Neko Romance Roleplay?

Yesterday was my last day at my old job and I start my new one on Tuesday next week. Frustrating as it was(we had some problems), I was still coming up with a character design and story for this.

Will Nekomata be permitted?

Yes, I will permit nekomata, but only as long as those using them as characters be smart about how their powers are used. For example: Abilities like shape shifting should probably be used on a small scale until these characters receive their collars, but passive abilities like immunity to poison would be fine even before that. Obvious magicks should obviously not be used before a character has been "claimed" (even then, I would ask that you keep all undead army building to a minimum - I don't want any overpowered characters or their armies wreaking havoc here). I'll probably allow a couple of nekomata-related abilities to be unlocked either in addition to or in place of one of the magicks provided by a human partner.

I'll make sure the CS format can accommodate this.
