Welcome all to my search for 1x1 partners! Take a look around, and see for yourself if one of the plots can catch your fancy. Also, note that I am trying my hand at Slice of Life settings as I am more inclined towards Fantasy. So, bear with me :D

Here are some few notes before you go on:

Notes:
1. Do PM me :c I don't check the thread often. I'm sorry T^T
2. I can typically write from two to five paragraphs-- sometimes more. I am not really good with grammar, but I would like to ask that your posts be understandable. Oh, and also I'd like my partner to be at least somewhere in the medium-casual to advance levels, if that makes any sense :c
3. I am a fairly slow writer since my days would suddenly be too tense and tight. Rest assured, I'll give you a heads-up.
4. Along with that, I am also a very patient one. I am able to wait even up to three months of inactivity, and I'd still be willing to continue :D
5. I'd like my partner to also be able to progress the story with me :D I want someone who can build the world, not just play it out. After all, it takes two to tango!
6. Also, have fun :D

Until the Mic Drops

Taken

An amateur singer (your character) takes the stage as she participates in the latest singing contest held in the town. She does her best, competing against voices which could shake hearts and mountains, but in the end, her talent proved to be insufficient, and it was not long before the judges voted her out of the contest, just shy of entering the finals. As the distraught singer leaves the contest, she is suddenly stopped by an equally young man who calls her out to his side. The man, Vaughn Rex, offers to be her manager, and assures the singer that she would grow under his tutelage as long as she never lost the flame she displayed for singing. The man promised that within thirty days the world would know her name, and when those thirty days are up, she won't even need him anymore.

The singer, without anything to lose, agrees with the young man as she packs her belongings to join him on a tour around the cities in the country where she begins to sing for various events and reasons. However, amidst the songs and music, there are some questions that need to be asked: why would he choose her? where did he come from? what was going to happen in thirty days?

Better yet, who the hell is Vaughn Rex? Is he just a random manager who saw potential, or did his intentions run deeper than just the melodies people heard? More or less, Rex dances to a different beat, and it may be too late for the singer to realize her manager's real advocacy.

Why Sin Tastes Better

Vacant

Childhood friends reunited after almost a decade of being apart, but the circumstances have never been so different!

YC (your character), a young woman, was once again arrested for a series of petty crimes. Her family's influence somewhat controlled the police, and instead of jailing her like she ought to be, the chief merely required her to perform a community service in the local church. However, YC needs to do a set quota of hours before being let off the hook, and just to make sure that she does her job, YC is introduced to her supervisor: her childhood friend, Fr. Alexis Grant, SVD.

YC's family complies with the conditions, strictly requiring their daughter to complete the task or risk getting booted from the family house. After all, being of legal age, YC's parents have no more obligations to her. So, she unwillingly accepts all terms and conditions as she stands face to face with a childhood buddy from ages past. The two were playmates, and spent their growing years together. However, a sudden event caused Alexis to go back to his hometown. Separated, the two led different lives. But, the red string of fate guides them back, only this time: one is a chronic sinner while the other battles it.

A tale of two childhood friends meeting under different obligations, and the two of them realizing that, sometimes, the past would always catch up to you. And, that, life is not always controlled by a being with strings. Rather, you make your own destiny. You forged your own path. And, if finding your own happiness is a sin, then, sinning has never been so fulfilling.
