The Okami and Kitsune clans have been at war for thousands of years. They try to kill each other on sight, but as their numbers decreases, the humans increased. The humans became aware of their existence and the Beast Hunters were born. The Okami's and Kitsune's formed a treaty, to band against the Beast Hunters and try to regain their numbers. They signed the treaty with demanded rules. No hunting each other. No shifting in public. No befriending humans. No fraternizing with the other clan.
