IC is up, you may all post! I'll give a quick few notes here:

Grey is an unknown being, no one is able to tell what it is. All that is known is that everyone sees it differently, from gender to physical appearance. You can check the NPC list for a description of it. Your current task *AND this applies to the human characters as well* is to arrive at the East Dormitory common room. None of the characters have been assigned dorms *this again, includes humans and there is a reason for that*

My guess is a corruption of 'dale'. Writing up now.

Edit: Going to pause writing process for an hour or two because reasons. I'm surprised so many of us so far have seen Grey as human-ish as opposed to the same species as the perceiving character. Also, pings! Let's all please remember to ping (@mention) anyone our post interacts with!

Dael is a german name, usually meant for someone who desires strong family ties or loved ones. It's also a random name I grabbed, so don't put too much thought into it.

I'm surprised so many of us so far have seen Grey as human-ish as opposed to the same species as the perceiving character.


Grey is a being of many many mysteries. The intent is no matter how you view it, it's always seen as a respectable individual of authority.

No problems with the year, problems with the dorms. None of you *humans included* have been assigned dorms of any sort yet. Meaning that West and East thing needs to be altered.

If it helps, any humans who are returning students will find it odd that they have NOT been assigned a dorm yet, and are being asked to attend the orientation in the East Dorm.
