Spam Constitutional Convention

I propose a stipulation: a clause of the Constitution should be that all female posters with a B-cup or smaller are not allowed to post in Spam.

§ 2.0 (Put Feminism in its Place) Clause 1-1, Article 1
Henceforth, all female posters within the confines of Spam shall here unto prostrate themselves for tangible examinations and thus, if found mammary-deficient, they therefore retreat from thine sight.
Additionally, unbeknownst genders and Nats shall henceforth receive their dues with 1/3rd (33%) prowess of Voting Rights, herein trusting the unknown or Nat is a feat punishable by loss of democracy.
