on her job, which is what Chokashi liked about her. She was serious when she needed to be but could be fun at the same time. After he got an acceptance from Daisuke, he gave him a gentle pat on the back, though with Chokashi, gentle to him meant that it may be semi painful to someone else but it followed up with a light laugh at him both accepting his invitation to stay at the compound and to go to the BBQ. However he had opened his mouth to say something to Daisuke before Aoi interrupted him. "Mkay Mkay boys~ You did a super sloppy work! And as your superior, sanctions must be made!"

He raised his eyebrows at what the sanctions might be. To him it could be something simple like a retake and a hold on the papers or a fine or whatever. But what she had said about a fight against Daisuke and the loser would buy Aoi a new 3DS? Oh he was down for it. He looked at Daisuke with a glint in his eyes that showed Chokashi's competitive edge. Clenching a fist and looked at Daisuke with a look that showed a fighting spirit and major confidence. "Oh hell yeah! I'll show you how an Akimichi gets the job done! He let out a hardy laugh before looing at Aoi and nodding. "I think that's a great idea. Get to know a fellow comrade so you can forget about us doing your preliminary papers." He stuck is tongue out at her while folding his arms, his body turned away from her. He then grinned before looking back at Daisuke with his head tilted. Hey, Dai-san, before we get going to my place I think I may stop at a nearby hibachi for some food if you care to join? Afterwards we'll head back to the compound and I'll get you set up in a guesthouse. Mind you my dad and mom may ask you to help setup for the Open Barbeque. it'll be in about two weeks or so on the weekend. But besides that we'll leave you to yourself." He cleared his throat as he looked back at Aoi with a nod. "Well, I definitely like the idea of a little spar and if you have a date in mind that you want to set up this fight lemme know. I'll make room in my schedule for it but for now I'm off to get some grub, get him to the compound and then ask around if any local mom and pop shops want to help sponsor this event." He sighed. "I mean our family can handle all the expenses but my father insists on asking if businesses want to offer a hand in the mix. I can see why he does it but some of these places do relatively well without the need of advertisements. Especially with where we're gonna go." Chokashi gave Aoi a bow. "If everything else is squared away I would like to make my leave now since I got a few things to do."

Gin Kakiyama, Location: Unknown

"Wouldn't you say so, ne, Junior."

Gin couldn't reply. He remained quiet yet jaw dropped. There, right next to him, was his father. A man known in the mist as the Phantom of the Mist. A strong ANBU solider that was taken from Gin to soon. His father gave him a blank stare befor looking down at the ground and grinned, following up with a gaze to the sky. "You don't understand, do you?" Gin shook his head. His mind was rattling and his mouth moved but for nothing to come out. His father sighed as he shook his head. "What's the last thing you remember?" Gin closed his mouth and thought about it. "I remember fighting...I remember...Yelling and the sound of debris falling on-" He furrowed his eyebrows and looked at him with sadness. His father smirked before standing up and dusted off the dirt from his back. "You guessed it Junior...You were defeated. Then again I thought I taught you better than that." He helped his son up and held him at the shoulders, examining him before smiling. "Well, needless to say you still became a fine young man. Though, I could've sworn that my perversion would have been the death of you." He laughed and patted his shoulder before grabbing the back of his neck and pressed his forehead against hi son's. Gin Sr. then brought him in for a hug. His son did not deny him it. Gin Jr. sobbed quietly as his father patted his back. After a moment, The phantom of the mist took Gin by thee shoulder and lead him down to the creek nearby. "I think we should continue where we left off before I left on the mission."

Hajime Hyuga, “Haji”

“I want my Hyuga, my place in the sun.”
Herr Mannelig

“Huaaaaah.. wh-who's there..” Hajime thought to himself out loud as he heard several knocks on his door. With a wide arc his hand flew up and to the side, pulling his covers off of himself. The rain softly ticked against his half open window, while some of the rain blew into his room. As soon as Hajime sat up, he was met with a face full of soft, small drops of rain. “What the!” he yelled out as he came to the sudden realization that half his pillow was wet from the rain. He quickly inched up over his bed and closed the window, only to bet with more soft taps, this time not against his window but his door. It seemed the person behind the door was getting impatient. “Hai, hai.. be right there.” Hajime said, probably too soft for the other person to hear it. He quickly got up out of bed and pulled a shirt over his head, before walking towards the door. He opened it, and stared into the face of a familiar woman.

“Oh, hey Kaori. Ummm.. why are you here? Aren't you supposed to be taking care of the main branch?” The woman in the maids dress bowed shortly, and only minimally, and Hajime quickly remembered to bow too. He bowed a similar depth and just as short, since the two of them were relatively familiar with eachother. “Hai, Hajime, that's why I am here. You've been requested by Iwao Hyuga. Please come as quickly as you can. Arigato.” She left again, with a quick bow, before heading down the stairway rapidly and extending the umbrella above herself, heading into the rain and across the street towards the Hyuga compound.

Hajime could only sigh. He'd been released from their clutches for barely a month and they were already calling him back for whatever.. he looked down the hallway of the apartment complex a bit before closing the door and walking to his bed. He slowly got dressed, taking the time and even taking a minute or five to take some bread and put some meat and cheese on it. After that he quickly threw on his denim jacket, pulled up his hood and put the bread in his mouth before leaving his little apartment. He walked through the rain, bread still in his mouth, as he fumbled to close his jacket. After about five steps he decided it wasn't worth the effort as some strings of hair already stuck to his forehead and his shirt had already gotten wet anyway.

Luckily he didn't live that far. As he arrived at the compound he was promptly greeted by some of the other Hyuga's that were at the gate, before being let in. “You'll find Iwao in his room, I think.” One of them said, causing Hajime to bow politely. “Arigato gozaimas. I'll find him.” Those guys were part of the head family, so Hajime really had no choice to be respectful, even if his normal uninterested façade would cause him to do otherwise. Hajime's feet carried him inside, bread still in his mouth. Once inside, the air quickly warmed, and he found himself missing the sweet smell that the rain had seemed to bring. It smelled more like a house in here, and that was not something Hajime generally appreciated like others would. He was just not a homely person.

On the way to Iwao's room he quickly finished his bread, dumping the last bit of it in a garbage bin in the kitchen he passed. He closed in on the door and luckily remembered to take his jacket off. After some fumbling, paired with some grunts because his hand was stuck in the jackets cuff, he finally managed to take it off and dumped the jacket on a nearby chair, before knocking on the door. After that he entered, bowing before Iwao deeply. “You called for me, Iwao-sama?”

Aoi Don Maquia

Summer Time

For some reason her senpai seemed a little more whiny than usual, pointing out just how innocent he was in this how dilemma despite the fact that he as already judged and condemned by Aoi. It satisfied her pseudo-sadistic desires to mess with the two, more notably her senior, by having them fight and making her win no matter the outcome. At least he had a place to stay thanks to Chokashi's exaggerated generosity, something rarely seen nowadays with people becoming a lot more individualistic and prideful over their own person rather than working as a collective. It felt strange but soothing for the clown, and that great sensation when be amplified when both contenders would show complete consent for the challenge she had imposed upon them, even if it originally were to make her simply win a new, free console.

"Okay then boys! How about we do it the morning before the BBQ?~ Dunno if Kiki will be in the mood but I'm defo in the mood for some butt kicking before the feast, that way we'll be extra hungry~"

She suggested, already imagining the feast she'd have at the Akimichi's with only a simple performance to do in return. The documents were finished and she just realized she was still holding the papers, and as such she'd duly give them back to their rightful owners. All they had to do now is sign and give them to the correct authority and they were good to go as ninja. She was now standing up and stretching hr back real quick, making a long, loud yawn in the process like there as no shame to be felt. Then came Daisuke's inquiry concerning possible job offers in town nowadays. Poking her lower lip with her index finger, she thought for a second with a few 'hmm' to go with it.

"Hmmm ... How about ... Oh I know! Yamato's dad's assistant's assistant's or whatever ... Was looking for some tough guys for bodyguard duties or something funny like that! Maybe you should apply to him?! Wait I'll write down his number for you!"

She nabbed the pen she had used to fill out the forms and went along to grab a post-it from the lounge's computer section so she could write down the combination of numbers she promised Daisuke. The number in question wasn't too long, hence her ease in remembering such a random thing, for some reason. Once done, she'd walk back to the hairier Daisuke and quickly grabbed the opportunity to bounce up and slap the post-it's sticky edge on his forehead.

"Here ya' go, Senpai. Oh! I'm still calling you senpai~ But ... I'm a Jonin, teehee~ Tell you what, if you lose that upcoming spar, you have to call me Aoi-sama-sensei and I'll call you Dai-chan! If you win ... We'll see!"

She added salt to the inevitable injury he was going to have in this soon to be event. Not that he could do much about it really, when Aoi was hellbent on getting something one had better not get in the way, no matter how good their reason was. Now that the boys were all set, they had no reason to stay and Chokashi even had the nerve to ask to be dismissed before she'd even suggest it. Not that she actually noticed that detail as she simply bowed back in a somewhat clumsy manner to both of them, signaling that they could go whenever. She wasn't going to follow them, she had much more interesting plans involving finding the most expensive 3DS being sold at this moment on her phone's search engine.

Daisuke Yama

Daisuke’s mouth curved upwards slightly as he felt Chokashi bat him on the back. He was sure that to many the pat would have lead to a bit of pain but being around the same size as the Akimichi it did little to faze him. He could certainly feel the power in the hit though and rather than make him wary of the upcoming spar it managed to excite him. It was rare that he fought someone with a similar style and he was looking forward to the event.

He was brought out of his thoughts by Aoi speaking and returning their papers to them. As the excitement calmed down and he focused his attention back on the clown his lips fell into the neutral line they usually kept. ”I think that would be an acceptable time for the spar. It gives me enough time to get used to being home again and perhaps even train a bit more. With his acceptance for the time he folded his documents and placed them in his pocket, deciding that he will sign and deliver them later on given that the only pen he could see was currently in the possession of the clown and she had not looked pleased the last time he had taken something from her without asking.

Daisuke was just about to turn and address Chokashi when Aoi mentioned an individual who might be looking for bodyguards. He reached into his pocket to retrieve his cellphone when she brought up giving him the man’s number but he was stopped short when she jumped up and slapped his forehead. Momentarily stunned his eyes took on a hard, a mixture of hurt and borderline anger, edge before he noticed the edge of the paper. His gaze returning to normal he removed the paper and glanced at it briefly. Seeing that it was what he presumed to be the number he soon slipped it into the same pocket as his documents, making sure to fold it to ensure that it didn’t become attached to the other papers.

Her next words caught him a bit off guard, he had been calling her kohai out of reflex despite the fact that she was in fact his senior in rank now. Realizing his mistake, and even knowing that she likely wasn’t that offended, he quickly bowed his head. ”I apologize Aoi, I will try to remember not to call you Kohai from this point on regardless of the outcome of the spar. It is a disrespectful act and I hope you will pardon my error.”

As Daisuke lifted his head Chokashi began speaking to him. Instead of responding immediately he held his tongue until the heir had finished speaking with Aoi as well. Returning Aoi’s bow, this time with a full one rather than just his head, which he understood to be her dismissal he faced Chokashi fully.

”Of course I have no issues with helping set up for the event, it is the least I can do to partially repay you and your kin. As for joining you at the hibachi I could use something to eat. I believe I know the way, I am fairly certain that I based it on the way here.” Figuring that Chokashi would follow him, and given the Akimichi clan’s love of food likely pass him by, Daisuke made his way out of the Jounin Lounge and the mansion in general.

Iwao Hyūga

Iwao had rolled his sleeves up from his dress shirt and his tie was loose around his neck, looking at a book and at the sound of someone walking in, he closed it and turned to see Hajime Hyūga standing there and bowing. "Sit Hajime, I need to speak with you on a pressing matter but first-" looking at a guard who was in the room "retrieve Chihiro, I now realize it is better to have these two here while I talk about this, since it involves her as well" the guard bowed and quickly left the room "take a seat Hajime, this is going...well you shall see." He took a seat himself and they sat in the open until the guard came back, without Chihiro, looking down he bowed.

"Uh...She seems to not be on the estate grounds..." Iwao sighed and waved his hand, making the guard leave.

"This child is going to be the death of me" putting a hand through his hair, he leaned back and looked at Hajime "Well, seems like this was a good idea then. Well Hajime are your familiar from a long time ago, our clans history? Such a time from the legendary Neji and Hinata Hyūga? If you are, then I think you might understand why I called you here. As of recently, Chihiro Hyūga has been missing, as I'm sure you have found out to be the case, but she was returned recently by the 11th Corps, who as you know as of recently has been very...secretive. In the light of everything that has happened recently, I have started putting more and more guards around not only the main branch, but many of the other Hyūga branches and establishments. I need to keep our members safe, things will start to change for better or worse...anyway, Chihiro is the future heir and will likely surpass me in bringing the Hyūga as a whole to power, even I will admit that, but the reason I asked you to be summoned, is to reinstate an old pact."

Looking at him "You know what I am asking, I'm giving you an option however, you do not have to take this pact, and then you will get to live freely, in honesty I dont blame you for not accepting if that is the option you pick. But if you do, we will aid you with finance for your home, well actually that brings up another point. I'd like to ask if you would mind moving to a bigger apartment? One that would fit two people, which Im sure you can imagine why. I feel Chihiro is tired of living here, and I much rather her live with another Hyūga then her damned girlfriend...regardless if you accept, then we will pay for moving expenses, whatever apartment you pick, we'll also pay for standard living expenses, bills, food cost, the whole nine, I know this is sudden, which is why I'm giving you either option, but I do need an answer before you leave this room, how ever long it takes."

The Gypsy

Within a few minutes of knocking, Momoi saw the door open slightly before a mature old man wearing a traditional Kimono appeared before her "Hello, who might you be? What business do you have here?" Momoi blinked for a dew moments before shaking her head and gave a confident grin.

"Oji-san, i came to see the young Uzumaki, there is a few questions i want to ask him." The caretaker looked at her for a few second before giving a sad smile. "What's the matter, no go?"

"I'm sorry young lady, but Uzumaki-sama doesn't want to see any visitors right now. Would i be able to take a message?" Momoi bit the inner of her cheek, of course he wouldn't see anyone, not after what happened to him couple of hours ago. "Right...time for plan B." closing her eye, she took a few deep breath, the aura around her changing instantly then even the caretaker was beginning to suspect something.

"Is...is that so....so even he wouldn't come see me..." her amber eyes were soon teary and ready to spill. The once confident girl was now a shivering and innocent girl, wrapping the coat tighter around her. it made her more vulnerable as strands of her blonde her covered her eyes. "How...how cruel can you get..uzumaki-kun..."

"Miss....is there something wrong?"

"No...i know for sure he's abandoned me...and our child." A gasp from the old man which soon lead of him covering her mouth was the golden ticket to getting in the house. Momoi rubbed her stomach as looked even sadder, even the rain seemed to fall harder on her. "I though....he was the one....oji-chan...are all men users of women?!" looking at the caretaker with sullen eye, her waterworks started "Did he just want me for my body, then decides to leave me with a baby?!" her voice was hitching.

"N-no! Uzuzmaki-kun wouldn't so something like this, surely you must be mistaken!" the male caretaker tried to wrap his head around the events. Momoi just shook her head and walked away.

"I know for sure, a mother always know...then tell Uzumaki-kun..don't bother coming to see his child-"

"Wait!" the caretaker cried out "D-don't go away....please, i'm sure Uzuzmaki-sama will make an exception, if not..i will take it was the current head, who is away at the moment." opening to door wider, he ushered Momoi to come in. "Please, may i get your name?"

"Momoi Hiromoto Yasei, a kunoichi of the hidden leaf...thank you oji-chan, you are so kind." the blonde girl smiled as she entered quietly before the door was locked behind her. Following the old man into the house, she silently looked around and admired to size of the house the kid lived in. they shortly arrived in front of Giichii's bedroom, before the man knocked on the door he turned to Momoi "Uzumaki-sama is in a bad mood, but surely if he sees his the mother of his child, surely that should raises his spirits!" grabbing his hand the caretaker looked her in the eyes "Please take care of him!"

"I will." She lied with a smile.

Why are you bothering me?

Momoi sighed as she dropped Takeshi's coat on the floor, allowing her 'gypsy' persona to return she cocked an brow as the way Giichi was being. "Really kid, didn't your mom and dad teach you about handling a lady?" she spoke with the usual spunk in her voice. Ripping of blankets on the blonde ninja she was see him in a fetal position "Name's Momoi Hiromoto Yasei, or just call me Onee-sama." she winked behind his back.

"I'll cut to the chase: You have balls to speak you mind to something that just fucked up the last hokage, but you just offered our life on a silver platter to him." sitting on the side of his bed, the blonde girl scanned his body, then decided to give him back his blanket to his lower half od his body. "I want to ask you about something: you spoke of the will of fire, the same as Naruto...what does it mean?" she would then gently push the boy onto his back and look at him. "What does it mean to carry the will of fire....your answer, determines my loyalty."

Before she could get answer from him, the door opened once more, a boy by the name of Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi entered to room, holding a box of some sort.

"No nothing, just a girl trying to talk to a boy, nothing else~" she smiled at him, before looking at Gichii once again "Oi, how long are you going to be rude? moping about today isn't going to solve anything, if anything: you should be planning a form of action."

Momoi felt her phone vibrate, but it would have to wait after this situation. "Then again..." she mused and pulled out her phone.

One missed call: Chi-chan

"She's back?" Momoi punched in the number to her phone bank and listen to her voice....it was off...and disturbing, not scary...but like something bad as happened to her. shaking the feeling and the urge to rush back to her place and console her. she quickly sent a text-ed to her best friend.

>The gypsy knows when chi-chan is hurting...if you can, come meet me at the Uzuzmaki residence...if you can't....go to Takeshi's apartment in the CBD, yang should be still there...whatever happened to you...i will find out...and i will fuck that person up.

Putting her phone away, she waited for the blonde uzuzmaki to reply, but in the meantime. She turned to her attention to the other boy "Name's Momoi, call me onee-sama...Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi right?" she smiled warmly at him "You have a sword in the package, might if i can take a look?"

Tsukiko Umene, Honeybadger

At least Akio was pretty well prepared. Tsukiko didn't often hunt with others as they usually slowed her down and either made mistakes or ruined the fun in some way or another. Akio didn't ruin the fun, but Tsukiko couldn't say that she didn't have to slow down at least a tiny bit. After all the girl learns quickly but doesn't have the same world experience. "Water temple what?" Tsukiko muttered to herself, having no idea what the girl was talking about and eventually shaking it off as irrelevant banter. "Whatever. Just remember the no jutsu rule. You won't improve as a hunter if you rely on chakra too much in order to kill or survive."

Killing large game would be easy if Tsukiko, or any shinobi really, wanted to use ninjutsu. That completely took the fun out of it, the thrill destroyed by chakra. In her mind you couldn't honestly say you are stronger than any wild animal if you couldn't kill it the "old fashioned way." In fact she was already prepared to start carving spears out of sticks once they would be in the territory, to use the makeshift weapons as the tool of killing. "You're also going to need to learn to make weapons on your own. You won't always be equipped and its good to know. I'll show you how to carve properly when we get closer." Though Akio seemed rather impatient, Tsukiko was oddly patient about the trip. For a woman known to be aggressive and violent she was quite at ease as they left Konoha behind.

It was the air. The two shinobi soon left the range of Ayame's rain, and the clear and fresh air always brought out the natural hunter within. Tsukiko was capable of all the patience in the world if it made for a thrilling hunt. An evil and dangerous smirk formed on Tsukiko's face as they stepped into clear skies. "Can you smell it, Akio?" Tsukiko asked innocently, before launching forward at high speed. The slow and steady pace was gone, it was time to run. The older woman waited a moment, already knowing the girl's answer but allowing her time to catch back up after the surprising change of pace. "It's the smell of freedom. An open world with no laws, only the rules of nature." The stifling feeling in Konoha was left behind. Now it was just Tsukiko, Akio, and the wild. "It's been too long..." Six weeks, in fact.

Shin Maru, Topaz

Despite the harsh grilling that Reijo put on, Kaito seemed completely unfazed. Shin, however, seemed clearly upset by the banter. "He's my father, not my master," Shin commented, though Kaito also seemed unabated by this as well. Kaito knew that Reijo wasn't inciting a debate and was simply making a play to give himself more leverage. To keep the esteem of the community he would have to make enemies and his selection at that moment was Kaito Maru. The older man adjusted his glasses a bit before speaking up again. "Rest assured, there will be no conflicts." Kaito looked around the room, making sure to have eye contact with everyone present. "I guess this meeting is concluded. I bid you gentlemen good day."

Kaito stood up, taking a cellphone out of his pocket. He then nodded at Shin, who began to walk casually to the exit to wait outside while his father made a call inside. "Kaede. Yes, the meeting's done. Yes..." He began to trail off in conversation, standing near one of the walls so as not to get in anyone's way as they were leaving the room. Meanwhile Shin briefly stopped at the doorway, looking back to see if his father was still talking to his mother. Once confirmed he began walking again but wasn't quite paying attention.

The muscular teenager bumped into Reijo. It was light, as it was just Shin's first step forward, but inconsiderate and embarrassing nonetheless. Once Shin realized who he walked into he was quick to rectify his mistake. "Oh, my apologies Mr. Minamoru. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." He gave a quick, polite bow before getting out of the man's way. While Shin left the building at a faster pace now, seemingly due to embarrassment, Reijo may have begun to notice what exactly just happened. A folded piece of paper was now in his jacket pocket that wasn't there before. The sleight of hand was likely surprising, and considering the number of people leaving all at once it was unlikely that anyone else but Reijo noticed the move.

Kaito remained on the phone against the back wall, seemingly oblivious to what was going on. But in reality he had masterminded the trick. The note was also of his own handwriting. Once Reijo would remove the paper and examine it, it would read as such.

I am unable to meet with you in person, as I am under strict watch. I would like to talk to you about my vision for Konoha, but telling you myself would draw attention to you and put us both in hot water.

Instead I would like you to make a Yakuza thug appear in the alley behind 4657 Might Street at exactly 2:14 PM tomorrow, with one of your business cards in his pocket and an illegal weapon in his hand. Shin will detain the man and meet with you later that evening without drawing any suspicion. He too may still be followed if our new leaders are that suspicious of me, but I'm positive you have ways to handle the small risk.

If you are reading this before I have left, do not look at me.
K. Maru

After a minute of talking about groceries and dinner plans, Kaito finally hung up the phone and stepped outside to join his son. "I may have bumped into Reijo on the way out..." Shin confessed to his father, playing innocent with surprisingly good skill. Kaito only sighed, opening his umbrella and holding it over his head. Shin began to do the same as his father spoke up. "Of all the people you have to irritate, it was him. Oh well, it can't be helped. Anyways your uncle will be having dinner with us tonight." "Jugo? That's rare. Did he get caught selling diamonds again and needs some charity?" A chuckle escaped Kaito as the two walked down the street. "Probably, but your mother didn't say."
