Also, she was getting close to leave the forest, noticing that, Akina climbed on a tree and decided to watch.




Akina: Hmmm...Still can't see much from here, even with the scope...if i could only pass through the gate, then i could get a good look at the entrance and after that, get out of here.

Akina: Relax Akina, you're just as fast as Senpai, i almost dissapear while running, so it will be okay.

She didn't immidietaly left though, she waited a little while longer, because she needed to plan her run.

Mina: Okay, the rules are simple, we cannot use our magic weapons, but we can use magic, the one who loses their sword or faints first loses.

Fael: You had this planned for the start huh?

Mina: Of course.

Thomas: Alright, since we don't have much time, i'll start counting now...3...

**Music fades, giving only place to silence and the noise of the wind**


Fael: ....

Fael: Divine Launcher!

He decided to bombard Mina with many light bullets, she simply jumped to avoid them.


Fael: That's just leaves you open.

Mina: You think so? DARK IMPULSE!

Mina pointed her sword at Fael, suddenly flying straight at him as if she was a missile, destroying his bullets and nearly hitting him as a result as he dodge rolled to the right.


Fael: Urgh...

Mina: Serisously this is not all you have...Phlogiston Missile.

She launched dark homing energy bullet beams at Fael, since he couldn't dodged, he destroyed all the bullets at once when they got closer to him, suddenly, Mina was in front of him again, then, they started an intense sword fight, with Fael on the defensive.


Fael: Tch, she got so strong...she barely has any openings.

Mina: So...how's the sensation on being just on the defensive?

Fael: Argh!

Mina: Surely, i want to see more.

Fael: Okay then, time to take this a little more seriously.

He repels Mina's slash and starts to get on the offensive, but by his surprised, she kept dodging his attacks instead of blocking them.

Before throwing the scope away, she saw that Sakuya and Meiling were at the gates.

She pulls he beam scythe without activating it, then, Akina starts chanting a spell.

Suddenly, the space around Akina started to give an effect of an static interference, then, she dissapeared. ((Scythe slash not included))


Akina: With this, nobody will see me, i'm completely invisible for a short period of time, so i have to be fast. Akina Byakko: LAUNCHING!

She took flight at the mansion's direction at high speeds, she had only one chance to take a photo before flying away. As she approached the gate, she hit her foot on the ground to gain height, as she got close enough to the mansion, she readied the camera.


Akina: (Now!)

She stopped for one second to take the photo, the resumed her flight, but at the opposite direction of the mansion, it was when her invisibility weared off.


Akina: Whew...Mission Complete, i hope next time i got here, i don't need to do all of this anymore.

Thier fight continued, both without showing signs of giving up just yet, Thomas just watched the fight calmly.


Thomas: I just don't get how those wooden swords can take so much punishments.

Fael and Mina: Special Material!

Thomas: Oh, i see.

Fael and Mina: HAAAAAAAA!!!!

They repel each other one more, sparks of Light and Darkness spreaded on the battefield and dissapeared.


Fael: Tch...

Mina: We are evenly matched huh?

Fael: Seems like it... (No...she certainly has the upper hand, i'm just making sure all our attacks are ending in a draw, once she discovers that, she'll attack without mercy...)

Mina: Prepare yourself, this is the techinique my brother teached me, i haven't mastered it completely, so you'll only have this chance to defeat me.

Fael: (Since we are not using our True Swords, our moveset is pretty limited...but i can still use the weapons i earned after the defeat of some RKS members.) Are you sure you'll be able to beat me with that?

Mina: It all depends on you!

Mina: TAKE THIS!

She shots a flaming dark bird projectile, Fael noticed that it focused on power and speed, so it was risky trying to defend it without losing his wooden sword, so he dodged the bullet in order to get closer to her, she shot two more, but he did the same, then, he activated his Super Mode.

Mina: How fast...

Fael: SEVEN SWORDS!

He threw his wooden sword very high in the air, then summoned six-mace shaped blades, he threw two at Mina who dodged, she tried to attack again, but had to dodge two more, but this time, she could only defend, and she knew that Fael's strenght was increased when in super mode, so she braced herself for the impact, but when the last two swords hit hers, they broke.

Mina: It's incomplete as well?

Fael: Tch! (It didn't work...not only that, but my Super Mode is gone already?)

She started to fly above Fael while shooting beams at him, he started to dodged, but was suprised by a slash from behind, getting finished off by one last beam, Thomas had to jump away to dodge the explosion.

He fell on the ground, his sword was stuck on the safety grid of the rooftop, noticing it wasn't on the ground yet, Fael tried to get up to get it, but Mina was already there, she picked the sword and dropped it.


Mina: I won.

She lunged at him, covered with a spiritual energy that took form of fangs. Giovanni was able to evade that, but as soon as he got out of the way, he had to defend Kokoro's assault.


Giovanni: You're good...!!

Kokoro: Your compliments won't save you!! If you really want safety, then stop running and fight me!!

Giovanni: W-Why?! Just to define who's Magio's best friend?! I don't care if I'm not-

Kokoro: You had a chance to admit, and you preferred to question me! Now, I'm gonna take that title by force! Spell Card!!

Giovanni: *is pushed away by a strange pulse* What the-?!

Kokoro: Melancholy Sign "The Melancholic World is a Melancholic Cart"!!

Kokoro called melancholic masks once again. The masks emitted a strange, blue aura and started to chase Giovanni. As soo as they reached his position, they exploded into a burst of blue light.


Kokoro: Heh... how easy.

Giovanni: *lunges at Kokoro* I won't go down so easy!!

Kokoro: What the hell?!

Now, it was Kokoro that defended his attack. Giovanni's slash assaults were faster than hers, but since she was wielding a naginata, defending his slashes were easy.


Giovanni: (Darn, she's defending my attacks like child's play!!)

Kokoro: Really, you're making this boring and easy...

Giovanni: Ah, is that so?! Then let's level it up!!

Giovanni switched back to gun mode. By holding the bullet, he created an impulse that made Kokoro lose her balance. Seeing the opening, Giovanni slashed her 3 times and sent her away with a kick.


Kokoro: ... You're more stronger than I thought... you would be...

As he looked, Fael's duel with Mina was over. Magio wasn't able to think on the victor, but he thought on a way to call their attention. With an idea in mind, Magio called his Keyblade.


Magio: OK, this is the only way I can think of. Here it goes... Strike Raid!!

Magio shot his Keyblade in a spinning motion towards them. The Keyblade was going to return, so he hoped that it would reach the rooftop.

The battle kept going on. Although skilled, Giovanni wasn't able to defeat Kokoro with ease. But she wasn't having a moment of easiness, as he was fast and was able to evade her attacks and danmaku.

Both of them used their cards to attack. It was a question of what was stronger: a Spell Card or a Tactic Card.

Giovanni sent giant boulders as Kokoro used her fans to send magical fireworks. The collision between them resulted in a rock scatter. Both evaded them, but the school didn't. Some of the rocks had hit the school, making it shake a little.


Giovanni: Hey, don't destroy the school!!

Kokoro: You were the one who summoned the boulders!!

Giovanni: Yeah, but your fireworks got in the way!!

Kokoro: WHAT?! Grrrrrrrrrrrr...!! OK, I'll end you quick!! Spell Card!!

Giovanni switched to gun mode and shot at Kokoro. However, her masks shielded her.

With a burst of golden flames, Kokoro powered herself up with hers and the emotions from her masks. She dashed at Giovanni and started to attack him again, he defended but she broke through his defense. Kokoro did a fast combo with her fans and finished it sending him to the wall.


Kokoro: You'll regret ever wanting to battle me. Spell Card!!

Giovanni: Unnngh... Huh?

Kokoro: Joy Sign "Invigorated Kagura Lion"!!

Kokoro weared her lion mask and sent a beam of flames at Giovanni. After the spell, the only thing that could be seen was him falling to the ground.

Truck, instantly beat two thugs that wanted to rob her with a rather strange spin kick, ran away from a group of gangsters that were their friends, did some Le Pakour to escape said gangsters, avoided some police cars that where notified that the same gangsters have showed up ((Yeah, the police is useful for something)) , avoided some cyclists that were on a racing marathon, took another hitch hide but on a common truck until she finally arrived in a less movemented area.


Amilia: Such chaos by just me running...well, at least i'm closer to the shrine now.

As he raised his gunblade, black wings opened as the sky darkened and the world seemed to stop for all but to them in that fight.


Giovanni: Worth of the Card!! Genesis Carnage... will give us the Absolution!!

Giovanni stoped Kokoro with a single slash. After that, his blade emitted a dark light and took form of a scythe. He slashed her six times and drained her sins with his wings. When he finished draining, he transformed the wings into a single bullet and shot it, ending Kokoro with a beam. Soon, dark feathers started raining down from the sky.

Kokoro finally fell on the ground. Although she was mauled by all those attacks, she used the rest of her forces to stand up.
