Setting Viability

This is a bit of an odd thread, but I figured I might as well put it out here. In the opinions of those who frequent this site, do you think this setting I've created could work for a roleplay, maybe after tweaking certain elements? Some things such as the Tertiary and rigid classifications of Dreamers, Lucids, and Liminals I would be more than willing to change, but if I were to make a roleplay set in this I would like to keep the surreal dreamlike aspects of the setting as a whole.

I have noticed that roleplays here tend to be generic genre, or fandom-based roleplays so a more organized homebrew setting like this could be a bit harder to get players for. That said, I think this world is good for roleplays here. Plenty of interesting concepts to play off of and a lot of freedom. I don't think much would need to be changed unless players specifically asked you to.
