Not really since there is no real kingdom in the begining but it will later on get a wealthy vampire population, The more closer you are to dracula bloodline the slightly wealther you are, also if your family had good ties with the count you made a bit more money then most people.

I checked this RP out to see what it had to offer, but found some concerns that dissuade me from joining. First off, it's mentioned that half-blood werewolves (in other words, non-pure) don't exist in this world, yet one of Dragon Princess' characters is a non-pure werewolf with some obviously angelic origins due to her second appearance and powers. A discontinuity issue which is going to raise quite a bit of questions for others.

Then there's the powers. I mean, really? Is this a vampire and werewolf RP or a contest to see how "magical" you can get? Cosmic powers, life giving, and heavenly powers all reserved for one particular member (the GM). I get you're the GM and all, but it's really no excuse to have characters that can destroy everyone else with a flick of a finger. This is a werewolf and vampire RP, not a conglomeration of Marvel and DC Comics most powerful abilities. As such, shouldn't things be kept traditional? Speed vs Strength, silver vs holy water? Maybe some magical abilities, but nothing as broken as I'm seeing here....

werewolves usually have a power (ususally wind, water, elemtntal abilities, they can have weird things on their bodies but mostly they just look like werewolves) (nope Not angelic, she is true werewolf and you'll see why she was born strangely)

Why do i have to explain this, JUST because I give someone someone a power doesn't mean THEY will EVER use it unless there is no other option, also it deeply drains them

Oh yes, my advice is for everyone. Believe me, I know the sort of stress it is to run a group rp and try to keep everyone happy. I have my fair share of that.
Anyway:
I think there should be one pack of werewolves left, it would be only a small pack of about 5 or so. They have been in hiding for a long time and finally the oldest child of the Alpha of the pack (I use the term loosely of course since my werewolf/bloodwolf character would be about 21 anyway) tells the pack that enough is enough and that they should be raising up against the Crusaders. If there's no full blood werewolfs then the pack is made up of half blood werewolfs or Lycan to use their official name.
As for the problem with the Almighty powers, I would say that they should be given to other members to even things out. Dragon can keep her cosmic powers with Dracula since he is our main villain so he's meant to be powerful. The power over plant life should go to an elf character and Princess alter her profile to remove it, maybe you can enter an Elf character Calla who will get that power. The final Almighty power, I will take it and make a character who has it. None of the Almighty powers would be Almighty at first, in fact they would start off as bog standard powers but as the rp progress they become stronger and more powerful.
The vampire problem, Honestly they can be any kind. Poor or Rich it matter not. the poor vampires are more likely to be guards or Crusaders while the rich vampires become like the kind you could see in the underworld film series as well as Crusaders or elders.

I just told you that Dracula was not the Villian, you see how he is not the mian villian, There is NO half blood werewolves or vampires because werewolves and vampires do NOT love each other. I can change my character so i don't care for that really all that much for real. Only Lycans and werewolves no Half blood are possible in this roleplay for this is were wolves and vampires don't get along. Wolves fear the vampire After Dracula come back for he destories their land and makes them scatter, the reason why i have the pack scatter is so they have their own life for a while before coming back and might reform, But even then it will take alot more then that to over come Dracula or any villian.

If that is how it works why should the werewolves and elves be a thing? All they are good for is hiding in the corner being a coward while the vamps rule and the elves have no part in anything.

The elves are the peace makers in my roleplayer they try to keep peace but when forced into action they are powerful. Theuy don't really like getting to sides, weither werewolf or Vampire since the Crusaders do not bother the Elves at all since the king of elves and Dracula don't really have any bad relationship. The tribe cheif's daughter is trying to find a way to get the Omega out of the vampires kingdom peacefully.

Alrightly then, so its settled that there are other werewolves and that they don't have to be pure werewolfs. I knew I would not be using my bloodwolf anyway

Yes they are a small pack but there is little to no structure to the pack at all really since many have died and the crudaers are starting. Werewolves are warned, Crusdaders have silver weapons which can kill werewolves if they get touched also werwolves can go into chruches, normal vampires can't but Dracula mostly immune to things can walk into Chruches.

Werewolves are a small pack, they need to Get Omega out of the castle for her power (AntiMatter control) She is not a regular werwewolf to many but she truely is but born ina different way because of her powers she has strange power and body struture.

Vampires, will be equipt with things can kill werewolves, they only fallow head guard of kings orders.

Elves : peace makers wanting no real war or confortation at all with anyone or want in any part of the wars going on. they are nature lovers and like peace.

Werewolves (They are either human and werewolf or pure werewolves)

No I need werewolves to like that because they need to figure it out that its team work to beat the vampires, yes they are weaker then vampires but you have to remeber that vampires are also very weakened during the days, they can;t eneter churches, they can't go into places without being invited, they are weak toward holy weapons and they hate garlic. The only powerful vampire truely is Draculs
