I'm quite introverted so I didn't expect to really enjoy myself there even though I like Disclosure (my friend suggested it and I decided to go despite my doubts) but when I got into that crowd something just started to jell and then soon I was dancing with all my friends like crazy. The warm ups were brilliant but when Disclosure came out everything really got going. Overall worth the money.

But today I feel like shit after all the mosh pits and dancing. Help Spam. Help.

Can't help you; Good concerts are such overwhelming amounts of energy, that introverts like us "broken" for a couple hours, becoming temporary extroverts. (Some introverts will remain introverts however. Handle with care, and give them space when they ask it)

The crash afterwards can be brutal, hydrate yourself. Have some salty foods, and eat a banana (Need to replenish some lost potassium), etc. Your muscles are probably hating you for the sudden, and unannounced thrashing to made, but fuck your muscles. You had fun.
