Shikaroku Nara
Konoha Genin - Team 9

Damnit! For what seemed like the hundredth time, Shikaroku cursed inwardly at his bad timing. He had been out late practicing the techniques that he had learned from Aiko-sama to help him with his chakra control and, as a result, he arrived home to find the note from Hiron far later than he should have.

Making his way through the streets as quickly as he could, Shikaroku could finally see the main gates ahead. It wasn't far now... Putting on an extra burst of speed he reached his destination a little short on breath. It wasn't often that he ran to a meeting, but Hiron's message made it clear that this was important, and Shikaroku was already late as it was. Pulling up to a stop, Shikaroku paused for a moment to regain his breath. Bowing his head towards his sensei and his teammate, Shikaroku finally spoke. "My apologies for the delay Hiron-sensei. It will not happen again." Turning his head slightly towards Mia he still held the apologetic look on his face. "It is good to see you again Mia-sama. I hope I haven't held us up."

Hisoka Uchiha and Sakamoto Senju

Before the talk with Kensuke

People had to stop running around, Hisoka thought as he arrived before the room that had contained the Kyuubi. This panic would not do. Inspecting the doorway and the hall he tried to find remains of his jutsu, but they were all but gone. He straightened up and looked around. Sakamoto should be here by now. With his help and the help of the ANBU they should calm the people down and get everyone safely out of the hospital so that they could figure out what exactly happened. He walked back through the hallway and reached the main hall, his hand on his ear. "Sakamoto, you here?"

Standing at the hallway, already telling people to remain calm and that there is nothing to worry about, Sakamoto heard Hisoka's voice in his earpiece. He gave a nod to a couple of medical shinobi's and then moved away before touching the earpiece "I am. I was telling a couple of shinobi here to make sure everyone remains as calm as possible. After hearing what Zakito said, I figured we should go ahead and do it all around, not just with the shinobi." He replied in a whisper to his earpiece and then removed his hand before beggining to walk down the corridor. His eyes looked at a certain room for a few moments before looking back down the hallway, and he walked slightly faster.

Finally HIsoka spotted the man and walked up to him. "Yes. I agree." He said, rubbing his temples. "Okay, so here is what I want you to do. We need to calm the people down and we need to get the hospital in a state that I can properly take a look at it. Please direct the ANBU to help with getting the hospital empty again of all the unwanted visitors. Not of the patients of course. There seems to be no direct threat at the moments so they should stay in their rooms." Hisoka's eyes shot through the hall. "Any other things I have forgotten?"

Looking at the hallway, his eyes looked at the door to the room he was looking at before "I think that besides ensuring the hospital will be safe for proper examination, we should check the room where he was while in a coma. It may be unrelated, but I still get the feeling that we should check there, just to be sure. He could've left something there to help with getting back in. But we cannot know for sure." Sakamoto said and then looked at the direction of a few ANBU who just arrived at the hospital and were heading towards Hisoka and him. He motioned to them to stop "We have instructions from the Hokage to clear the hospital from unwanted visitors. Apologize to anyone who may be visiting and tell them that by the order of the Hokage they need to leave, and they will be allowed to visit again later today. If anyone refuses to do so, then you may not use direct force on the people, but simply make it clear to them that it is vital they leave." He said, and looked at the Hokage to see if he had anything else to add.

"I was planning to start the examination there." Hisoka replied. He nodded along with Sakamoto's words. "And I want a report on the amount of dead shinobi we have. Their families need to be informed later." Was the only thing he added. He was not looking forward to that part. Dead friends... dead parents and children... But it was his job to tell them and his job to take the blame for it. That was what he had signed up for so that Konoha could strife. "Oh, and if anything suspicious is found please report immediately. That'd be all. I'll check the room myself." He said and turned around to make his way back to the chamber where he had been before.

Nodding, Sakamoto signaled to the rest to start moving, and they quickly vanished from sight. He started to walk in the other direction from the Hokage, looking in each room to see who has visitors and who is resting in quiet. He found one of the ANBU instructing visitors to leave, and upon looking down the hallway, he soon enough saw more people leaving the rooms and heading to the exit. He then went inside a room he saw a few people sitting around a patient's bed "Forgive me, but under orders of the Hokage you must leave the hospital. You will be able to visit again later today." He said in a clear voice and then watched as they did not argue back, but merely told the patient they will be back later, before they left the room. He gave the paitent a small bow of apology before leaving as well, heading to the next room that had visitors.

The room where Nakashima had been held was silent. It was located on the opposing side of where Miharu's room had been and there seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary. Hisoka understood Sakamoto's worries quite well. The man was dangerous, but he wasn't sure if this attack had anything to do with him. But Nakashima was strong and would have been able to shatter the barriers and kill the guards. Hisoka didn't see why he would do that, but understanding the older Senju had never been in his capabilities.

The bed was empty with folded sheets on top of the matrass. The window was closed and the door had been locked. Of course, they were ninja so they could sneak in easily, or out. But really there was nothing there. At least that was something. Closing the door behind him he nocited that the people were indeed leaving. That was good. He needed the quietness around him to concentrate better.

Passing by Hisoka as the Hokage left Nakashima's room, Sakamoto gave him a nod before heading to the medical shinobi at the entrance, wanting to make sure the patient count was fine. Upon reaching them, he found them to be talking to a few angry visitors, and managed to get one's attention by snapping his fingers a few times. "I need the list of patients currently inside the hospital. I want to make sure everyone is here and doing well." He said, making it sound as if it was merely a headcount check. The medical shinobi nodded and quickly gave Sakamoto a list with the patients, and then the Senju whistled, making a couple of ANBU arrive in front of him. He handed one of the two the list "Go and look in every room and see everyone in the list is here. If anyone is missing, or if there is someone who isn't listed, report back to me or Hisoka." He said and the two nodded before vanishing. He then looked at the hallway and begun making his way once more towards Miharu's room.

He would find Hisoka who had already arrived at Miharu's room standing in the dooropening. The door was gone, blown away by whatever force and Hisoka was checking the walls. He had put four anchorpoints in the room to secure the barrier, plus one that made him aware if anything happened to it. It was that barrier that had notified him before. Both were gone. "Everything going okay?" He asked the Senju when he arrived. "There was nothing in his room nor where there traces of anything." He continued before Sakamoto could answer. "Though I don't see what your brother would have to do with this."

"With the things he has done until now, I wouldn't be surprised if he did have a hand in it. But if he didn't, then its for the best. And I keep having a bad feeling due to the way he escaped here without anyone noticing it." Sakamoto said and looked around Miharu's room, before he noticed something odd. He approached the now empty bed and looked at it for a moment before looking an empty spot to its side "They don't intend on releasing the kyuubi, so it seems. The medical supplies which helped keep Miharu in a coma are gone as well. I don't think we should become more at ease though, since its a limited amount of supplies. It was replenished every week, so they could want to try and give us a sense of security before releasing him nearby in a few days." He said and kneeled next to the bed, trying to see if he can find anything else from his prespective.

"I agree with that feeling." Hisoka muttered as he followed Sakamoto into the room. "So if they don't want to release the Kyuubi immediately they must have another use for it. Damaging Konoha must not have been their priority or they would have done so already, besides attacking this hospital. Still... There are a lot of uses for Bijuu chakra...." He trailed off. "We should discuss this with Zakito. He seemed to know more about it. I was hoping to meet him at the office."

"You should go and talk to him then. I think that if there was anything we else we could've found, then we would've. I had a couple of ANBU go and check the patient list, so if there is anything odd I will let you know directly. But for now, I don't think there is anything else here." He said and before he could let out another word, the two ANBU have arrived at the room and gave Sakamoto the list before giving him a nod and leaving "It seems all is fine with the patients. None other are missing and there are no sudden appearances of new patients." He said, looking over the list, which was marked to be completely fine.

"Good." Hisoka said. "I will return to the office then." When he said it he dreaded his words. Going back also meant that another conversation was waiting for him. One he didn't want to have. He didn't show his discomfort but merely nodded to Sakamoto and left the room using Body Flicker. As he traveled back to his office his heart became heavier. This was going to be a long day.

Amegakure Jounin, Nazari Sutā

Nazari was on highly on edge, her eyes scanning every surface of the village as she ran at full speed to where she would be joining the fight against the Yonbi. Her mind racing as well, was anyone hurt? Did Shu and Kazen make it to safety? Did the Amekage have a plan? This subject wasn't something that she knew much about, she had always thought that the tailed beast were already sealed away in their human host. But apparently, she was wrong. Arriving at the designated spot, she came to a stop and gazed out in the open as her mind raced ahead. She needed to be smart, not using anything that could hinder the sealing of the Yonbi but also not something that would leave her vulnerable to its attack. With a heavy sigh, she narrowed her eyes in the direction that it would come towards them as she mentally prepared herself for this battle.

Shinichi Kyousuke - "Raikage Huh?"

The words of Niji stirred in Shinichi’s head for what felt like hours but in actuality were only a few seconds. He wasn’t exactly sure how she would handle the news but it seemed like she was taking it relatively easy. Perhaps it was because she hadn’t known the details or perhaps she felt even the smallest fraction of the same guilt he felt. Either way this was definitely a good reaction to some rather dark news.

Shinichi was still lost for words as he made his way slowly over to a nearby tree where he soon sat down, leaning his back against It as his butt lay firmly on the ground. The way that Niji phrased her words it seemed that she didn’t really want to hear the dark details, maybe out of fear or maybe just out of understanding. ”You’d personally take me down if I ever went crazy…that’s nice to know…I think” he chuckled lightly, trying to change the mood a bit, for his sake. Shinichi sat in silence for a moment before speaking again. ”I don’t know if I’m really Raikage material but the idea is nice. Thanks Niji. Thanks for those kind words, but most of all I want to thank you for not running away and contacting the higher ups.” he gave a grin, looking up at his student.

”You do know that this can never get out right?” the emphasis behind the word never was unquestionably intentional. ”It’s not a matter of them just removing my rank and sending me on my way. If they knew, I’d be dead within hours.” there was no exaggeration in this statement. ”Even if Kumo doesn’t go after me, there are hundreds of others that are. Niji, I don’t expect you to understand and I honestly hope you never do but I’ve made a lot of enemies and these are people that don’t fuck around. I’ve been around the world and I can tell you right now that I’ve made a name for myself in at least ninety percent of that world. The only reason my original may not ring a bell to you is the fact that I haven’t been in the business for a long time.”

With a little bit of effort Shinichi was back up from his sitting position. ”Well...we still need to pick up our new teammate…we better go and hurry up before he thinks we’ve forgotten about him.” once again he began walking before Niji. ”I know this might sound like a weird request and it already seems like you had no intention of doing so but, I feel it’s best if you don’t go looking into my past, I’ll save you the time and tell you that you won’t like what you find.” he now looked over to her as he spoke. “…and once again, thank you for understanding.”

((Sorry for the crappy writing but I obviously haven't posted in awhile so I'm a little outta practice.))

Unleashing by accident...
A plan that might go wrong!

In a fjord of the Lightning Country.

''QUICKLY! PULL BACK!'' A man shouted. They were in a fjord of the Lightning country, on the northwest side. Running out of the wooden cabin, a few dozen people ran for their lives. They looked like normal civilians, but there was something about them. As they ran, there was a loud roar that echo'd through the area. One that caused the birds to fly and ever forest critter to run. A roar of something that shouldn't be disturbed, let alone be brought to anger! Then a deadly silence came.

''M-Maybe it was just a false warning?'' A woman said. She squinted her eyes as she tried to catch a glimpse of the cabin. ''Somebody, check it out.'' The group became silent. Each of them look at another, as nobody was eager to head in the cabin where the might roar had came from. Then everybody stared at a small guy. The person frowned and then puffed. ''If it eats me, I am going to drag you all with me!'' He mumbled as a threat as he carefully approached the wooden cabin. Cold sweat was forming on his forehead, as he neared the wooden building. Only a few more meters and he would be at the door. The deadly silence in the forest was still there, like a bad omen. The silence for the storm perhaps?

Looking over his shoulder, the man could see his comrades looking from a ''safe'' distance. No, he should just get in the cabin. If hell would break loose, he would be too close anyways. Opening the door, he sighed. Turning around, he grinned as he waved. ''Everything is okay!'' The others also sighed, either out loud or mentally. It was just a false warning. ''Lets head back and try to see what the da-''

There it was again! The mighty roar that made the earth tremble and everybody freeze in fear. The wooden cabin bursted, like some pressure sought a way out. The one man that had opened the door couldn't even turn his head around as a big wooden splinter impaled his stomach, causing the man to drop on his side. ''Fuck! Run!'' One of the people shouted, but it was unnecessary to shout it. The dark shadow that had caused the wooden cabin to burst, kept growing as it turned his gaze on the group. A loud roar was produced again.

Directing the plan to a good course!

In a small house, around 100 kilometers south of Konohagakure..

''What if the container gets damaged?'' The voice of the person who asked the question trembled. It was evident that the questioner was nervous. By the tone and way the voice sounded, was it a man. Short and broad, the man glanced at the ''container''. ''It is not unusual that many people can't contain Bijuu chakra or that sooner or later their body tries to expel it.'' This earned the man a sigh from somebody else. ''We'll need to wait for the right time. Right now, it is a bit early. We can't yet do anything about it. And besides, we are getting paid a lot for this. It is worth the risk.'' His comrade sounded annoyed.

''When is the time?'' The first one asked. ''When the Nibi's host has left Konohagakure. Then we can try to launch our part of the plan like we are ordered to. And don't make that face. Listen up, if we make it out alive then we shall feast like kings!'' The later said, chuckling. This caused the first one to mumble. ''I am not sure if we will make it... damn risky stuff we are in. I just hope I can get the payment and return home. My mother has been ill for some time..... I hope we just survive....''

Masami Hyuuga
Konohagakure Genin, Team 9

" No! Move out of the way ... this is urgent ... thank you ... MOVE IT! "

Masami was making her way to the meeting point at her top speed - Hiron-sensei made it clean that being late would not be tolerated, especially on this occasion. And yet there she was, already being late and only starting to approach the meeting point. Taking the streets today was a mistake, but now she had to make her way through the busy, crowded streets - often finding the most narrow spots to pass through. Apologizing a lot, pushing people even more, but she had to make it in time, or to face the wrath of Hiron - something she would not like to experience. At a crossroads, she was forced to jump over a cart hauled by animals, earning some weird looks and gestures from the onlookers, even some applaus. However, she could not stop to enjoy them, otherwise Hiron will enjoy scolding her.

Luckily for her, the streets have cleaned up, and within another minute or two, she was approaching the point. And her stomach frowned when she realized that she will be the last one to arrive to the point. She did so with a sprint from all of her strength and stopped, trying to catch her breath." My ... my apologies, Hiron-sensei. I got carried away with my everyday exercises and ... I lost the track of time. I swear it will not happen, I am really sorry." she then turned to Mia and Shikaroku." I-I hope you doing great, Mia, Shikaroku. I look forward to our another mission."

Hayate Hyūzu
Konoha Genin - Team 2

Going to greet Leo was going to have to wait, as Ezuri arrived and the briefing began. Turning to face Kiyomi, Hayate felt a little sad that he would not get a chance to really talk with Leo until after this mission. Especially after... Forcing the thought out of his mind, now was not the time to focus on sad things. Leo could cope with his loss... He was strong. Hayate just wished he could offer more support for his friend.

When Kenta appeared, Hayate's eyes briefly widened in a mix of mild amusement as well as surprise. He allowed the technique he had been practicing to fade away and turned his attention back towards Kiyomi. His face grew more serious as he listened to the briefing, it was very clear that this wasn't the kind of mission they could take take light-heartedly. When they broke apart in order to head out, Hayate took his position to the left of Kenta. He took a look at the man now that he was close enough to actually get a better idea of just how large Kenta actually was. Hayate was tempted to introduce himself to the man, but they did not have much time before they were heading out. Shifting a little more to the left, Hayate waited for the order to move out. He hoped they were all ready for this...

Hiron Hon
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9

Finally. Everybody was here. Took them quite some time, but Hiron decided to not rant on that. There were more urgent things that were needed to be done. Their last training had shown him that the team wasn't behaving like they should. Mia held back, Masami had taken a bit much of risks and Shikaroku had done something. Hiron was sure of that. But never the less, thinking too much about it would just be a waste of effort. He was doubtful that they even would remembered it themselves. ''Listen up.'' Hiron commanded with a stern and serious voice as he seemed to ignore the greeting of the team. Being formal was indeed something he would be to his students, but not if they were late. Hiron would normally ''flog'' them in his own manner, but decided against it.

''I have set a few markers within the training fields. Each of you is needed to scout and locate these markers, which are actually papers. It is the symbol of the Leaf. When you will encounter one of these, you need to think and be careful. Cause when there is a thumbs up, you will be safe and able to collect the paper. If not, expect a trap and try to react as quick as you can. If you don't want to get slammed aside, pushed on your back or anything else that is bad in a combat situation.'' Hiron told them as he placed his hands on his back. ''You all have two hours to collect five correct papers. Then have to come back to collect the last one, but that is one that you will need to get in another way. Time... will run... now.'' With that said, Hiron wouldn't answer any questions or repeat himself. It was pretty clear he was serious about this kind of training. Hopefully they would be able to figure a way out how to cover such a big area with just the three of them. Not to mention that they had to check the surroundings to be sure that there would be no trap. Hiron had thought of Masami, as she was a Hyuuga. And he disliked Hyuuga actually. But he would wait and see as he had made the measure to be sure that the papers wouldn't reveal their backside to the eyes of a Hyuuga. Now Hiron started to regret he had never specialized in seals or barriers. They were quite useful.

Hyuuga Ezuri

The boy did not react, Ezuri pulled his hand back and awkwardly scratched the back of his head, slowly taking a few steps backwards. He looked around at his teammates, so far the only one older than him was Kensuke, he was also one of the taller shinobi. Kiyomi spoke up as she was about to go through the briefing for the mission. It sounded like a simple recon mission with a slight possibility on enemy contact. two teams for a mission with not an especially high rank, it sounded like a walk in the park.

Ezuri however got a small scare as Kenta suddenly appeared on the battlefield, like meteor he crashed down just next to kiyomi. The massive man pulled off his shirt and flexed his muscles. it was awkward to say the least. Well, lets get on our way then. Ezuri made sure to get a position close to Kiyomi and Kensuke and not to close to Arashi. He was excited for this mission. His byakugan was a great asset in this mission. Everybody seemed tense, he felt confident but would make sure not to let it get the better of him like last time.

Aniru Kazen, Amegakure jounin
On her way to the lake to aid in the defense against the Yonbi

As soon as Kazen left Shu inside the city, behind the second line of defense, telling him he had the mission to bring everyone into safety, she rushed to the battlefront. Kazne put on her goggles to prevent the wind and water from getting into her eyes and formed the seals for her Wind Walk technique. Taking the rooftops she almost flew to the lake, passing the second line of defense in a blur and made it to the lake at no time, she found Nazari there along with an old ANBU buddy. The Yonbi was closing in on them. Kazen deactivated Wind Walk and took off her goggles. She was not sure why, perhaps it was a habit but she checked if her weapon was not stuck in her scabbard. She formed the Tiger seal and concentrated, hoping to regain some chakra until further orders, she would need to use everything she had when she was facing the Yonbi.

Team 7, Shisen Inuzuka

After hearing the briefing, Shisen felt uncomfortable and she began to shift even more so on feet, her mind clouded with doubt. Why were they going on a mission that was so highly ranked? What if they got killed? Arashi's hackles were raised, the discomfort was affecting her too but she growled as she pawed at the ground. Licking Shisen's hand, trying her best to reassure the nervous Genin as best she could. Hearing where she was suppose to be in the formation, she moved to where she was needed. Arashi noticed Ezuri and barked at him, seeing his eagerness and confusing her. Shisen said something barely audible to Arashi who now was sniffing at the air, her tail was wagging a bit.

It was then that both Shisen and Arashi noticed the man, who wasnr wearing a shirt. They both had different reactions to being suddenly startled like that, Shisen jumped back with her eyes wide. Arashi snarled before snapping in his general direction, baring her teeth. Of course, this did nothing to calm Shisen's anxiety of going on this mission. Arashi wasn't so calm, she was now just as on edge as her partner was, which was a bad thing.

" Stay close to me, Arashi... Don't leave me..." Shisen murmured to her Ninken. Arashi licked her hand, quite ready to get going and make her Genin happy again. Turning her attention to Kiyomi, Arashi barked at her, like she was saying to hurry up. Were it for being nervous or excited about a potential hunt, Arashi was ready to go.

Katsuko Moto

The orange-haired teenager approached the Konoha gate. His face still held a serious expression. He had gathered his weapons and had both his father's sword and the First Hokage's sword strapped to his back in an X shape, as well as his scroll for Saihyousen on his hip. But he felt like something was off here. He was supposed to report to the Intel Division building. But for his cover story to work, he couldn't be spotted in the village. After performing some handseals, Katsuko vanished in a puff of smoke. In his place stood a young man, dressed in jounin gear with long black hair and a pair of glasses over his eyes. The weaponry had also vanished and he looked rather plain and ordinary. After adjusting the glasses, the disguised Katsuko stepped into the village.

He casually walked across the village without incident. Taking care to memorize the faces of those he passed. He was confident that whatever method the village had been using to spy on him, they hadn't stopped yet. But the uneventful trip yielded no workable results in discovering his stalkers. Once at the building, he took a look around to see if anyone was suspicious of him. But, naturally, nobody seemed to particularly care what this man was doing. Katsuko stepped into the building, walking into the lobby. There was a man behind the desk, holding a file. "What's your business here?" Katsuko approached the man, letting his disguise vanish. Now looking as he always did, he stopped in front of the desk. Despite the fact this man was clearly his elder, Katsuko was significantly larger than him. "Meisa called me." Something in his tone was unusual of Katsuko. It was deeper, more serious. He looked down at the file in his hands. "She is expecting company. Go right ahead." Without a word of thanks, Katsuko walked past the lobby toward the hallway.

Kiyomi Sato-Hon
Konohagakure Jounin-sensei of Team 2.
Hokage Apprentice,

The first measurement.

Kiyomi looked over her shoulder. Though she had predicted that Team 7 students weren't going to gain her approval, it seemed they were doing their best to get on her bad side. Narrowing her eyes briefly, Kiyomi took some deep breath. Then a cold sneer was heard over the earphone communicators. ''Listen up. Ezuri, to your spot. You were told to stay in formation at the right with Team 7. Don't fall out of formation or else go home. I can't use those who can't follow orders.'' Kiyomi started. What was the Hyuuga thinking? Shisen was now alone with her ninken at the right side. What if an enemy would attack from that side. Did the newest graduated genins really thought that something like that wouldn't happen cause they were with two teams? Then that ninken barked at Kiyomi. Making more noise than was necessary. Kiyomi would remember it and lecture or flog Kensuke for it. He had always been very strict with her, so why was these students not disciplined as she would expect from him?

It became quite a bothersome travel for Kiyomi. Her students knew better luckily to bother Kiyomi with not listening to orders or making unneeded sounds. The travel itself was composed of many hours and almost no pauze. Not a really a bother to her and Team 2. They were used to be pushed to the limit by Kiyomi. During those small breaks, Kiyomi spend little to no time to Team 7. Kenta was now and then looking around, but he was also very serious. Cause even on small breaks, they were keeping their formation like Kiyomi had ordered.

Only after quite some travel did they managed to reach the location. During the last break, Kiyomi had made her shadow clone give back the earphone communicator so she could keep update Kensuke on where they should keep an eye out for. And then they managed to reach it. Arriving at a place that was quite blocked by vegetation, Kiyomi saw a big hill. With then a dark entrance into it. It looked abandoned, but she had her doubts. If she had to believe the briefing Zakito had given her in secret, then she already knew that it was sealed off from prying eyes. Meaning that Ezuri's eyes were limited. ''Leo and Kenta. You two will guard the entrance until further orders. The rest, we will move in. Stick close and don't complain or make unneeded sound. Those who do, just do me a favor and go outside then. Saves me the trouble to knock you out cold.'' Kiyomi coldly instructed. However, when the group would head to the entrance, Kiyomi whistled to Hayate. Grabbing the hilt of the bandaged sword, Kiyomi reached out to hand over the sentient blade to Hayate. ''For now, you take it.'' The bandaged weapon shivered, but it was only briefly. Like if he was silenced in all of a sudden. ''Ken-senpai, me and Hayate will take the back. You three take the front.''

Konoha Team 7
Kensuke Nimatsu

Dropping from the treetops next to the group of genin without a sound he nodded. "Got it. Come on guys, let's get this over with. Remember your training and work together." He said on a harsh tone. He caught Kiyomi's eyes for one second and sent her a doubtful look. It was a bad idea going in with the genin, who knew what they'd find inside. Soon she was out of sight, and Kensuke decided to give his team a last set of orders untill Kiyomi's give to go signal. "Allright. Set your earphones on channel A. Now listen up grunts. Last mission might've looked tough, but compared to this... Well, let's say that you'll have to do exactly as I say to stay alive. Everyone in the village's got to do his part, and you're shinobi too. Stick together, and combine your strenght, ... and brains. That's my advice." He said, before turning around and inspecting the entrance.

"I'll be the point man, so I'll try to clear most of the dangers, but I'll need your help. Besides, we're doing this together. Ezuri, I need you you to scan every room with your Byakugan. Don't run off on your own like last time, you know what happened. Shisen, I need your nose, and Arashi's too. I suspect the walls are sealed with jutsu to prevent Ezuri from seeing through, so we'll need all the help we can get. And make sure Arashi stays under control. I don't care that you two mightn't like the others, but it's life and death here." He told team 7 as he inspected the door. Sealed off thight, but nothing that he couldn't get through with some persuasion.

Setting his communicator on channel C, the one which allowed squad leaders to talk without the others hearing it, he spoke to Kiyomi. "Allright we're set up. Ready when you are."

Hyuuga Ezuri

Ezuri fell a few meters back into position again. He was still at the right position like he was told but more to the inside of the squadron. Back at the full right in front of Shisen he decided to keep still and only do what he was told. After Kensuke dropped down from the trees Ezuri followed him and set his earphone communicator to channel A, doing a quick check if everyone can hear him. He followed Kensuke's order and activated his Byakugan silently. He first scanned the area around them, sensing no enemy activity and then turned to the 'bunker' He could clearly see the entrance and the seal that protected it from opening. The first room directly under the entrance was only vaguely visible, no matter how hard Ezuri tried he could not get a clear view. "The area seems clear, as for the bunker... I can't sense any chakra signs, but I'm not sure of what we'll find inside as my vision gets blocked by something. he told his teammates. then, to Shisen, "If you can control Arashi maybe we could fight back to back so we cannot be attacked where we are open." He then took out a kunai and told Kensuke-sensei, Kiyomi-chan and his fellow genin that he was ready for action. He made a mental note to himself that this time he would show his worth and not mess this up.

Shu Iba

In what seemed like a blur, the training session quickly ended as Kazen was told to bring him to somewhere safe, which Kazen decided was deep inside the city. In no time, she brought him there, and Shu was left clueless as to what had just occurred, and why he had suddenly been left in the midst of training. He sighed in disappointment, as he had actually been looking forward to training today.

Team 7, Shisen Inuzuka

Everyone was so adamant about her controlling Arashi and quite frankly, she was starting to get tired of the constant reminders. But she also understood the importance of this mission, the gravity of it and the risk it carried, so for now, she allowed it to slide. She dropped hand, as it connected with Arashi's back, she slid it forward down to her muzzle and then tapped it twice. The message was clear, not a sound. Before removing her hand, she slid it down to Arashi's nose and tapped it once. Another message, use your nose.

The Ninken dipped her head, signifying that she understood before putting her nose to the ground as she started to sniff at it, also sniffing at the air before her hackles rose. Shisen had already concentrated her chakra to her nose as well, catching the scent that was making Arashi uneasy and wary. It smelled really bad, like people, like skin and flesh, that was deteriorating. The realization was enough to make her eyes water, what they were smelling was decaying flesh. " I don't like this, I don't know what exactly is in there but it smells like human flesh is decaying and it's got Arashi uneasy....." Shisen said. Her nose was wrinkled, her eyes were watering as she wiped away the water than escaped them.

Yonbi,
The Four Tailed Beast near Amegakure.

He could see that the tiny inferior monkeys were gathering. A group? To what? Stop him? Like that would do him any good. Ants would still be ants, no matter how many they would group together in order to face him. It was even in his eyes disrespectful. Those inferior beings thought they could stand a chance against him? Letting out a roar, the Yonbi kept on advancing towards the big lake. He didn't like the amount of water, but he was set on making it clear that he wasn't somebody the inferior monkeys could underestimate. Gathering chakra in his mouth, the beast took a few more steps on the water.

Then he unleashed his first attack. Spitting out several salvo's of hot lava into the air, it wasn't aimed at the gathering of the Amegakure shinobi. But at the city itself. The salvo of lava would most likely not do that much damage. Only starting some fires for a short time or wound and kill some people who weren't smart enough to get out of the way. After the first attack, the Yonbi let out a roar that would cause a huge wave before he would continue his advance towards Amegakure.

Ryoku Samidare
The Third Amekage

" Just as I thought ... the quiet before the storm."

Ryoku was observing the Four Tails since he and his group arrived to confront the beast. He was glad it happened a bit outside of the village that was struggling so hard to rebuild. The lake situated nearby would give him a good advantage, since his Water Release would become that much powerful. Looking to his left and right, he saw brave men and women that gathered to defend their homes. Their strength will be more than needed - even if Ryoku was the Amekage, a Tailed Beast was still a daunting challenge. After a while of observing and thinking, the Four Tails made it´s first move - one that spurred Ryoku into immediate action. Several salvos of lava were flying towards Amegakure, while the Four Tails was roaring it´s intentions. Ryoku closed his eyes and made a quick succession of seals.

" Water Release: Stormy Blockade! " . A large amount of water was summoned from the sky, directly hitting the lava based attacks of the Four Tails and averting most of the damage from the village. At this thought, Ryoku was hesitating - he knew he could not protect his village entirely from the beast, so with a heavy heart, he decided to focus on the beast alone. Cancelling the technique just as the Four Tails started to charge towards his small group, Ryoku briefly considered his next move. " I see you are not playing with us, Four Tails. However ... ", Ryoku started to form a lengthy series of handseals, and while he could do the technique he wanted to perform with a smaller number of seals, this time he was aiming for power." ... don´t underestimate the Amekage! Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!"

An enormous water dragon formed from all the water that fell down in Ryoku´s previous technique. Counting on his comrades to take care of the huge wave that was the result of the Yonbi´s roar, he directed a dragon towards the charging beast. Ryoku was bracing for the impact of his technique, but was also thinking about his next move, should the Water Dragon be insufficient to stop the beast - which most likely will be the case.

He was not going to let the Four Tails do as he pleases.
