Perry hadn't thought about using the Danger Room for anything other than training. Hell, it was in the name. Danger Room. Still, Max had a good idea. Playing a board game in a virtual reality room would be fun and good for bonding. And maybe then Mira would like board games. "Sounds like a win-win-win to me. Let's get it going then!"

They could still have a movie night later on then as Max said. She would have to pick a good one. Did she go terribly hilarious or one of the prizes of cinema? After everything she figured they could use a night to laugh and relax so bad movie it was. So many choices there. Perhaps she could rope the others into getting snacks so they could have the full movie-viewing experience?

That could be decided later. For now, she needed to get her sleuth on.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Outside – X-Mansion
Skills: Running

Antoinette beamed when Guin met Antoinette's eccentric vibe. Antoinette rerouted her focus, and looked at the path behind and ahead of her. There were a couple of different loops that they could take. "Well, I've done the long loop once. We can take a turn about again, or do the half loop," I suggest. That would take up into the woods some before it wrapped back around the lake once. It was much easier then trying to run the whole perimeter.

Antoinette knew Guin was easing her way back into establishing a routine. Antoinette didn't want to scare the girl on their first run together.

Guin Stark

Location: X-Mansion
Skills: N/A
~Fit Check~

Guin didn't jump when Pietro appeared with a rush of air - she was used to his sudden appearances. And thanks to their psychic rapport, she always had a bit of a sense as to where he was. There wasn't much he could do to surprise her anymore, for better or for worse. She knew that he had to be beating himself up a bit because of that - that he hadn't been there to stop her from relapsing, as much as she didn't want that guilt on his shoulders. It'd been her decision and hers alone. So the responsibility then was only hers - it couldn't be his job to watch her all the time. "I'm okay," Guin said honestly. I'm not going to go take any more pills, honest. Annie didn't need to hear that part.

She squinted her eyes though, jumping slightly as there was a blaring beam of light out of nowhere - and then two Asgardians on the mansion grounds, a sigil now burned into the grass. Ordinarily, this might've been cause to tell Annie that they needed to take a rain check on the run - but Guin guessed the Asgardians were just here to see Lance, as Lance was dating one of them, the Goddess of Goths herself. "Umm... How about the half loop? So I don't die choking on my own breath," Guin joked. "I've been spoiled with this one just picking me up and carting me off any time running is required," she said, elbowing Pietro slightly.

Guin did, however, throw a wave at the Asgardians.

Runa glanced around at her surroundings, taking in the scene. She saw a few familiar X-Men on the lawn - Guinevere, Antoinette, Pietro. But Lance was nowhere to be seen. She frowned. Had he not received her scrying message from earlier, announcing her intentions to come by for a visit? She had made a new gown for the occasion - a traditional Asgardian dress, with rich blacks and a soft hood. Runa tossed the hood back, before nodding in Guinevere's direction. "Aye, this is their stronghold," Runa confirmed for Klara.

She then concentrated, casting a spell to amplify her voice, before sending booming echoes throughout the entire mansion -
LANCE, SON OF BANNER, WHERE ART THOU?

Avery Spellman

Location: X-Mansion
Skills: N/A
~Fit Check~

Avery nodded slightly. It was a little weird how... mundane it all seemed. Talking about letters and cellphones, and making appeals to different members of the family. The drama itself, while revolving around magic and whatnot, was also pretty normal when it came down to things - sexism and estrangement causing division amongst a family. Despite having their own family drama - well, this was their family drama now, too, but a year ago it hadn't been - Avery still was a little surprised at how simple the solutions were. How just... normal it all was. The people that had turned their backs on their mother, they were just people.

"Carolina was really helpful with the curse on my - on my side of the family," Avery offered. Not everything had gone to plan, but without Carolina and Mira, things would've ended up much, much worse. So they didn't doubt that Carolina could be helpful here - even if possession would probably invalidate any documents signed once discovered. There had to be rules and laws regarding that. "Is there... is there anything I could do to help?" they then offered tentatively. They weren't magic, not the way Ed was, and they weren't a boy, so they didn't know how much influence they could really have over that side of the family... but if they could help, they would.

A booming voice then shook the library, asking for Lance. "...What?" Avery murmured, tilting their head. "Are we... under attack?"

Max brightened up as Mirembe agreed with his plan, more so as the others began to chime in after her. ”That's the spirit! Though I do wonder how it will work. It needs to be able to formulate a plausible storyline as well as plant just the right evidence to help us crack the case to the murder mystery. Oh! I've been wanting to do something like this for what feels like millenia! I heard there are trains in some places that still do murder mystery dinners as you ride them. Very Orient Express. Still haven't ticked that one off my list just yet, but this will be so much better!” He exclaimed just before snapping his fingers at another thought. ”We need outfits! I'll take Professor Plums, let me know who you all want to be and I'll conjure exactly whats-”

His sentence was cut off, the words falling softly and slowly as some rattled the windows of the mansion. A voice booming down the halls and into every corner where no mutant could hide from the sound, especially the one being called for. The magic Max had begun to conjure dissipated in his hands, dust falling slowly to the ground as he looked towards the direction the voice had hailed from. ”Lance? Son of…a bitch! Is that Runa?! I haven't seen her in well…technically months but but that was a very different Runa from way off into the future so it doesn't count. Now I can finally find out why she's been rejecting my calls! Is it too much to ask to simply return a mystic message? In the name of the Old God's…Runa!” Max rambled off as he began to make his way off towards an exit door.

He laughed slightly at the talk about things being quiet for the moment, "Yeah, some people might get bored, but honestly I prefer it a little bit," he responded, before he thought for a moment about her next question about Mary. "Um. No, I haven't. Actually she seems to try and stay a little ways away from everyone else for the most part, at least for the past month. I'd say ask Guin since usually she tends to talk to Mary the most I'd think, but well, she's kind of been fighting her own demons at the moment, so not sure if she actually has recently."

He got up to see about walking out to see who was there, when he heard Runa's voice calling out, and he sort of face palmed. He loved Runa, but Asgardians just tended to be a bit on the dramatic side, "Guess that answers that question as to who is here," he said to Bethany, before he headed outside, walking out of the mansion and looking over to see Runa and Klara there, with Annie, Guin and Pietro nearby.

"Hey there Runa, you know you could have walked inside and called, didn't have to yell for it, I wasn't too far from the entrance," he said to her, walking up.

I know, just wanted to check up on you, Pietro responded mentally to her, before rolling his eyes at Guin's comment about him usually just picking her up and zipping off. "Wow, so nice to me aren't you Guina."

Klara more or less nodded her head slightly. She had decided to sort of tag along with Runa to this visit to Midgard, partially because she wanted to talk to someone who she knew was here. A small bubble of water appeared in her hands, and she casted a spell of her own. As the bubble sort of started heading towards the mansion, "I'll see you in a little while Runa, need to go talk to someone," she said as she headed inside, waving slightly at Bethany as she went along and passed her by.

Mira gave Jaclyn a bit of a funny look, before it took her a moment for her to realize what it was with the miscommunication with regards to that. "Well... I guess you could say that, remind me to introduce you to someone later though," she ended up saying to her. Attention shifting to Max again, and she was about to say something else with regards to the clue game, when he started going off about Runa not answering his calls or something stupid like that. He really thought the world revolved around him now didn't he?

"Wait a second Max, what are you talking about trying to get a hold of Runa and her ignoring you? From what I've been told, she's kind of been really busy with a few things, more recently the fact that her cousin's brain got scrambled and messed with by something. And she went with the others on the team into space and were out traveling there for a while, so not sure if she would have had time to answer a seeming phone call from you or anything," Mira said to him, as she followed along after him.

As if on cue to the conversation about the Asgardians, they'd spot Klara walking along, following a little bubble or orb or something that was floating along ahead of her, and she seemed to be heading towards the library. She didn't seem to even notice the little group or anything at all as she walked that way.

The Library
Aside from the obvious booming voice that had happened from outside of the mansion, nothing seemed to be happening to indicate an attack. However after a few moments, a small bubble of some sort came floating into the library and it floated over and landed on the ground right in front of Ed onto the ground, before it disappeared. A moment later, Klara walked over, and gave those in the area a smile and a wave. "Hello, how are all of you doing?"

Ed was about to respond to Carolina and Avery when the booming voice carried through the building. He blinked. The voice sounded familiar, and they were bizarrely asking for Lance.

"Thank you both for the offers. If I find that I require aid you will be the first I ask." At that time the water bubble floated into the room followed shortly by Klara.

"Klara." Ed said surprised, he stood and smiled at her. Hoping that now she was in a better headspace and knew who she was. He couldn't be certain how much damage Loki might have done to her mind. He hoped that it had been resolved. "It is a pleasure to see you. I'm doing alright. Yourself?"

Things never stayed quiet around the X-Mansion for long. A couple weeks to a month of calm seemed to be the norm. The booming sound didn’t startle Antoinette much, another sign that she was desensitized. Antoinette recognized Klara and Runa. When Runa loudly announced that she was looking for Lance, Antoinette turned her attention back to Guin and Pietro. She giggled as the couple went back and forth.

”It is a very efficient means of travel,” Antoinette stated. ”Do you want to join us for a slower means of transportation, Pietro?”

Bethany thought that it was a little bit weird that Lance hadn't seen Mary anywhere really recently, she just hoped that she was okay she didn't really want to bother Guin to much since it seemed that she had been dealing with her own issues to. "We should talk to her or something next time Mary comes back and see whats up with her." She said, as she stopped for a moment when she heard a very loud and booming voice going through the entire mansion. Bethany easily recognized the voice belonged to Runa pretty quickly.

When they got out onto the front yard of the mansion she saw Klara and smiled returning the wave, she looked a lot better then she had been since the last time that they had seen her. "Hey Runa how have you been?" She asked her as she looked over to see Pietro, Guin and Antionette and waved to all of them as well to.

Carolina looked over at Avery and smiled slightly towards them when they complimented that she had done a good job helping them with their family curse with Mira they had made a pretty good team there. "Sounds good then just let me know then." Carolina said she wanted to help Ed out in anyway that she could they were after all on the same team together. Then a very loud and booming voice could be heard throghout the entire mansion. "That sounded like Runa actually." Carolina said to Neil she wasn't sure what the Asgardians were here for.

A few seconds later she heard someone coming into the library and a little bubble landing on the table before disappearing in front of them. She saw that it was Klara she hadn't seen her since the whole live action Jumanji game that Loki had made them all participate in against their will. "Hey Klara how have you been?" Carolina asked her.

Max halted in his steps as Mira bade him to wait a moment. Turning slowly to face her with arms crossed for a moment. He'd had no time to answer her initial questions, as she continued on with the explanation of why Runa had possibly ignored him for all this time. His arms dropped to his side, disbelief and horror in equal measures as heard about what had happened to Klara. ”Something happened to Klara? That…certainly can't be any good. It's already a coin toss on if she'll attack me or befriend me when we meet, throw in a mysterious memory issue and the chances somehow seem worse. Especially depending on which version of me she remembers…if she remembers at all.” He stated as be paced a bit closer towards the group again, a finger placed pointedly on his chin as he thought.

His shoulders slumped as Max let out a sigh. Deciding that perhaps there were otherworldly matters Runa had to attend to, especially if Klara was hit with such a curse. He wondered if their space adventure had anything to do with a cure or if perhaps those were two separate and unrelated things. ”While her help would have been greatly appreciated in many matters since last I'd tried contacting her…I suppose that Klara takes precedence in her mind.” As if on cue, Klara began to walk past them and towards the Library from what he could tell. ”Well…we can figure out what our Asgardian visitors have come for…or we can simply go play Danger Room Clue.”

Jaclyn "OfAll" Chreyz

Location: X Mansion
Skills: Power Mimicry

Jaclyn grinned at the enthusiasm of Perry and -especially- Max!
This was going to be a blast and already fell into the good category of learning new things given some of the things Max rambled off.

She had just enough time to respond curiously to Mira with an "Oh, okay." before a
booming
-and undoubtedly medieval sounding- voice shook out for Lance.

Jaclyn's mouth was on only the cusp of forming a verbal reaction when Max started off again.
Here we go again, the mention of a different Runa "way off into the future" prompted her to think to herself, though Max's behaviour didn't fail to elicit another smile. It was hard to tell with him though if this "Runa" was to be a good encounter or not so much. . .already she'd already down a minor number on the eardrums around here.

Compelled by curiosity, Jaclyn was poised to follow when Mira spoke up. What she recounted and how Max responded pretty much served to heighten the feelings Jaclyn had just had, she kept her paused as she started on own thinking. Namely if she should stay out of the way of this one, or--

--just then, a woman who she assumed to be Runa came into view, passing them by without an ounce of acknowledgement, and followed by some peculiar, captivating orb -which Jaclyn shifted away from out of reflex even as she followed it with her eyes.

She glanced back at Max as he brought up "Danger Room Clue" again, but now Jaclyn's interest was divided. That kind of activity still -more or less now- sounded appealing, yet her curiosity was already down the hall. On the other hand, a stranger just following someone to see where they were going was not the thing to do. Though, this "someone" was technically in Jaclyn's "house", and heading to speak to a kind-of-family-member. Though she was obviously focused -seemingly hyper focused- on speaking with Lance exclusively. Yet announcing this in a booming voice did leave privacy a matter up for debate.

Fit Of The Day

Before they could go off on their arguably fantastic adventure in the Danger Room, a rough booming voice sounded throughout the mansion calling for Lance. Thankfully, it seemed some of them knew who it was. Max especially, who went off on some ramble that Perry had difficulty following. She had heard of Runa before, mainly because of her relationship with Lance, but even then she was still a mystery. Time travel was tricky in the best of times and Perry didn't have the mental fortitude or the ice cream to back up any attempt at getting through it.

She, along with the others, noticed someone else walking to the Library. Perry looked over to Jaclyn, wondering if she was going to speak up and admit she was as confused as Perry was, but she hadn't. "I'll take one for the team, I guess. Hi, name's Perry and I have no idea who or what the two of you are talking about. Mind filling the newbs of the house in on this before we make any decision because, I'll admit, I am biased and seeing as I do not know what is going on and why they feel the need to shout the house down, but I would rather still play Clue at this moment, but if they are here on important business and you can highlight in a few seconds why I should care, I am happy to go along with that plan."

Guin Stark

Location: X-Mansion
Skills: N/A
~Fit Check~

Guin shrugged, her tongue poking out slightly between her teeth. "I know, I really am the nicest person on Earth." Her eyes were twinkling with amusement - and it matched her internal feeling as well. Sure, things were a little rough around the edges at the moment, but she did genuinely feel okay - at least now, at least here. Standing outside, chatting with Pietro and Annie, it was a little easier to put all of the mess and the drama behind her and focus on the moment.

"Yeah, what'd'ya say, Piet? Want to go for a walk while Annie and I jog?" Guin teased. She knew that going at their pace would seem mindbogglingly slow to him - like a video game character suddenly forced down to just a small fraction of their speed. But it'd be nice to have him around regardless - and it would be good for him, too. He was always so attached to her that Guin was worried at times that he didn't have many friends, even on the team. Hanging with another person could help.
Runa tilted their head at Lance, a bit perplexed by his critique. "But I did call? That was what I just did - I called for you and you came," Runa summarized. The nuances of Midgardian culture and customs were lost on them at times. While they had memories from that false existence created by the Scarlet Witch, they were just a drop in the bucket of Runa's long life. And even then, only the important things had remained - the finer points of Midgardian life was quickly becoming lost on her.

She nodded as Klara said she had someone to speak to, paying it little mind. She trusted her cousin.

"All is well, thank you," Runa said, nodding their head at Bethany. "How do you fare?"

Avery Spellman

Location: X-Mansion
Skills: N/A
~Fit Check~

Avery didn't recognize the voice immediately, but when it was placed for them, they remembered. They had met the Asgardians once before, right before they'd left the mansion briefly with Mira and Carolina to take care of some family drama. They'd been trapped inside a Jumanji game, held inside by Loki - and when the Asgardians had been unleashed, they had attacked them, attacked the X-Men. Hopefully this wasn't a repeat of anything like that. Avery didn't really look forward to the idea of dealing with Loki once again.

A water bubble drifted into the library, and they raised an eyebrow, trying to remember which Asgardian had water theming - but the question was answered before it was asked, as Klara came into the room, talking to Edus specifically. Avery didn't know if anything had really happened with the Asgardians since Jumanji, and they couldn't remember if Klara had been particularly fond of Edus in particular. So as was their nature, Avery nodded slightly in greeting, but remained quiet - they were a bit anxious from a relatively unknown person entering the conversation anyways.

Lance didn't even really get much of a chance to respond to Bethany about the whole Mary thing, just sort of nodding his head about it. He wasn't too sure they'd be able to get Mary to spill about what was going on with her. They just would have to see how things went with it. Though it was a bit weird that she sort of was making herself a bit scarce around the mansion in general. However now he was more paying attention to what Runa was saying, and he shook his head slightly with a bit of a laugh.

"I meant not amplifying your voice with magic to yell through the entire mansion, you could have walked into the mansion and found me pretty easily without shouting," he responded with a bit of a shrug. "Been a while since I last saw you Runa." he wasn't too sure what else to say with regards to that. He was glad to see her again though, it had been a bit weird not having her around the mansion, though he understood why she had head off back to Asgard to get some help for Klara. He was definitely glad to see that things seemed to be going well for them though.

Pietro sort of laughed a bit at the conversation, "I mean I can jog at a normal speed when I want to, but you are right, definitely seems like more of a walk to me, but sure, why not? Might be fun to take it easy a little bit."

Location: Mansion - Hallway
Skills: N/A

"I only vaguely know what happened, something about how she got knocked through a reality rift or something and kind of messed with her head, that's about all I know about it, they went back to Asgard after everyone got back to Earth, you'd have to ask them for more specifics on what happened, or I guess anyone else. I stayed on Earth with Carolina and Avery instead," Mira explained with a bit of a shrug, before looking over at the other two in the group who were questioning things. She kind of felt bad that she didn't really explain anything to them at all or something.

"Uh, yeah, sorry about that. Actually you know how I mentioned that Jumanji game or whatever we got stuck playing? That was were I first met Runa and Klara, though I think others met them before hand from something else, not sure what that was still either. Anyway well. Klara is Thor's daughter, whereas Runa, her cousin, is the daughter of Baldur in the Norse mythology pantheon. Runa is the Goddess of I think lies? Whereas Klara is the goddess of love and the ocean. Will say the one downside to those of us who chose to stay on Earth instead of going to space? Yeah, the rest of the team got to go visit Asgard which must have been interesting to say the least. The reason why they are here? I don't know, probably not anything horrible. I imagine Runa's just here to see Lance, and Klara decided to tag along for whatever reason that she has. Glad to see she seems to be doing better now than when everyone else last saw her." The explanation was a bit long, but it needed to be said. Klara and Runa sort of tagged along every so often, but it had been a while since she last had seen the pair.

Then came the question about what they were wanting to do now, go see the Asgardians, or go play the game of clue. "I'm all for playing Clue instead right now. If it is something important pretty sure we'll hear about it soon anyway."

The Library
She looked over at Carolina, a slight hint of confusion before there was some recognition, "Uh, hey there, You're... Um..." she started to say, as she was trying to focus a bit on the name, "Carina? Wait no, that's not right is it? I'm sorry," she said, before looking at Avery, "And sorry... I don't know your name either... I swear I know who you are, just well... A few things sort of caused things to get jumbled a bit..." she apologized, before turning her attention back towards Ed. "You know, better. Some things aren't exactly super clear on a few things memory wise, and sometimes it is hard to remember something even if it was more recent. But overall doing a lot better... Anyway I wanted to come see you, I have something for you. Consider it a gift from both me and my mother. As I suppose as a bit of a thank you from the two of us."

With that, she pulled out a box and handed it over to Ed. Even just from touching it, he would be able to feel fairly strong magic coming from the box itself. Upon opening it, he'd see a circular amulet made of some unknown metal with a symbol engraved into it, and a few gems were along the rim of it, and it sparkled a bit in the lighting. "If you're wondering, the symbol on it is technically mine, well one of mine, there are quite a few runes that indicate the same thing honestly. But it seemed fitting, considering the magic you tend to use, and my own powers over oceans and the waves, tend to be linked, as water magic tends to lean more defensive, healing and shields, but also can be used if needed for offensive magic... The amulet should help you with your defensive spells and healing magic and boost their power, sort of a protection amulet if you will, and should also potentially shield you from harm, should that need potentially arise. Trust me, protection items can be fairly invaluable," she added the last sentence as almost a bit of an after thought, before tapping the pink circlet that was on her head.

"Allow me to re-introduce you to everyone. Klara, this is Caroline, you almost had it. This is Avery. You met both during the Jumanji incident. But it has been a while, and other circumstances have made things complicated, do not feel bad for not remembering." Ed considered letting Klara know that she wasn't just having issues with her memory, Avery had not only changed their face but also their name since the last time they would have seen each other. He glanced at Avery and decided to let them handle that part, Ed didn't want to say something that might accidentally hurt Avery's feelings.

His face lit up as Klara offered him the box. "Thank you." He said opening the box. He then put the amulet on. Ed could feel the magic of it harmonize with his own. "This is kind of you. I appreciate it." Ed understood why Klara and her mother were jointly sending the gift. If he hadn't picked up on the oddities of the fake Klara that had been with them and then brought it to Sif's attention, and Sif had agreed that something was off, they might not have known that the real Klara was trapped in the alternate dimension. Ed had been adamant and eventually, he had been proven right.

"If you'd like I'd be happy to take you around and introduce you to everyone on the team, we have several new members. And some you may have only met briefly." Ed offered.

Bethany looked at Runa and gave her a smile. "I'm doing pretty well thank you for asking." She said to her, she did like hanging out with Runa when she was with the team for a little bit during their little space and interdimensional travels together. She leaned slightly up against the wall as she listened to Lance as he spoke to Runa, she did wonder why Klara and Runa had decided to come here. "Are you two staying here long at all or just here for a little visit?" Bethany asked her.

Klara had gone off to seek someone else, she saw her wondering off and headed towards the library to see whoever it was that she wanted to see. "How has Klara been by the way? Last time she was with us her memories were a bit scrambled." Bethany asked wondering how she was right now she seemed to be looking a lot better now.

Carolina remembered from what some of the others had said that Klara had her memories been messed with slightly, she wasn't sure how long that had been happening to her. She had been off with Mira and Avery to help with them with some of their family drama that had happened, she sat back slightly as she watched Klara setting a box on the table. She stared at tha amulet that was on the necklace it looked pretty actually.

"That looks really pretty and useful as well to." Carolina said as she looked over at Klara, she was curious how she was. "How have you been Klara? It's been awhile since the last time we had seen you and Runa together." Carolina asked her she looked at Ed when he offered her a tour of the mansion and introduce some of the newer members to her seemed nice as well to.

Max chuckled awkwardly as Perry pointed out that the conversation had turned more into just Mira and himself than including All the others present. He may have been new to the X-Men but he's had prior run-ins with plenty of other Mutants and Superbeings in the past few years. Really his life in general had changed drastically in all that time, so now he needed to slow down and help to catch the others up on the two Asgardians. He looked towards Mira first, gesturing towards her letting her know that she had the floor open to speak first. As Mira went on, Max was picking up on the holes she had in her knowledge. He'd assumed she knew more than he in this matter but it appeared they were about on equal footing just in separate regards. So when she finished he figured he could step in and give what he knows of the pair.

”I wasn't there for Loki's game, though based on the timeline I'd say I met them prior to that incident. A while back, a mutant by the name of Wanda Maximoff, Pietro's sister, and a powerful Sorceress, had managed to manipulate all of reality. Chances are you were part of it, all of you, but not in any way you'd even remember. It was a world where mutants were on top and humans the ones meant to serve or cower. One where Magneto was King and the Maximoff line royalty. It was there I'd met some of the X-men with us today, and also where I'd first met Runa and Klara. Mira has the right of it, Runa is the Goddess of Lies, though she is destined to be so much greater by the end of her long life. She had a run in with my best friend who…at the time was trying to kill us all, and I was able to see just how powerful she was with her magic.

Klara on the other hand, The Goddess of Love and apparently Oceans? And quite frankly way too much glitter, was part of a resistance that wanted to take Magento and his family down. Some knew the truth of the world, others didn't. At the time all Klara knew was that I was the one who'd been on the other side, helping Wanda and mutants alike. We started off as enemies, swords drawn and words thrown like knives you can't take back. But in the end we ended up…well I'd say just not enemies. She didn't seem the warm and fuzzy hugging type, but it's hard to blame someone who wasn't even truly themselves in a fictitious world.

Last Halloween I'd had a run in with Klara again, though this time she was a child. Abducted from time and thrown into Limbo alongside others and myself. The Veil was tearing open and we were needed. We…also didn't get along too well there. Though I tried, but the conditions of Limbo made things a bit strenuous, and it didn't help that my magic was being affected by the ambient nature of that realm, causing me to dislocate myself into another region of Limbo leaving Klara, to what I later found out, was a situation in which she had lost her soul. So she wasn't exactly happy with me after that, granted we did get it back after killing a god.”
Max stated with a pensive finger pressed against his lips before continuing on.

”In any case, whether that was before, after, or the cause of, her memory issues I don't know. What I do know is that Mira more than likely has the right of it. Chances are Runa came to see Lance (or kill him) and Klara just tagged along. They seem almost inseparable at times.” Max noted. ”So with all that aired out, Clue or we can go and be nosey and see what the pair of Asgardians Aare after?”

Jaclyn "OfAll" Chreyz

Location: X Mansion
Skills: Power Mimicry

Jaclyn's attention was brought properly back to her group as Perry asked to be filled in on the blanks here.
Jaclyn's eyes shifted to Max then to Mira as he gestured for her to begin.

So now I have reality rifts to worry about, she thought to the beginning of Mira's explanation. Although she thought this in more of a matter-of-fact way with unease aside. Fuller emotions on the subject might come later, both because that was the way Jaclyn sometimes worked, and because the oddities they tended to have to deal with, even a mutant brain needed time to catch up and process.

Her brows raised at the fact of Klara being Thor's daughter, and furrowed at Runa being Goddess of Lies. That didn't sound good, but then again, some things that seemed obvious were in fact open for interpretation. Like a beast deemed a doom-bringer because accidents followed the sighting of it, in fact being a savior as it was coming as a warning. A Goddess of Lies could, then, by the same logic, in fact be a force to find truth.

On the mention of Mira being among those who didn't get to go to Asgard, a conversation came into Jaclyn's mind; for another time.

The supposing Runa was here to see Lance had something vaguely click in Jaclyn's mind, though she couldn't place anything exact.
Then, Mira's concluding point was sound: they would hear about it if it was anything important. That was leaning Jaclyn a little more back the other way.

Max's turn filling in the blanks came next.

The way he summarized everything hit Jaclyn's ears like a storyteller; she could practically see and feel the details.

A particularly intriguing one was how everyone had likely been a part of a manufactured reality, yet wouldn't have known it. This was something for Jaclyn to set aside in a part of her mind to reflect on later. She wondered, too, how Max knew of Runa's destiny, and his words supported Jaclyn's thinking on "Goddess of Lies".

She also wondered about Max's best friend.

The poetry of Goddess of "love and oceans", a confirmation of Mira's info, hit Jaclyn in a way that elicited a soft smile. Which quickly gave way into a look of surprise and confusion with the way Max's explanation blended together. Glitter in a resistance against Magneto?
Jaclyn appreciated Max's giving Klara the benefit of the doubt rather than judging her solidly, under the circumstances.

Then another new concern to add to the list -after reality rift: "the veil".
Limbo sounded like the most intense scenario that had been recounted to Jaclyn yet.

It made her feel great sympathy for this Klara she had yet to meet, and a fuller understanding of those she already knew.

Her little emotional rollercoaster wasn't complete, however, until Max added to the supposition of why the Asgardians were here with the little bit about maybe killing Lance.
Why would he suppose so?

Curiosity still existed in Jaclyn, yet Clue was sounding more appealing after all that; a breather by which to assist in the digestion of everything, and probably a good thing to grab before something else occurred. One thing was clear between Mira and Max's information: things occurred where Klara was concerned. Pretty big things.
Not unlike with the XMen, so all the more reason.

Conversely. . .well. It was hard to put into words. She felt like she'd like to know these people, but it didn't feel like it would be a natural time.

"I think we should give them some space." She landed on, a moment later. "That call to Lance seemed pretty important, though maybe that's an Asgardian way. In any case, I don't think we should crowd in and distract from their coming." This was stated in a neutrally thoughtful tone; not like she was judging anyone who might've wanted to follow their curiosity.

She then looked down the hall where the focused one had gone, added: "the one who came through here did seem pretty dead set on not acknowledging us. Which one was that?" She returned her eyes to the group.

Fit Of The Day

Both Mira and Max went on to explain who the new people were and what their deal was. It was a lot of information to take in and process and Perry wished she had some comfy slippers on and some popcorn during this documentary, but at least she understood a bit more now. The whole Lexicon of stuff that happened to this team before she came to this mansion was lengthy.

"Thanks for the TL;DR. I'll make sure to update the Wiki so I don't get lost again. Be that as it may, I agree that whatever drama is about to unfold will most likely be relayed to all of us and clearly it would be an 'all hands on deck' notice, so I suggest we enjoy ourselves before we are more than likely pulled into another deadly mission. I wish the universe would time these things better."

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Outside – X-Mansion
Skills: Running

Antoinette clapped excitedly when Pietro agreed to go on a jog with them. ”Excellent! Let us commence,” she said and gestured ahead of them before she started to jog, setting the pace for the group.

Antoinette glanced at Guin a couple of times, ready to slow the pace down if her friend needed it. Any pace of jogging was good enough for Antoinette, although, she did like to go faster. ”Do you think the Asgardians arrived to mingle or do you suppose they might have a mission for us?” Antoinette asked as she jogged with her friends.

Guin Stark

Guin rolled her eyes slightly at Pietro, before bracing herself mentally for the inevitable burning pain in her lungs from a long run, and she took off at a light job after Annie. Running was always fine at first, but she found that her attention tended to slip and wane, and she didn't genuinely enjoy doing it very much. It was good for her, yes, but at what cost? She held her arms by her side, her hands folded into loose fists as she ran.

"If they have a mission for us, we better start charging," Guin joked. "Or at the very least, have them rate us five stars... But I'm guessing they might just be here to hang. Lance's probably been pining over his little girlfriend, y'know, and missing her." She was hoping that they didn't have some end of the world apocalyptic event that they needed to help out with - she didn't mind their work, she liked helping people, but she wasn't really feeling like a superhero today. Or lately, even.

Runa tilted her head, still a little lost as to why Lance was saying they could have gone inside to find him. Their method had worked and on Asgard, calling from outside of the home was a common and acceptable practice. However, their confusion slipped as Lance said that it had been some time since he had seen them - which was true. After everything that had happened with Klara, Runa had been helping to care for her. Her visits to Midgard had been few and far between. But to Runa, it hadn't really been that long - her lifespan was on the order of centuries, if not more. A few months was hardly anything. "A short while - perhaps a year or so?" Runa said. "Klara has been... well, she has been improving. Her more recent memories are a blur, but she remembers herself and her family - she knows her people. In time, I expect the rest will come back to her."

Avery Spellman

It was probably for the best that Klara didn't remember them - especially given the actions they had taken to defend themself during Loki's cursed game. They'd blown up her eye. She seemed fine now - her eyes looked normal, as if nothing had happened. THey'd done it under a different name with a different face - and it had been in an act of self defense, so hopefully she wouldn't hold a grudge. But either way, it wasn't bad to have a goddess not remember what they'd done. So when Klara apologized, saying that she could've sworn she knew who they were, Avery shrugged their shoulders slightly. "I get that a lot," they said.

They did wish that Ed hadn't immediately reminded Klara that she'd met them before but - well, Klara seemed to be mostly focused on Ed anyways. At any rate, Avery shifted slightly uncomfortably, their body tensing ever to slightly. The goddess offered Ed a protection amulet, one that he accepted - and then offered to give her a tour. "I, um, have things to do - I'll see you all around," they said, somewhat awkwardly. The longer they were around her, the more their heart started to pound, so they got up and left the room quickly.
