Welp, I've gnawing on that for a while but I don't have organic ideas to help you get into the story. Right now both groups are about to meet.

Best I came up with was for you to just show up in Harlan and mingle with a few NPCs till the two groups come together.


Or...OR...Nate accidentally hits him with his car.

I know that sounds crazy but hear me out. They're already on the run and Nate probably wouldn't want to stop to help but maybe JJ is less of a dick and tries to heal him. Maybe we could have him follow them after that to figure out what the hell happened or, more complicated, he somehow ends up in the car with them...Maybe Nate doesn't want to stop long enough to let JJ heal him so they take him with them and do it on the way...That one makes less sense but I'm just spitballin'.

I like that idea too actually! Maybe he got drunk and endes up near the car and stumbles out of a bush or something.

If JJ isn't going to heal Nate, what makes you think she's going to heal a complete stranger? I say he gets ran over, but they stuff him in the back seat to avoid leaving any tracks and even though he appears to be unconscious, he actually hears the group arguing about what they should do with him, whether JJ should heal him even if it's just a minor fix, etc. When the guy learns about her abilities, he pulls out a gun and forces her to do it. I mean, the guy's a thief already so who's to say things can't escalate, especially when he's hurt and drunk.

That's about the only way to get JJ to help him. Otherwise, good luck convincing her.

@Xandrya Well Vin was a total stranger and she healed him so I kind of just assumed she was kind of selfless like that.

You should know better. Nates saved her what four times now and she won't help him. Hell when you think about it. All the shit Buckhead has been through was her fault.

How do you figure? She doesn't have any destructive abilities unlike Vin. Besides, Buckhead should consider themselves lucky that JJ helped that one lady back in the gala.

Who was it that ran away from the car into an alley where five or six people got killed because she didn't listen? Who got kidnapped and had to be rescued because she ran away for a second time?

Who's apartment where they are when two of you members got hemmed up because they were too busy playing grab assband drinking, rather running? Which also left Nate in bad shape, who again saved the day for the forth time. The first was with the wonder twins.

I'm pretty sure we're all at least a little to blame for the situations they found themselves in. If Nate hadn't blacked out and abandoned JJ and Vin in the apartment, he probably could have helped them out.

Anyway, @AcerRo, I was wondering if we could have a time skip to midnight or 1 AM when the team got to Harlan. Unless @Subject Zero and @Rawk oppose this for some reason.

Oh man, I hope @Automaton's character pulls a gun and point's it at JJ while sitting next to Vin...
