Darn... I was just planning for him to save Zeruel's ass. It fits in with the whole contract thing. In fact I was originally going to have Zeruel issue the contract for him to forcibly kill for Zeruel to keep existing, or otherwise he will perish amongst the Laguna Angel.

This new character seems alright by me. I just don't think that you need that Mana handicap, no one in the RP has to do such a heavy resource management, you could make do without it as well.

As for not your new character joining the current battle, that's really a no. Even if you didn't have Gelgath there at the moment (locking your character limits), the battle is too well underway to admit more reinforcement to any side. Kushiel will have to wait until this battle is over to do his debut and, if you ever plan to use he and Zeruel at the same time, you'll be forfeiting any other characters. You get that, right?

Mind that, even as a NPC (if you choose to go this way), you still cannot add him on this battle. Upgrades must gained during intermissions and Zeruel didn't began this battle with the ability to summon him noted on his CS.

I just feel, like compared to all the other RPs Ive been in, I was never used to the whole "die but you don't technically die" and so on really. I guess if anything I dont want Zeruel to die THIS early if anything.

But as for the two, I'll probably switch Zeruel for Kushiel or Kushiel for Zeruel depending on the battle or mission. Will still however aim for making a machina character... but I dont want said character to be a "generic" android girl or human girl. I could go for a giant mech, but then again I dunno. Already salty-ish about Bastion's fuckin' attack as much as Overwatch's Play of the Games are...

Any ideas?

Perhaps you should have read up on the IC to take note on the full capabilities of these characters. It's already evident you were going to shrug off everyone's attacks anyway had I not intervened. That's godmodding.

@Lmpkio We don't have many machina characters that are not almost entirely humanoid when you get right down to it. There's Grafdakka who doesn't bother with looking like a human, and then that's kinda it. Many of the character either could totally pass for cyborgs or humans in techno gear(Cherry, Eos, Zealot), or are a robot in a very humanoid shape (Marquis), effectively a robot made human.

@TheWindel I'm not sure we need more machina players actually. Despite already losing two characters, the Machina still have more remaining players on the field than the other factions.

Team Machina: Cherry, Grafdakka, Hibiki, Shizuka, Marquis, Bonesword, Titania, Bastion, Alexi, Ni-Mu
Team Angel: Abigail, Tartys, Zak, Syphax, Omega, Hilda, ?Zeruel?, Cydone
Team Demon: Henry, Gelgath, Ira?, Victoire, Balrog

As per this, I think it's clear that team Demon is the one suffering for players. No worries, Artoria is here now. :P

I did not mean to god-mod in that case. Now I can see where you get this, and all in all it might've indeed been god-modding, but I wasn't going to have him be like "INVINCIBLE" for the entire battle. I guess partially I expected him him to be more on a... boss status, even though he's clearly not labeled as a boss. I could go more on about this, but for the sake of time and that it doesnt truly matter now in this state, that's where I'll leave it be.

Or you know... have a sub faction filled with an Earth-Faction that represents Nature and is neutral to the war at hand :P Lucoa sounds like a nice fit for a based character XD

It's fine. Merely a learning experience. Communicating with the other Angel players in making a strategy would do you well. After all, the Machina have better communication and right now they're beating everyone else.

You could make a corrupt machine Demon thing. A Hell Mech.

I had a lot of fun playing Zyata, even as short as it was. I kinda want to do some slice of life roleplaying with them. But that may just be my "oh, got all my characters killed, gotta find something else to do for the rest of the battle" kicking in.
