Personal Style: Sunshine always gives off the impression that it's springtime or that she's heading off to some sort of summer camp. She wears shorts practically year round - it is partially a fashion choice, but also due to the fact that she just doesn't have other things on her. Sometimes she'll wear thick leggings or tights to offset the cold. Her hair is pretty much either braided or loose, with a baseball cap to more or less keep her looking presentable. She likes soft colors and fabrics.
Psychology
Creative * Vain * Strong * Vengeful * Charming * Stubborn
Sexuality: Pansexual
Relationship Status: Dating Marrow
Personality: Sunshine is not the happy go lucky personality type that most would expect from her name. Instead, most people would likely describe her as a charming yet vindictive bitch. She's the type of person that can sing your praises in one moment, but her mood can change suddenly and she'll grab your prized vase and throw it against the wall. She will consider the consequences of her actions, but she won't regret what she's done. Vengeance is needed in order to survive and if someone wrongs her, she wants to make sure that they'll rue the day.
On a more positive note, Sunshine can be very sweet and charming, kind even. She is incredibly creative and enjoys most forms of the arts, and tends to be a bit of a natural at all of them. She can flatter someone into doing what she wishes, but also has the strength needed to help keep a group together. Sure, she is haughty and thinks highly of herself, but she is able to be there when it counts and can see the bigger picture.

History
How did you discover your powers: Although they day changed her life, Electra still cannot remember what the argument had been about. She had been at the park, playing with some of the kids that lived in the neighborhood, when Connor pushed her off of the play structure. She hit the ground and scuffed up her knees, but she was mad. The little girl got up, yelling at him in Greek, and she scooped up some bark to throw at him. But when she threw the bark, it was surrounded by what looked like green smoke and when it touched Connor, he came down with an instant case of hay fever.
General History: Electra's father was from Greece and met her mother at an art gallery in New York City. That's the extent of what she knows about him, as he left before she was born and never returned. Her mother's new boyfriend was present for the birth and Electra ended up with his surname by a mistake on the nurse's part that was never corrected. Her life was relatively simple and happy, yet her powers emerged at a young age and her mother kicked her out of the apartment. A few days later, her mother had left the city entirely, leaving a 6 year old Electra alone to fend for herself on the streets.
She lived with a few other abandoned kids and they called her Sunshine, due to her gleaming golden hair. It wasn't a nickname due to a sunny disposition or anything like that. Most of the other kids were mutants and they banded together, scavenging for food and stealing what they needed to get by. None of them wanted to go into the system - nothing good happened to mutant kids there. Sure, a few of them talked about trying to go to Xavier's Institute or a mutant friendly school, but there was no guarantee that they could all stay together. They were a family.
However, they couldn't stay in New York forever. After the Incident when aliens came down and razed the city, it wasn't safe anymore for them. The small little family hitchhiked out of town and moved south, eventually ending up in Washington D.C. The older kids started getting jobs, somehow managing for a few months to get a tiny studio apartment for them all to live in. Those years in the apartment were the happiest in Sunshine's life. And also the most traumatic.
A little under a year after they moved in, Purifiers realized that the apartment complex was friendly to mutant and tried to flush out the occupants by burning it to the ground. They lost everything. Police incorrectly blamed the mutants tenants for the fire and they were taken away to a mutant detainment facility. Sunshine spent the next year of her life behind bars, released largely only because she was a minor - and her friends, the adults, are still in the Mutant Super Max.
She's been alone and struggling to get by in the Washington D.C. area ever since.

💀 Ice Queen 💀
"She's rich."
- Sunshine has no real reasoning to dislike Leighton. She is content to stereotype the Ice Queen and not bother actually getting to know her.
😈 Tome 😈
"Oh wait till Erg sees what you did!"
- She loves to torment him relentlessly, always trying to get him in trouble with the authority figure of the Morlocks (Erg).
- Sunshine first met Tome in a shopping mall and she found his first costume change dumb and annoying. Her opinion has not altered on subsequent ones.
💛 Caduceus 💛
"He's resourceful."
- She admires his ingenuity, as he was able to fix up the generators in the Morlock Tunnels and improve the quality of life down there.
- Since he healed her in the comic book shop, Sunshine owes him one and has offered to whip up a disease for him to eliminate an enemy of his.
💛 Stretch 💛
"America's Ass!"
- Sunshine thinks of him as a silly goofball - an impression largely derived by the fact that he turned into Captain America when they first met.
- She knows he's trying to be protective over her since she's underage - and it annoys her.
- Nicknames she uses for him: Hufflepuff, Sad Panda, Baby Giraffe
💀 Spirit Box 💀
"Druggie."
- Sunshine knew a lot of people get addicted to drugs and end up overdosing when she lived on the streets. Casper's careless attitude about addiction infuriates her.

💕 Veil 💕
"I don't want her to end up like Erg."
- Due to Sunshine's upbringing, she tends to form familial bonds in the groups she joins. She views Veil as being her eldest sister - part of her found family.
- While Veil has been mentoring her, she is worried that Veil will end up dead one day soon. It happened to Erg. It happened to her found family before. What's to stop Veil from ending up dead next?
💕 Spark Plug 💕
"She likes football, so she's dead to me."
- Spark Plug had been serving as a mentor to Sunshine.
- Due to Sunshine's upbringing, she tends to form familial bonds in the groups she joins. She views Spark Plug as being her sister - part of her found family.
💕 Sapphire 💕
"She's a vodka aunt."
- Similarly to Spark Plug, Sapphire has also been mentoring Sunshine. She's been teaching the young mutant lots of things, usually through violence (inflicted upon poor Havok).
- Due to Sunshine's upbringing, she tends to form familial bonds in the groups she joins. She views Sapphire as being her aunt - part of her found family.
💕 Caduceus 💕
"He's not the worst, I guess. He has horrible taste in boyfriends though, but all of the options here were terrible so... whatever."
- James was one of the few to stick around from her original group. He may have abandoned Erg, but he helped to save the mutants in trouble and she sees him as a hero for that (she hasn't told him that).
- She also tends to form familial connections with people after hanging around in groups for a while, so she views him as a brother figure.
- He's made a habit out of spending time with her. While she complained at first about it, she now will seek him out to initiate it if he forgets.
💞 Stretch 💞
"Hufflepuff Sr. I don't think he could do anything mean if he tried."
- Sunshine sees him as an annoying do-gooder big brother with a doughnut problem.
- As revealed in House of M, Jack is Sunshine's biological father. Blink's portal mishap that sent him back in time to the early 2000s resulted in his affair with Sunshine's mother. He returned to the present day before she was born.
💞 Spirit Box 💞
"James could do way better than him. Casper probably will never do better than James."
- Sunshine didn't like him at first, mostly because of his drug habit. But since Casper has been sobering up, her opinion on him has softened. He's annoying and weird. And apparently, her uncle.
💀 Glimpse 💀
"She's so bossy. And bitchy. Bleh."
- Sunshine thinks that Glimpse's hair is super cool and so is her accent, but her bossiness encourages Sunshine to be annoyed by her.
- Glimpse's wealth also causes Sunshine to not like her at all. She doesn't trust the wealthy.
💛 Moonwalker 💛
"Hufflepuff Jr."
- He reminds her a lot of a lost puppy. But no matter how mean to him she is, he still seems to be friendly.
- She's convinced he and Jack are clones.
💙 Feedback 💙
"What's a TikTok?"
- The two of them are roommates at the Mutant Underground.
- Sunshine knows all about being a mutant on the run and fighting bad guys. Waverley knows what it's like to be a normal teen and has a high school education that Sunshine never got. They're learning from each other and have slowly become good friends because of it.

"He should've stopped him."
- James was the only other person to wake up with her after everything that happened. His helicopter parenting is annoying and Sunshine chaffs at it, but secretly she's glad to know that he still cares. She sometimes blames him for what happened, but it's more a reflection of her own guilt.
💞 Stretch 💞
"He's kind of useless."
- Sunshine doesn't view him as her father. She wasn't sure what to make of him after the kidnapping attempt, and now, she's pretty sure that he already peaked.
- As revealed in House of M, Jack is Sunshine's biological father. Blink's portal mishap that sent him back in time to the early 2000s resulted in his affair with Sunshine's mother. He returned to the present day before she was born.
🎆 Moneta 🎆
"She's really nice. And she gets it."
- Moneta was one of the key Genoshan figures who helped James and Sunshine out after they recovered
- Sunshine likes Moneta. She hasn't voiced this, but Moneta feels more like a mother than her own ever did.
