Welcome one and all to Worthington's Academy of the Super Natural. I'm sure you all know why your here, what reasons compelled you to come. And no matter what your past or your origins were, we accept all exiles of the mortal society. Here at Worthington you shall be given the chance to learn of your heritage and how to control your power... Otherwise, it will eat you alive. Ah, but do not fret; even should you decide not to follow the path of your blood, we will still teach you the ways of the mortal realm, so that you to may find your place among their kind as you would here. Relax, be safe, and most of all, enjoy your time here...."

Those words echoed in all the minds of those who received their letters of acceptance from the mysterious dean of Worthington Academy. Each received their letter, as well as a list of supplies they would need to gather and rules they would have to follow. Some were tailored to each of the student's races, as the school knew fully well that some would need to have special accommodations. Each student was also given their uniforms, though they were not obligated to wear it until they have been properly moved into the school. A week after each student received their acceptance letter, they were to go to designated areas to be picked up by an old-looking horse-drawn carriage. It looked small from the outside, bring drawn by a bearded old man in a fine suit, but inside they would find that the carriage was much more spacious, almost luxurious. There were large booths for people of all sizes with a table at the center, a basket of snacks as a complimentary gift for the students. Student's luggage was handled by formal goatmen, who assured the safe handling of all luggage. One by one the prospective new students would file in, hours passing by as unknown to the passengers that the carriage was crossing all over the world to pick up it's students. And likely by magic, no matter where the student came from or their level of intelligence, they could "speak" to one another and understand each other, vocally at least.
Louis Carmine

Louis sat in the carriage, trying to calm his nerves. This was the big day for him. After giving his mother his farewells, he and Mabari where all packed up and got onto the carriage. There were many others here, some chatting among each other, others keeping to themselves. Mabari had left to wonder, as Louis trusted him not to get into trouble. During most of the ride he just looked out of the window, fingering his Holy Lock. Though he knew he was not the only demon at the school, he did not know the extent of the fear he might evoke if he were to ever reveal the beast inside of him. But than again, who knows what else he'll meet that would challenge his power. Though not a violent person himself, it excited him anyways.

He was one of the first to arrive on the carriage, and he noted that after a while it seemed like the carriage was moving though not just different places of the country, but places around the entire world. It was impressive to say the least. After an hour or so various goatmen would come out with trollies of snack foods and rinks for him and Mabari, as well as other students. It was quite fancy, though he didn't imagine that it would always be like this. Just something to give the students a good impression to be sure. Still, he did not have anything bad to say as he munched on some hotdogs, which have been unique tailored to help ease his horror hunger, though not that he knew that.
Restu Goroshi

"As I've said, it was still an impressive victory. I'd personally wouldn't mind having a venomoth with just those skills." To onlookers, it seemed as though Restu was just talking to the other side of the booth. More observant people would notice the faint silhouettes of people however, the ghostly images in the shape of humans. To Restu they were as clear as day; they were her friends and allies, the souls of the dead kept protected in her Death Note. Though she can normally talk to them through the Death Note, they enjoyed the free movement outside of it. "By the way, did you see his newest image? The one with Marisa? That was pretty cool, looked like she took Reisen's advice." A small burst of laughter came from the group, but aside from Restu, most of everyone else would only hear her and the faint echo of the ghosts. Soon Restu became quite and the ghosts took lead of the conversation. She was left to listen contently as she drank her coffee.

Pharii didn't quite enjoy the old-fashioned transportation. An actual motor car would have been better, was this school stuck in the 15th century or something?
In any case she had the most problems of accommodating her Lahti rifle, as the cabin was not much bigger then the rifle. In the end she managed to pack in the rifle (Which she didn't keep hidden or anything, everyone could see she is carrying a 2 meter rifle with her). And the ride to the school began. The carriage stopped to pick up other students, but once they saw one seat was completely occupied by the Lahti, they had to sit in another booth. Like this Pharii enjoyed a calm, silent ride to the school.
Until he woke up.
The loud bat peeked out of her bag before flying out and landing on her rifle, he looked around and asked.
"Oh, we are on our way already, awesome, this is quite a fancy train they have here."
Pharii sighed and looked outside, the carriage was traveling through space using more then three dimensions, so the sight was quite unusual to see.
"... Its a carriage."
The bat, who also got distracted by the outside, now looked at her.
"What is?'
"The thing we are riding in, its a carriage."
The bat immediately perked up and with much effort opened the window. He then saw that it was indeed a carriage, and smaller from the outside too.
"Wow, this is some high class spatial magic, I knew a magician who cou-"
"Please, do you ever stop talking."
The bat landed back on the rifle and put up what she could only guess was a smile.
"Why not I don't, of course."
As an answer to that, Pharii pulled out a combat knife and threw it at the bat, pinning it to the wall. Unfortunately she missed his lungs and hit one of his wings, now she'll have to keep listening to him. The bat was trying to pull out the knife, but then gave up and just hanged there.
"Uh, what was the point of that."
"To shut you up"
"I can't die you know."
"Hmm... Yes... But I wanted to hit your lungs."
The bat shuddered and finished the conversation, Pharii, despite having a fairly ordinary upbringing was not normal by a long shot. The girl was mostly disinterested in anything but training skills for fighting monsters, mostly usage of magical potions, charms, the Lahti rifle and of course, her unique ability.
Pharii picked up her bag and rummaged through it for some time, Sena knew that the bag was quite like this carriage, it was much bigger from the inside then outside. It was a magical item created by Pharii's sister, whose ability was to bend space at will. With that Sena knew that the bag had a lot of things, but wasn't sure what exactly was in it, of the things he knew were:
Ammunition for the Lathi, Fragmentation, High Explosive, Contact, Gas and Smoke grenades, several disposable gas masks.
Several combat knives, throwing knives, and knives in general. At least one machete.
A lot of books on monsters, otherworldly creatures, rituals and magic.
Clothes, Underwear, Daily necessities.
Magical charms, Potions, Medicine enough to heal an army. Several magical bombs.
Of course the most impressive thing was that while the bag bended space, its weight didn't change, Sena could have only imagined how heavy it was, but he guessed tons.
With that he just hanged on the knife, waiting for the trip to end, he knew that its likely Pharii won't say another word for the rest of it, and that if he did, he would get another knife in some body part.

Grant was watching the scenery pass by from his window seat in the, as his vampire girl friend and wielder Mary cuddled into his side with a death grip on his arm. "I'm surprised we're taking something so old fashion to school. Considering how secret it's supposed to be, you would think that they would be using something that doesn't stand out so much" he said to himself out loud

"Oh, it doesn't matter. You worry to much" Mary said as she nuzzled his arm. "Nothing's going to happen"

"I didn't say I was worried, just that this choice of transportation seems rather odd considering we're supposed to be blending in" he responded

"I guess..." Mary said. After a few seconds of silence, she spoke up again "...hey Grant?"

Without waiting for her to go any further, he slid his arm out of her grip, and turned his body around so that his back was up against the side of the carriage and tilted his head to the side. Squeing in delight, Mary leapt on him and dug her fangs into his exposed neck. Having fed her like this so many times before, the pain of having his neck bitten no longer even phased him, his body having learned to ignore it. What did grab his attention however was when she began to grind against him "M-M-Mary!? What are you doing!? There are people here!"

Removing her mouth from his neck, she responded with a mischievous look in her eyes "I know, that's why I'm doing this; to let everyone watching know that you belong to me" having said her piece, she returned to feed on her boyfriend. Having to bite a new hole in him since the last one had already closed up
"...And done!" Luke declared as he put the finishing touches on the ring he had been working on. This one had been a long project; An enchanted engagement ring with a gem in it that could store energy from the earth and imbue it's wielder with enhanced strength. Sure, he didn't have anyone to give it to yet, but Luke liked to be prepared. The metal band was also special, being a 'one size fits all' kind. designed to hug the finger it was on tightly "I can't believe it's finally finished, and right before I got to school too. I was worried it wouldn't be ready in time. Glad I pulled an all nighter, it was worth it." Closing his fist around the ring, he said to himself "if mom and dad could meet, fall in love, and get engaged in high school, then so can I. I'll be sure to graduate with my future wife, and then we can have our happily ever after, just like mom and dad"

Looking out the window, he could feel his excitement rising "I've been waiting so long for this...I can't wait"

Sitting in the lonely, luxurious booth by himself, Keltch couldn't help but question the reasoning behind his enrollment at this new foreign school. Already feeling like an outcast, his head hung low as the carriage continued to roll on, defying physics and reality, but the young goblin wished now that he had been left behind in Norway. As impressive as it all was, it still wasn't home. Jakabok could tell he wouldn't fit in. What's the point of his leaving home, a promising future helping save his fellow countrymen, to join a school whose ultimate purpose was the joining of the Goblin Beskyttende Enhet?

Fighting was never the life Jakabok Keltch would have chosen, violence wasn't in his nature. That he was gifted with an ability well suited for this was something the goblin would curse the rest of his life, he felt, and if it was not for the urging of his elders' insistence, he would be cool in his icy bog home. Damn those elders! Damn them for abusing his honor, forcing him into this now inescapable situation. Damn them for nearly exiling his family, for making his own kinsmen question the Keltch name. Most of all, though, damn them for ruining his future, any hope for happiness felt dashed away as the seats around him remained unoccupied.

Resigning himself to be an unnoticeable, Keltch laid his callused feet in the seat across from him. Not even the fruity beverages and delicious treats could help his mood. Trying to seem small and not worth the effort, Jakabok settled in for the rest of the journey, hoping for peace.

Adruin chuckled to himself. Another brigade of Demons and Angels slain by me, for trying to prevent some ridiculous prophecy. That fight couldn't have gone any worse, for them. Hell lost their foremost knight, and Heaven, Raphael, the Archangel. It was all too easy, they call me a monster, but they literally raised me. Did they think that I wouldn't kill them just because they made me into the most powerful being heaven or hell has to offer? Well, my brethren, obviously the answer was no. I wonder if anyone at this school will be more challenging, probably not, but who knows? Either way, this will be interesting, a break from all of this melodramatically, "We won't let you slay God!" or "We won't let you slay Lucifer!" If they could get it through their dense heads, they would realize that if it's and unstoppable prophecy, how could they stop it? God, this is just boring. I haven't even found a girlfriend because of this bull crap. Hopefully, that'll change in here. But who knows?
Adruin looked away from the window and took out his karambits, wiping away the bloody residue on them and cleaning them well with an oil rag until they gleamed. He then snapped his fingers and they dissipated. He made sure no one in the carriage could see him, but he let fire and holy energy crackle at his finger tips, it always relaxed him after a battle, especially fun, large scale battles. Adruin head been looking forward to this day for a year, where he wouldn't have to kill his kinsmen, retched as they were. He always felt a slight pang of guilt at such a meaningless slaughter. That would all change thoug, from now on he'd be a highschool student, but he'd never give up fighting.

Yume had been excited about getting on the carriage. The elder had always told her such good thing about the world off the mountain, she could only hope she had as good an experience as she was led to believe would happen. Regardless, she was on the way to "school" now. Even if she was told what to expect, she wasn't really sure about this school place. It was apparently similar to what the Elder did with teaching but with a lot more people learning and a lot more people teaching. In Yume's mind though, there was no one nearly as smart as the Elder nor as beautiful (though that may have been a personal bias as she aspires to be like the Elder). Around her were others of course. Not too far away was a boy and his dog, there was a girl talking to herself, a girl with a bat (the flying kind, as Yume needed to remind herself) and a rifle, and few others. Most prominent among the "others" would probably be the couple practically doing naughty things in the corner.

Alas, she was bored already. She hadn't been on the. . . Carriage was it? She wasn't on the carriage long. Looking around, she wondered who to talk to. The boy and his dog or maybe figure out who that one girl is talking to. In the end she decided to wait and see if anyone talked to her.

Adruin sat up a little straighter in his seat and pulled out a butterfly knife for practice. It was fake, but it worked either way. He looked around and observed the people that rose in the carriage with himself. There weren't many, but they all seemed a little out of the norm, per say as humans go. He certainly wouldn't be different, considering he wasn't human. The blade spun over his fingers, every stroke flawless, and beautifully designed to distract your opponent. It wasn't great for practicality, unless locked in place, of coarse, if he really wanted practicality, he would go with his twin blades of heaven and hell. With those, he really couldn't be beaten, he cut down brigade after brigade of hellspawn of Angels, whoever came after him. He had slain knights, dukes, and lords of hell, along with two of the seven fabled archangels, the most recent being Raphael. The twin blades of heaven and hell were two identical swords, however, he was only given one at a time. For each was forged in its namesake, heaven or hell. This allowed him to channel his power into his blades, Andy leash amplified fury with each strike. But, if he wanted that, there'd be no point in fighting anymore. So, he just stuck with his other weapons. He once again viewed everyone in the carriage and decided to ask,
"So, who are you guys?"

Louis just kept looking out of the window. Sometimes the carriage would stop and pick up more students, but each one kept finding a booth of their own to sit at. He wondered if that's how the administration of the school knew how many people would be picked up; that everyone would want to sit by themselves. Either the school had that much money to blow or they were being extra careful. He's heard tales of how temperamental some of these creatures could be. Mabari had wondered off, but Louis knew that he wouldn't cause trouble. Or so he hopes.

Soon some guy asked them all a question. A fairly generic one: Who they were. Louis looked around. He was still unsure if this question was suppose to be directed to him or just anyone. So he chimed up. "You talking to me?"
Restu was writing in her Death Note as her ghosts crowded over a phone, watching a video of something Restu had lost interest in. She was updating the pages to make sure that her ghosts didn't stagnate. If she didn't, they would end up repeating their actions over and over, and slowly going insane. By updating them regularly, they can live a bit more fluidly. She set her notebook down for a moment to drink from her cup, but than one of the ghosts flung his arms out in surprise, knocking the Death Note off the table and out into the carriage. "Hey, watch it!" She shouted at her ghosts. Restu got up from her table and went to look for her Death Note. It was underneath Yume's table, though Restu didn't see it fly over there.
Mabari was bored of Louis and went to go find someone to entertain him. He avoided the girl who seemed to be talking to the otherside of her seat, avoided the couple getting it on in their booth, and others that he didn't really bother to observe. He did, however, find a strange green person taking it easy in his booth. Mabari chose to bother him by getting into the booth, barking once to get his attention.

In the middle of her observing and thinking about who was doing what, Yume noticed that there was something that hit her foot. It was a bit heavy or that's what it felt like. "A book?" She questioned as she reached under her table and picked it up. "Oh my, who's might this be?" She questioned herself again, as if the answer would display itself. Well, it did, or at least Yume thought it did. There was girl going around looking for something. As far as Yume knew, this was a diary. It was something for the eyes of it's writer and whomever that person wanted to show. She also had enough honor not to look into another's personal belongings. . . As much as she wanted to. "Excuse me," She called out to the girl, Retsu, "I believe this work in progress is yours?"

Lynn sat forward, very uneasy about this supernatural school. She held her cellphone to her ear.
"So what's the deal with this place?" she asked, tightening her face mask as it had just started drooping. The phone buzzed loudly in her ear.
"There is no deal", an elderly voice mumbled on the phone. He almost sounded ashamed. "This academy is nothing to take for granted. I always wished for an invitation to study at such a fine school. You need to behave and listen to the rules. I do not want you to turn yourself away from education. Besides, you should learn more about your tribe, and how we came to be," he explained. Lynn scoffed, and snapped her cellphone shut. Her master always had a plan, but never once mentioned she would have to go to some school. She shook her head and looked at the suitcase she had lugged abroad the carriage. Her uniform was in that, but she didn't care. She would try to have a formal talk with the leader of this school. She did not take off her mask for anyone. She looked around at the other new students, hoping none of them would talk to her. She had to follow her master's orders, but she didn't have to like them.

Adruin perked up ever so slightly, at least one person responded, so he figured others would join in sooner or later.
"Ya, I was, the names Adruin, nice to meet you. This is a pretty interesting ride we've got huh?" Adruin examined the person he was talking to non chalantly, he didn't seem like a threat, last school he went to proved to be entirely manned by Angels and Demons, and he didn't feel like anymore killing today. No, he wanted to make allies, hell even some friends maybe.
"Anyways, I'm looking forward to meeting and working with everyone here and I hope at least some of us can be friends!" As he said this, he realized his butterfly knife was still out and about, so he locked it back in place, and shoved it I'm his pocket. Don't want anyone catching that. he thought, as he put on his best smile.

Lynn looked over at Adruin, and smirked. She overheard him and laughed at the thought of being supernatural friends. She didn't want to seem like she was eavesdropping in on his conversation but she shrugged her shoulders.
"You must be joking right?" she asked as it got a little quieter around her. She raised an eyebrow and shook her head. "Most of us are natural enemies and you're over there thinking about friends?" she laughed. "We are here to learn and become stronger, not to hold hands and cut out paper snowflakes," she taunted.

Adruin chuckled at just how feisty this girl was right off of the bat, after one statement. Adruin knew his fullest capabilities hadn't been realized yet, but he also knew he could brush anyone there, he was an unstoppable combat beast, most likely, there were only three thigs more powerful than him at the time. Lucifer, Michael, and god, in that order. He was a better combatant than either of them though, his time in heaven and hell turning him into a ruthless, unstoppable killing machine. He didn't know abou god. Either way, if it was a fight she wanted to pick, she'd get it later. He'd keep his mouth shut for now.
" I understand where you are coming from, but there's no one who can teach me to rain in my power anymore than it already is but myself. I'm literally going here so I can improve my studies more, and make friends. This school just so happens to be properly warded against those wanting me dead. Otherwise, I'd have gone somewhere else less conspicuous. Either way, wouldn't it at least be good to have a few allies on hand, even if not friends?"

She shook her head at the arrogance that radiated in the air. She shifted in her seat, adjusting herself to face him. What sort of friends could he end up with that wouldn't want him as dead as the next guy? The Hungarian tribe she lived with her whole life spat the hatred of other supernatural beings in the world, but her master was always about peace and harmony. Lynn always believed that if they were born mortal enemies, then they are destined for it. She just hoped there would be no vampires on this journey, or she would end up being kicked out of the school. She looked back up at Adruin.
"And pray tell, who would be your ally?" she asked, wondering if he would actually find any.

After spending quite a bit of painful time pulling the massive (in his perspective) knife out of his wing, Sena finally removed the obstruction, and decided to leave Pharii before she decided to shove something else in his body. He flew out of the cabin and onto the hallway, latching onto the roof and listening. This is where being a bat came in handy, he could literally hear and locate all the conversations in the carriage.
Locating an interesting one between some guy and a girl, he flew over to them as the girl asked who would be the guy's ally.
The conversation before that was also quite interesting, the guy really showed no ill intent or hostility, but the girl was on the other hand full of A-grade pessimism. Sena landed on the guy's head and simply stated.
"Sure, I'll be this guy's ally, even friend, why not?"
He knew he might get shot, or cut up for messing into people's business, but he didn't really care.

Adruin chuckled even louder this time. It was rare for someone to be so... Naïve. And then the guy who was willing to be his friend/ ally without knowing them. It was an interesting experience to have people gunning to be his enemy and friend without knowing him.
"Well I can say this, miss. I make for a powerful ally, to say the least. I'm also half angel half demon, so technically, I'm natural enemies with everything. But I judge others based on the content of their character, not by their race. For example, I'm horrible at anything other than fighting, social activity, and acedemics. Though lord knows I how I succed at the last two. The point is, due to that, unless I see a legitimate reason, I find no reason not to be your friend or ally, and I give one hundred percent to my friends!"
After he finished his response to the girl, he turned to the young man. Or in this case bat.
"Well, It would be a pleasure of mine, along with anybody else in this carriage, so I'll ask agiain, who is everybody?" He said with a smile.

Things got a bit heated when one girl responded to the strange guy when she started to taunt him about his perceived optimism. Louis decided that it wasn't his business to know what they were up to; if they wanted to kill each other, he'd have no part of it. He did notice that the scenery outside had changed dramatically however; instead of fairly natural looking country side, they were on what appeared to be a treacherous cliff side, over an ocean of red. "I don't think that's natural..." Sure enough, in the distance, Louis could see a gigantic building. At first he thought it was a mountain, but once the carriage was off the cliff side anyone could plainly see that it was a school. "Damn."
Restu turned her head towards the girl who called out to her. She had Restu's Death Note. Relieved, Restu went over to retrieve it. "Oh, thanks! I accidentally knocked it off my table. Sorry about that, heh." The girl bowed her head and examined the one who found her book. She had dark blue hair and pale skin, but her eyes... The best Restu could think of them were overlapping circles, but at some angles it looked like spirals. It was hypnotic. She stared at the girl for the longest time before coming to. "Oh! Sorry sorry! I didn't meant to stare. I'm Restu by the way. Restu Goroshi. Pleased to meet you."

Adriun had the biggest point of all. A powerful ally would prove very rewarding in the event of friendship. She shook her head at his comment of what his supernatural race consisted of.
"I have heard stories of the half angel/demons. You don't seem to be killing off humans and other supernatural beings, so I assume you are one of the hybrids that actually do make for a strong ally," she said. She took a swig of the liquid in her water bottle. "You'll have to forgive me. I'm used to having trust issues where I have been in a pack most of my life. Members of a werewolf pack are not entirely warming and welcoming to other supes," she chuckled, swigging more of the mysterious liquid in her water bottle n

Surprised, that's what Adruin was. Most people would never admit their being wrong so quickly after a few exchanges. What threw him off more was that she wasn't automatically terrified of him being an evil angel, but what she didn't know, was that any stories she'd heard we're about him, because he was the only one. No others like him had been made, it was true loneliness, to be the only one of your species, and hated by your prediscesors. This is why he wanted friends, the cover the loneliness that he felt.
"Well, while yes, you are correct about me being an Evil Angel, but any stories you've heard we're about me, because I'm the only one. Oh, and another thing, I do have to kill, I have to kill Angels, and Demons. That's only because they try to kill me though, I respond with equal or less force depending on the opponent. However, I've never killed anything other that an angel or demon. So, if you don't care about the past or if I've had to kill a few hundred of my brethren in self defense, then we're good. "

Lynn shook her head. "The past is the past. I don't judge. That's up to the big guy," she said, putting away her empty water bottle. She pulled out another unopened one. She crossed her legs as she got into a different position in her seat. "It must be lonely, to be the only of your kind," she thought aloud. She sat back in her chair. "I've always had someone to confide to in the pack," she said. She pulled out a clear baggie from her bag and opened it. Inside was a rare weed that she only found to grow in Romania. She pulled off the leaf of the wild weed and crushed it into her water bottle. She shook it and put the bag back into her suitcase. She had bee addicted to wolfs bane, and didn't know what she was going to do once she ran out.
