A 'The Gamer' Based RP

Hello,

I am thinking of making a role play based on the Korean Manhwa called 'The Gamer'.

I have not decided anything definite, but would like to make it simply set in the same world, but without all the same characters.
Of course, it would be quite free in it's ability to make title names.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Anyone else interested?

Hm...

I would say we should all have different powers, unless we decide to have clans, so like the Chunbumoon, where a group of people may have similar abilities, based on rank and etc.
I think it will depend on the number of people we have for if we have clans, but otherwise we will have different powers. Some people may have the same.
If any of you guys object to this then we can change it, I am flexible with this. Just want to establish a group first.
Should I start an OOC to get it started right now?

Well, with the people here, I think only one person should have 'The Gamer' ability, so if you are interested in being the chosen one, post back. one of us (including myself) will be chosen randomly, how does that sound?

After that, I will create the Roleplay thread and make a story and etc.

Any of you want to be 'The Gamer'? I want to fairly only have one 'The Gamer' chosen at random, instead of stealing it.

Well it would surely be nice to be The Gamer but I think you should take the position since you're the GM :)

I wish to be fair, and give everyone who wishes to be a chance. I guess I should think a bit of how the story will be presented and make an OOC soon. If no-one says anything I guess either WinterNightSky or I will be The Gamer.

Since people bothered to dig this out from the grave, I am still willing to make this
Forgetting all the people who did sign up already, and will start with whoever is currently wanting to join. However, at this point in time I am a little busy. I will be more available after this week. So, I will probably make it, and set things out next week, if there is still enough interest.

Edit:
Oh Winter, only realised we were in the same RP and that you signed up for this ages ago just now. Lol

Also, if anyone would like, when I am more available, to help me GM this, because I have 1, no experience making anything, 2, no thought out plans.
Just thought I would give it a shot when I first registered, and thought it would be good to get everyone's opinions. Although I still plan on doing that, still rather that there is a bit more planning and thought involved, rather than something half-hearted.

I can co-GM if you wish; I have some experience and I know the Gamer pretty well.

I can say now that the Irregular Magician should be a GM-controlled character. One person strong enough to take on the whole of the Chunbumoon and Yunhonmoon clans... yeah.

I will see once I can be active enough to manage a RP. I thought this was dead, so was planning to focus on another one I had planned. One that I had a setting and details for. Well will see what happens.
