Daggers would be cool. (Fans were actually a kind Chinese/Japanese weapon for surprise/women. They looked like regular fans, but when pressing up on the metal ribs, razor sharp blades would come out. Clever little things.) Lucy Lu used on in one of her movies

Harpies are sort of like servant to Hades, like how Iris was servant to Hera. They are Iria's aunts, and since she's really bad at defending herself they would help her reach the gates safely.

Personality: No matter how many hours of sleep Billy gets a night, he is always tired. It’s not the ‘a cup of coffee will waken me up’ kind of tired, but more so the ‘I haven’t slept for two days straight’ kind of tired. It makes moving quickly or showing intense emotion difficult, and Billy has never sought help for his constant exhaustion because he thinks it fits in perfectly with his quiet way of being. Although he does spend a lot of money on energy drinks every week. Needless to say, he can be a little awkward at times. Nervous to speak up, but desperate to make friends, Billy tries his hardest to be heard and accepted by the others, which only helps to fuel everyone else’s suspicion he’s a little odd; his offers to help usually falling on deaf ears. All in all, he’s a generally happy, mellow guy but when his stronger emotions do surface... Jealousy, protectiveness, hunger, exhaustion, any of these very common things can set him off. And then when he blows, he really blows. Shouting, crying, physical violence, you name it. But this isn't a side of him people see very often.
History: William Ziegler had always been one to enjoy the simple things in life. The sound of wind blowing through the trees; the way pondwater rippled when a raindrop hit it; the taste of freshly squeezed juice. Peace and serenity were his two favorite words as a child, and his guardians never had to use the meditation tapes or classical music to help him sleep. He grew up with his aunt and uncle, both parents seemingly vanished from the face of the earth. His guardians didn’t face any problems raising him, according to them, he was in general, very easy to please -- never fussing, and never complaining when it was bedtime. A model child, apart from the occasional temper tantrum.
It wasn’t until Billy grew older - well into his middle school years, in fact - that his guardians began to suspect something was off about his peaceful sleeping habits. Whenever Billy became relaxed or comfortable with his surroundings, the chances of him falling asleep right then and there skyrocketed to pretty much a hundred percent. The family doctor tried to diagnose his extreme sleepiness as narcolepsy, but his guardians refused that explanation, instead enrolling him into extra fitness classes in an attempt to keep him more alert. When that failed - he always fell asleep whenever they did stretches sitting down - they took him out again and, out of ideas, only made him promise to be more aware of his surroundings and to "try to sleep less."
It was only when Billy took the bus back home one day that he realised what he was. As usual, he fell asleep halfway through the trip, but it was fine since he remembered to set an alarm; he'd get woken up when it was his stop and walk the extra two blocks to reach his house, simple as that. Except this time, that wasn't the case. Somehow, he managed to subconsciously put every single person in the bus to sleep. Including the bus driver. Simply put, Billy almost caused a fatal traffic accident. But thankfully, Lady Luck smiled upon them all that day, and despite the fact that the bus ran into a solid brick wall, everyone got out safely with nothing more than a few bumps and scratches.
Soon enough, a satyr sent out scouting caught wind of the Hypnos child in town, and decided to visit Billy and his family to explain the situation. After everything had been cleared up, the young man's guardians were understandably flabbergasted. Billy moved to Camp Half-Blood in order to learn more about his abilities and heritage, a decision he made with his guardians, who in turn supported him wholeheartedly. They thought it was for the best, his inability to control his powers would probably get someone killed, sooner rather than later.
Godly parent: Hypnos
Signature Weapon: Billy is pretty pacifistic, preferring to talk things out instead of fighting. But if worse comes to worst, he isn't against hurting people, an imperial gold mace being his weapon of choice. The mace transforms into a Victorian-style pocket watch when not in use.

Once he finished School he left and got an apprenticeship at a metalwork factory creating and restoring all manner of metal items, one day a man came into the shop and asked if they could craft 2 greek swords out of silver, naturally they accepted and his manager said that to end his apprenticeship and become fully qualified Adrian must complete this order on his own without fault. The night before he was supposed to have them Finished the man who had placed the order came back in even though the shop was closed, He explained how he believed Adrian was a Demigod the son of Hephaestus and was to leave for Camp half blood straight away. after a few days traveling he managed to reach this camp and luckily was allowed to pass through the barrier, and was expected into the fold

Fixed it! ...I think. Hope he's okay now. Gave him an actual weapon and changed his personality a little bit.

I'm sadly one of those who have followed the movieverse of this saga. I did read the first and second book though, maybe the third. I remember the whole junkyard bit, I think. Something like that that had to do with Hades kids, but that's it. Sad face. :(
Standing at roughly 6'0" and weighing about 178 lbs, Dover is solid in stature and poise, if not a little drawn back. He's developed a good amount of musculature and believes thoroughly that being healthy and fit is the best way to go. Of course, Dover isn't the most confident of individuals and it shows in the way he carries himself and even talks. A soft-spoken individual with a gravely tone, often depicted as a low hum of an engine or smooth caramel. His tone is often quieter, though, and he usually chooses not to speak, preferring to use body language most of the time. It's easier and often takes less effort to push through social barriers if people can tell how he feels just by looking at him. His hair's a solid black, with blue eyes akin to the multiple shades of a coastline and rather sharp, defined features. Often smiling his perfect row of pearly white teeth, it's obvious Dover is usually swayed into positive moods and can be generally cheery, though he isn't vocal about it; energetic hops, ever moving body, and the same smile he always flashes is often the showcase of a very happy individual.
Dover has been often likened to a painting, in that he shows the world the emotion, the passion, the mood of what is currently enthralling him. Often vibrant and full of color when positive, or somber and ridden with dull grays and blacks when stricken by negativity. It's the heart on a sleeve concept, but to a degree that Dover pushes beyond its limits. Though, there's an enigma about him and a mystery shrouding his thoughts—those of which aren't visible on the surface—as if there's always a deeper meaning behind the actions he makes or the expressions he paints onto his canvas. It's visible in the swirling blue orbs, but so thoroughly locked that it's only a multitude of guesses that may or may not even be true. Only the artist knows of the true motives behind his or her painting and that's what often gets to people, to the point where they make no move to hide their need to know Dover beyond what he shows. It's led more to him retreating back to his shell than him indulging the masses.

Quiet, preferring the company of maybe just one other person or a good book, Dover wasn't keen on socialization and, therefore, didn't make many friends who didn't just use him for what he was known for. This, Dover didn't mind as he was helping people regardless of their nature. In fact, it was really all he could ask for in the situations he put himself in. He didn't hide the fact that he knew what people wanted from him and that favors weren't really favors and more like commissions in exchange for money, or something.
So, life for Dover wasn't all that bad. He was a relatively happy individual, preferring a smile on his face rather than the frown of someone who wasn't enjoying their life. Dover enjoyed what he did because he, in a sense, thrived off of other's happiness—their love even. The latter of which can cause quite a scene, of which usually satisfies Dover enough to let it continue unfolding to its untimely end, where the individual is either getting beaten to a pulp, beating someone to a pulp, or making such a fool of themselves it'd be hard to return without risking being ridiculed even more.

Three years old and wandering downtown Chicago with his mother, he'd set off a chain of events which unfolded into the car wrecks to end all car wrecks. There were a lot of injured, but no one had seemed to perish—a lot of 'em got married a month or two later. However, that wasn't quite the trouble that caused her mother to ponder the safety of her child; it was the pair of malicious looking empousai in their true forms. They'd both smelled the blood of the child in her arms and the were drawn by the powers he'd previously used. In fact, the satyr often asked if he was alright, to which he'd shakily replied that he was fine and proceed to barrel a bunch of questions his way. Apparently a small group of satyrs had unknowingly been drawn to the school he'd been holed up in most of his life and kind of got caught up in the meddling he'd been doing. After profusely apologizing, the satyr stopped the car and escorted him out and into the camp where things further perplexed and awed him at the same time. He'd been thoroughly introduced to his new home.
