Basically the idea is the standard diplomatic/warring relations type of NRP, but, the planet is experiencing massive climate changes, once lush paradises are plagued by drought, while deserts are becoming waterlogged, as well as the discovery of many new isolated nations (of which you can be one.)

How exactly would new nations be discovered? Is this in an alternative universe, because humans have more or less mapped the whole world, and there certainly aren't any big nations we haven't already found. A small tribe, sure, but not a nation.

I believe Hideka means that this will take place on a fantastical world, not our modern day world.

naturally takes place in a alternate world, we've kinda completely explored this entire planet. now then, aren't you supposed to be making chocolate rain from cotton candy clouds?
