Judge by the response, I guess the short answer is no.

Sorry for no response. It seems you just let yourself in, so I suppose you're allowed.

Also, seemingly R.I.P inFamous: Generations. There hasn't been a post in quite a while. I hope it isn't completely dead.

I'm guessing a story arc just finished? RPs tends to slow down after that.

Not really, I just think people are busy, right about now for most colleges its finals time so I think most people are going to be busy with that more then RPing at the moment.

So, would it be a bad time to try to enter the RP? I have a character sheet saved on a word document and everything.

Nope, just kinda slow on the RPing. We're always accepting, so we'll gladly welcome a new face. I'll try to make a post soon.

Name: (Nolan Laurent) (Audio)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Side: Neutral
Personality: Moody and reflective when talking about his identity, when dealing with anything else, energetic and impulsive. His soft spots are for children and things relating to comic books. They seem to grasp at a childhood he loved, and as such he wouldn’t intentionally harm either thing without a purpose.
Biography: Nolan was born in Montreal, raised by two loving parents, who didn’t think anything of their kid, anything at all pertaining to powers. He always loved to be loud and up-front with interactions, hanging out with kids his age and reading graphic novels. His time at school was normal, until one day during highschool a peculiar event went down. Nolan was at a track meet with his friends, and all of a sudden, he caught up to the fellow in first place without moving any faster. Immediately, the coach pulled him into the principal’s office, and his parents were alerted. As soon as possible, Nolan was booted from his home. He started to move southeast from there, taking temporary jobs and homes, and residing with people he hardly knew. He continued on this path until he reached New York City, despite some hearing of the Syndicate involvement.
Power: Sound Perception/Manipulation
Power-:
Sonic Rush: If Nolan can see a spot, and there is a noise made there or someone is perceiving noise there, he can instantly appear there. Think of it as teleporting with a prerequisite.
Sonic Crescents:Nolan is able to produce sounds and force the waves to stay close together as well as vibrate together. This essentially lets him create vibrating ‘razors’ in the air for weak projectiles.
Sonic Blast: A powerful blast, that unless charged will lose strength over distance.
Sonic Volley: A blast as dangerous as a punch has minimal cost to him, letting him essentially rapid-fire-punch without contact.

Other: Nolan has started to take on an odd look, as if to embrace his lack of normalcy.

Only problem:
I think we already have a sound manipulator.

My character is a sound manipulator. I wouldn't mind another sound manipulator though, Nolan sounds like the polar opposite of Nadiya. I think the banter between the two would be pretty interesting.

Assuming that Axle keeps his only two powers and Splyglass can keep his stuff creative enough to be comepletely different than anything Axle has I think it would be alright. Still I'd to see a different power and more depth from both characters.

Still who am I to judge them on character depth?

EDIT

RainDash and Arget coming in for the save.

Do the powers really have to be different? Dustmen and reapers always had the same powers in the games...

No they didn't. The Reaper conduits had teleportation and shockwave powers, similar to their leader Sasha though her powers also extended to manipulating the substance that we only know as the Black Tar. Dustmen conduits had similar powers to Alden Tate their leader in that they could manipulate metal so they make the spider enemies or were giant golems but to a lesser degree then Alden Tate. They were different. Just saying.

Plus, it gets really boring if we all had the same powers. Like, if we all had sound manipulation, then we'd be wide open because we'd all have the same power weaknesses. That's lame.
Plus, Conduits control a lot of stuff. Just about anything, so you just have to pick an element and work It into something awesome.

Exactly, actually here's a list of conduit abilities even that have been mentioned in games and the comics:

I think Wood or even Carpentry powers would be interesting.
