Indeed, though I am wondering about fixing Fran's problem. With Ira and Mephila's powers bolstering her own, I wonder if Artoria can break it. Or if she can travel outside of the Nexus now.

The moral of the story: Don't underestimate a mother snake trying to protect her little snakeling, especially when said mom snake is already an epic threat in and of herself.

You are just asking for Juno to start sharing Hildr's curse in regards to children beings used against her. The momma snake is going to be awfully neutered the second someone has Celly in their grasp >:3

Unless Iona says so or a certain person tells her to take it of, Fran's restraints aren't coming off. She knew the price of messing with a vengeful dark archangel, nothing can be done about it.

Also, no Artoria can't leave the Nexus. Even if she had Juno's power she would not be able to leave since it requires Juno wishing to move her true form put of the way and Artoria wouldn't be able to control the Snake of the World.
