It'd been a good week since Lianna had been forced out of her, 'home.' She'd somehow kept out of the public eye, staying hidden, but that was all luck. Sooner or later she'd be caught, the repercussions would either be good or bad. For now though, she was buried under garbage in an alleyway, attempting to keep hidden as she slept through Tokyo's loud and noisy day. Her sleep was far from deep though, her ears listening for the slightest hint of danger.
This particular day she was behind some restaurant and ever so often she'd be roused from slumber by the backdoor opening. Seconds later, Lianna'd feel something hit the garbage pile she was under, probably just another garbage bag adding to her concealment. Whom ever it was was just doing there job, taking the trash out. And now she was awake again, a strange and loud beeping noise having woken her. Suddenly an even louder noise clanged, metal scraping, something picking up the overfull dumpster next to her pile of garbage bags. She stayed quiet though, knowing what ever picked it up was probably dangerous. She waited breathlessly as she heard it shake the metal dumpster before a loud crash sounded as it was put back down, the beeping stopped but was soon replaced with footsteps. They were coming closer and she was getting nervous, and when they arrived she heard a bag being picked up and weight being relieved. In an instant she'd hopped to her feet, easily knocking any bags off of her and bolting forwards. Though, by the time Lianna realized it she'd slammed head first into the large metal trash truck that'd previously emptied the dumpster. A little yelp slipped as she held her head, stumbling around, she'd made a resounding, 'twang' sound on impact. The trash men were dumbfounded, not sure why a little girl would've been playing in the trash, but as she turned around all wobbly like, they caught sight of her light red eyes. Just like that her luck had run out, the men were screaming insults as the stepped forward in attempt to catch her, no telling what they'd do if they did. Lianna made a little hop back though, tumbling backwards at the same time. The two trash men, each slipped falling on top of one another, scrambling to get to the now fallen, cursed child. Lianna gave her head a little shake trying to clear it of the continuous ringing. She didn't have time for it to clear up though so she quickly picked her self up and tried her best to run. By then the two had gotten up and the driver was leaning out the door, realizing what was going on he yelled some obscene language and honked his horn, trying to rally others into stopping the 'Little Demon'.
The alley Lianna'd taken refuge in for the day was an L shape, the trash truck was blocking off the long portion of it and the only way out was the corner exit, and after that was the bright sunny day and the road. She only had one option, she couldn't possibly climb with her head ringing and her balance off kilter so she had to run. She was far faster than any of the men getting to the corner about the time they were getting half way there. She turned off and burst from the shadowy alley, the light blinding her, mix that with her current head problem and she was sent tumbling into the road. She'd sort of stumbled as she tried to recover from the glare of the sun, her velocity kept her going forward right into traffic. Be it strange coincidence or just Life's sick humor, but a certain convoy of vehicle's had just started passing by that very same alley. The same one she'd just blindly stumbled out of and into traffic from, not only that but she'd stumbled right in front of the Black SUV Kiri, Marius and Mai were riding in.
