I just realized that with the small group of people acting as a distraction the Gods who are fighting against the Dragon Emperor, could attack and possibly take out the Emperor. They could also use the Hydra to their advantage, while also saving the people.
(this is in Tsubasa of course)

You forgot to edit your post. There are no chained prisoners. You also address someone called 'Herald' for some unknown reason, which I can only assume refers to the Herald of War. However, he's nowhere near you, and has nothing to do with your current situation.

I would like to join that one, But I pretty sure that my character doesnt fit best in Sci-fi since Sylphs are known to be wind elementals... So its more of a fantasy character

There is a lot of fantasy in it. Golems, Elementals, wizards, all of these exist. However, so does laser tech, space ships, and teleporters.

Edited. Eclipse knows they are citizens, but they are still technically "prisoners" since they are chained. Also, he sees Kiyoki as a general of sorts, a champion of the emperor, a captain, a leader. "Herald" just referred to that, but I removed the word in case it was confusing.
