I thought the explosion was just around the Weasly shop area? and I didn't know we had to interact with Bellatrix, where is she?

PERSONALITY: Prion to brood and dark moods. He is normally found with his nose in a book, he finds himself drawn to forbidden knowledge. He is also a firm beliver of train one's body and the mind will fallow. And manners where never a huge thing with him.

HISTORY: Paul grew up in the Mid West of the united states. He imported to England when he received a letter. Paul passes the time in between semesters at Hogwarts and working in a smuggle occult book store. Called the Third Eye , he worked to find any actual magic books that may come threw the store. His parents died in a murder suicide when he was eleven. He bounced from foster home to foster home. Tell he received his letter and made tracks to England. Where he was able to secure housing above Third Eye.

HISTORY: Her father is very respected in the wizarding world along with her mom. She grew up in a big house which is passed down in family generations. She has two older brothers, one who is married to a muggle, and the other in his seventh year. For a whole year her two brothers ignored her which lead her to start studying about Hogwarts.
