I've got this odd thing. You see, I want to start a RP. Don't know what about. Anyway, the thing is that I want to RP with someone local/semilocal so I can meet with them and like, chat at a cafe some time. Something like that.

Anyway, here's my question: Are any of you from Ohio and interested in starting a RP about... Something?

I'm personally in Cincinnati, but yeah.

I think that's an awesome idea. I wish I could meet some of the people I RP with; being in Alaska, I doubt that will ever happen though. Maybe when I move :p

Good luck finding someone in your area, it seems that a lot of the RPers are from other countries .__.

I actually know of 3 or 4 rpers here from my relative area. One is my best friend, one, I don't think RPs, and the other/s I'm not interested in RPing with.

I'm just going to put it out there to make sure you know, be cautious when meeting someone you only know online. You can't be 100% certain that this person isn't just masquerading or acting as someone/something else to take advantage of you. While it's entirely possible to meet plenty of people you know online and stay safe, you never know when you're going to come across someone that's dangerous. If you're going to meet someone online, take a friend with you or let someone know where you're going, just to be safe.

I know this. I've met people online before. Also helps to go to a public place with a lot of people in the middle of the day.
