This is a battle between the Captain of the Fifth Division, Akimoto Taiki, and the Vasto Lorde Chillida Tremmor.

Their first duel was a response to a distress call when the previous Captain of the 8th Division was ambushed by Hollow and the Vasto Lorde. Captain Nakahara died and left Captain Akimoto to follow through with the failed mission.

Years later and many more failures, Akimoto is determined to destroy this Vasto Lorde, himself.
