Depending on what sort of characters pop up, and how fast/slow the RP is, I might indulge in a second character myself x3

Wow, lots of stuff happened while I was asleep!

@Rakurai, I'll be playing an officer hopefully, though I'm always open to being Children as well. I have characters suited to both sides, so whichever side needs to be evened up. I'll wait for the OOC to be made before I decide, though, and wait to see if additional interest accumulates.

Wow, oppressing mutants sure is a more popular job than I thought it'd be! XD

The original definitely had more interest for powers, this is a lot more even than back then so far. Anyway, OoC is coming along. I'm currently fleshing out descriptions for the city districts. I'll be working on the character skeletons next.

This is what I get for sleeping, miss almost a page worth of chatter and commentary.

Besides, dunno about others, but playing someone all powerful, with no or negligible drawbacks, just seems boring. Kinda got suckered into the whole "Grr, stomp the mutants Grr" side of things since I havent had me some real good sci fi in awhile. So here's to oppressing the mutants with wicked sweet nanomachines, son, biomechanical implants, all that weird, barely understood stuff that might be more hazardous to the user than the opponent.

Haha yea, that is what happens when that damn sleep thing gets in the way...

Anyway, I think I have come up with an idea for a Child of the Darkness - plus who doesn't want to get hunted by mad nano-machines-upgraded psychos*?

*I assumes the police force are just this considering they are going to hunt my sweet "innocent" character down... ^^

That had me LOL

Great concept though. I love the gritty "cyberpunk" type stories where trying to be a morally sound character is tougher than building a nuclear fusion reactor...or two! O.o

@Rawk If you're interested feel free to write up a character sheet. I don't think I'm ever actually going to stop accepting people, and currently we need some more MP to balance things out. If you did want to make a CotD though you still could.
