Name: Hiyato Katsuro
Age: 15
Short Bio: Katsuro's parents had been split up for as long as he can remember, his father taking most, if not all of the responsibility for raising him. His father was an informant for organized crime so Katsuro had the arts of misdirection and avoiding suspicion taught to him at a young age. His mother passed when he was 14, and with no one to stop him Katsuro's father quickly enrolled him at Seiko Academy so he could "Finally put his talents to use".
Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Watching Sci-Fi movies, Playing Strategy games
Dislikes: Incompetence, Diving into something without a plan, Arrogance, Pretentiousness
