Ice, Fire, Earth, and Air. The four basic elements that control the earth and its inhabitants. Each one controlled by a human heir, the four chosen by the elements are destined to a life of isolation within their natural habitat. The elemental heir of Ice lives in the Arctic, isolated from any human contact besides the trash that finds it's way onto her territory.
The Elemental heir of earth, living within an ancient forest that has gone untouched by man ever since it was first planted. The elemental heir of fire, slumbering within the depths of Mt. Fuji for a month or two at a time. If awoken early it'd mean the destruction of all villages surrounding their home. And lastly the elemental heir of Air, their body light enough to allow them to live in the clouds.
Each one is capable of destroying life on earth but a contract was put in place long ago to ensure peace between the four elemental heirs. Each will stay within their allotted space, honing their powers and learning about them in order to better make use of them. But what if the contract is broken and one of the elements goes into another's territory? It means war, a war that would cause man's extinction as they would be caught in the cross fire.
There is one more elemental heir though, one long forgotten as it had been thought of as a joke by the other four. The element of darkness, a mischievous heir contemplating on how to get the war started. The heir takes a part of each territory and places it within another's, causing each one to think that they might perhaps have been spied on. War is declared first by the heir of fire against the heir of ice, the heir of Earth soon following after and declaring war on the heir of Air.
Can the Heirs to the Elements put aside their pride and stop all this before the war can begin? Or will war rage on creating the end of the human race and possibly the earth as we know it?
As I stated above, this will be a small group role play between myself and three other people. If you're interested please post in a hider a writing sample as this won't be a first come first serve sort of thing.
This role play is about the four elemental heirs (I will be the Heir of Ice) and about how they develop relationships with one another, whether they be friends or enemies, rivals of love, or team mates on the battle field. This is more of an open role play with the outcome being centered around each characters decisions not just one.
This will be a long term role play, fair warning, but you're not expected to post constantly throughout the day. We all have lives we need to live, but I expect a post a day unless you have given notice that you can't do otherwise though more posting is completely fine too.
