I guess I should move forward the scene to enact Saras' plan?

I guess? Your last post appeared to flow on to it, unless there was more detail you wanted to write out.

I don't know about you, but I think we can work out any terms on the official documents on the fly. I don't really want to write out all the legalese that Maroc and his band are going to use. Suffice it to say, the Empire is trying to cooperate to help lycans end the war with Vile by exchanging information, with either party reserving the right to withdraw should the other party act against them. At that point, the agreement of the Empire to protect them against the Empire's enemies, or the legion, is nullified. The Dominion has it written similarly.

In both cases, they aren't treating the clans as a neutral faction in a war between the nations, but instead as residents of their nations that are not going to be subject to any drafts or demands for resources. However, this part has a clause that states that when the Empire or Dominion is satisfied that the conflict with Vile is over, that this part is immediately renegotiated to better integrate the clans into their nations. If asked, Lunise and Maroc will say that they do not wish for lycan clans to be havens for tax evasion and the black market and should be subject to the law of the land after their troubles are calmed.

Any individual clan members that go against the Empire or end up in jail or courts are subject to the laws they are charged with. If they aren't sentenced to death, they are ushered away to serve their sentences in secret. Afterwards, if they still live, they are given over to clans as per the agreement to hand over lycans that need rehabilitation.

The entire document has a sunset clause that has it expire after fifteen years unless it is ended before then. They might be willing to increase that if Saras insists on more time.

Did you want to know anything specific right now?

Nah, I didn't want to detail out the entire process either. Saras was just looking to talk with the Justicar to see what information he could gain from her.

I doubt there's much more to do with the scene. Saras would probably insist on a clause that would require them all to send a representative to give a final signature before a certain date to finalize the agreement, so that they would have a chance to run it by their respective superiors. We might do a very short scene with that later, since it would probably be Meesei doing the signing.

You don't need to write out the answers that Malithus pack give, Fendros was just making talk while they wait.

Yeah, didn't have any specific conversation in mind at that point. Though, I believe Arthon and Nelise stayed back at camp to watch their belongings.

That's a good point. Would Marcaille have taught Sabine something like that? If not, she can just make herself invisible and climb up.

Marcaille would teach any member of the Champion's pack anything they wanted to know. Particularly after work on the cure stopped taking up so much of her days. She's naturally not the type to be completely subordinate, but she believes helping the Champion's pack to be worth her time. The only real question would be if Sabine would have wanted to learn.

I suppose it would have crossed Sabine's mind. I'll say that she is not very practiced in it, seeing as it's a crazy out-there ancient magic.

Doubt that kind of shapeshifting was ever widespread. I know it is something practiced by the Glenmoril witches, though. In Morrowind, a few of them appear to you in game as ravens.

I left the scene unfinished in case any of the others had input. We can otherwise skip to the confrontation or any other time you think would be appropriate.

Think I'll bring us to a conversation with Colors. He might be a bad influence. Or just harmless. I can never decide half the time.

It really depends upon one's definition of bad.
