She's an Asguardian Ranger. They mostly grow up on Feral Worlds, and are generally sent out alone, or in small packs of Rangers. So they don't play well with others, and don't worship/fear Commissars like most do. It'll take a while for her to bond with the rest of the guardsmen, and she does have predjuice, however justified or not, against the leader. A point where she can actually prioritize taking out the Commissar, and not get blamed for it, sounds pretty rare though, so he's got wiggle room to do proving stuff before getting a Las to the head.

Well, I always do the first combat to gauge the general level of power of the group, since you steamrolled the people so easily then I will change the difficulty and amp it up massively.

@KabenSaal Oh shit you might be right. I rolled my initiative and it tied with yours so figured I would let you go first. I'll check with @SomeChap to make sure I didn't just try to skip the enemy turn well whatever remains of them.

Viber isn't able to act this round he is winded. Sorry made an error about Cannis initiative forgot I had already rolled it. For purposes of moving things along go ahead of him I'm going to have him out of range and be positioning himself. I have been a bit strapped for time so I apologize for the confusion.
