Skylar unlocked her dorm and started hanging up the posters and curtain she had gotten. She also put the new bed spread on her bed. Once she was done she plugged her phone into a speaker and started blaring "Swan Song" by Set It Off and began drawing designs on the blank walls.

Cindy hears music down the hall and walks toward it, forgetting to shut her door

Skylar continues drawing while laying on her bed, propped up against the wall. She started somewhat singing along and moved her foot to the rhythm.

Cindy walks to Skylar's door and knocks "I like your music"

Skylar hears the knocking and puts her drawing pad down and turns down the music and answers the door. "Is there a problem?" She asked not hearing Cindy's initial comment.

"No none at all, I just like your music!" she smiles and reaches out her hand

"Oh thanks," Skylar said hesitantly and wearily shook her hand.

"my name is Cindy, what's yours?"

[Neko of Death]

"Skylar," she said bluntly as she held a harsh gaze. Her tail swish slightly behind her.

"why are you mad" she says with slight irritation but still smiles

[Neko of Death]

"I'm not mad," she said as her ears twitched.

"I can tell by your tone, I didn't mean to upset you." Cindy plays with her hair as she speaks

"I can assure you I'm not mad I'm just not a fan of people." Her tail swished more.

"Well I'm not people, I'm an elf" Cindy says knowing she's being a smartass

Skylar's ears dropped and she glared at Cindy.

"So what can you do?" Cindy backs up a step not scared just protective

[Neko of Death]

"I'm a shapeshifter. I can shift into different animals including mythical ones. My main animal if you haven't guessed already by my physical appearance is a cat. I can show you if you want," she said her tone lightening slightly.

"I would love to see and in exchange I can show you mine." Cindy smiles

Skylar nodded then shifted into a small black cat with a tuft of teal fur on her forehead. Her piercing blue eyes seemed to glow.

"Awe you're cute" Cindy giggles
