No, I'm not in the military yet, nor do I have a job. But I did have a birthday party to go to, and went to a gun show.

Basically a bunch of dealers who set up their merchandise on tables and whatnot. Contrary to popular belief, the majority of them are licensed firearms dealers, not private parties. So it's basically like walking into a Home Depot-sized gun store.

Also, it's not really important, but could you note somewhere what your character's rank is? If she's 26 she'd likely be a Corporal, Specialist, or Sergeant.

I've also finally begun working on the introduction post. I'll try to have it up before I go to bed, and it'll be up tomorrow for sure.

That's neat! When I had my German Shepard and named him Winchester after a song, a lot of people assumed I named him after the rifle when I don't even own firearms ahahah.

It was fun for the first couple of hours, then this guy showed up who, for some reason, my friend really likes. I think he's just an obnoxious prick, but whatever. That kinda soured my mood, along with about a straight hour of listening to shit music, and it quickly just became annoying. I was about ready to get out of there by 9 or so.

And that's funny, about your dog. Don't worry about leaving me waiting, you got shit to do, I understand.

Mads, I am going to have to withdraw for the sake of my new pet because he's taking up so much of my time and I'm so draaaained. I really am sorry if I wasted your time since I looked forward to this. I hope that we can pick up on this later once the craze is not so... well, crazy. I know you're off to the military soon so I hope we can still keep in touch, you're super nice! Plus, I want to keep in touch with you in case I finally get my grubby hands on STALKER. :)

It's no problem. Yeah, we'll keep in touch, but basic last for about 9 weeks, and I won't have internet access at all in that timeframe. But hey, you can catch me in the guild chat if you want to talk. I'm usually around at night.
