How would they use it?

He may be centered around stealth- I've come up with some powers.
1. Teleporting self, others, and objects through portals.
Weakness for that: He needs to have seen the place the portal leads previously for it to work.
2. Invisibility
Weakness for that: If he stays invisible for 60 minutes or more, it gets harder and harder for him to turn back until he cannot.
3.Side Power: Immediate Clairvoyance: He can see the future of himself- but only a few seconds into the future. This is a useful skill in combat.
Weakness for that: He needs to devote his energy to seeing the future, which leaves him prone to attacks as he can only see a few seconds into the future and can be attacked while seeing, or after an attack he saw in the future.
4. Telekinesis: He can move objects. That's the definition of telekinesis.
Weakness for that: He needs to concentrate on the object he is moving; and he loses focus easily.
5. Phasing: He can phase through most surfaces, except some. (e.g. Vibranium, if he was in the Marvel universe)
Weakness for that: He needs to focus on his phasing, or he gets stuck in the surfaces he's phasing through- which is a messy sight.

Scrapping gravity manipulation, and checking out for now.

I like those powers, but I would say scrap one. Telekinesis doesn't really fit with the rest of the set, so I'd personally pick that one. What do you think?

Yeah, I was unsure about telekinesis anyway.

Once I come up with a suitable name, I will create a character sheet.

Also, would you be willing to do collaboration posts? As in, doing posts in PMs for our respective characters, and then copy and pasting it together so our characters both have dialogue together in the same post?

Also, can we only operate one character? I was planning on my spy guy to have a twin named... Spitfire.

I do like a good collab post every now and then, but I like to keep them to a minimum when possible. I've found that they can slow up an RP as the rest of the scene waits for two people to finish their interaction.

Also, you can definitely have more than one character! I don't have a set limit as of yet.

Okay! You should set a limit to two characters... I was once in a RP where someone had ten characters and had a whole sub-plot that they were doing all alone. I am still struggling to come up with my character's name...

I won't let it get that out of hand. I'd say a soft limit at four, but I trust people to be reasonable. Otherwise, I'll let them know.

Name: Elias Crowl/Phantom

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Affiliation: Rogue/Acts as SDMS recovery agent

Power: Phantom's powers are centered around stealth. He however, can create teleportation portals. He is able to go invisible and phase through walls. A very helpful combat skill, he can see a few seconds into the future. He uses this to be an incredible spy.

Weaknesses: Elias has weaknesses as well. He can only create teleportation portals to places he has seen, and if he stays invisible for 60 minutes, it causes him to put in a little effort to becoming visible, but that gets harder and harder over time and if he is invisible for 240+ minutes, he cannot become visible again. He is in a vulnerable state when he is using his Immediate Clairvoyance, as he is in a trance, and phasing through walls requires immense concentration.

Personality: A lot can be said of Elias Crowl, but if there's anything you should know it's that he's methodical and daring. Of course he's also playful, amusing and persuasive, but far less strongly and often mixed with being destructive as well.
His methodical nature though, this is what he's often admired for. People often count on this and his insight in times of need.

Nobody's perfect of course and Elias has a range of flaws to deal with too. His slyness and opportunistic ways pose plenty of problems and reach all around.
Fortunately his daring nature helps lighten the blows and moods when needed.

Appearance: Elias normally wears a trench coat and sunglasses. He wears jeans and a blue T-shirt underneath his coat. He has spiked hair that he gels at LEAST once a day. When recovering information at S.D.M.S, he wears no suit or any type of disguise; his invisibility suffices.

Other: He is skilled with guns and often has one inside his trench coat. His sunglasses keep the sun out. On occasions, he can reflect light at his opponents. He is the adoptive father of the Rogue duo "Titans"

History: Elias lived a happy life until the age of 10. He was playing hide-and-seek, and he was hiding behind the couch, but nobody saw him. Finally, when he said "See me!" He then went visible again. His parents were shocked and immediately notified the Academy. Elias disappeared that night. The Academy had taken him. Elias joined S.D.M.S after graduating the academy. He worked as a recovery agent- but he hadn't forgotten the horrors in the Academy- so he secretly freed someone at the Academy whenever he could. He was on a mission when he saw two superhuman twins. He tried to rescue them but was nearly caught and had to abandon the mission. He hopes to try to rope another recovery agent into getting the twins. Now, we are in present day.
