Bob received the envelope and thanked the lady promptly. "Hope you guys don't mind, I'm gonna read my love letter." he said, then he got the letter out. He read it, informing him of a robbery taking place on the weekend. "Well damnit. This weekend already? Guess I won't be making any arrests.." he said. He decided to let the chief know, so he texted him the details. If he didn't agree to the trip, he would've been with the operation, but there was nothing he could do about it anymore. He'd just have to enjoy his vacation slash investigation.

He turned to Alison, and said, "Wow, you're pretty handy for a delivery girl. Mind telling me your connection with the sender?" he said. He couldn't pinpoint it, but he felt something about her. She wasn't a simple delivery girl.

Kas smiled at the woman's response to him and slit open the evelops with a fingernail. He smiled at the first as he realized that some of the butlers and maids of his house would need new jobs while he was gone, he left for buisness trips often but he would rent out the home while he was gone, if only he had the time they would not suffer so. The next wasn't as flattering but explained things that still made kas chuckled as a friend sent him a post card from Scandinavia, there business seemed to excel there. The third seemed to be of a different kind of letter, the curves and elegance of the writing seemed as if it was not human, it was clearly typed.

Dear. mister piye
does the taste still liter your mouth?
That was some ones child, maybe the child of someone close to you. Your secrets are no longer safe, so watch out. If you tell anyone tell the other murderer they wont put you in prison, but that is were you belong.
You deserve to be in a cell, rotting away like trash. But I must ask did it taste good?
I am a host so I must ask, how are you enjoying your stay?

Kas looked down at the letter, hiding it from the other's view, he had tried his whole life to forget tyler, but how did he know? Kas had never told anyone, the man who he called father never knew. Looking up at the group, now contrasting his serious look he began to smile agian.

Alison:
She was surprised to see Kas open 3 envelopes. The last time she had checked there had only been 2. She started checking her other pockets for more unexpected letters as she answered Bob's question. "Chloe and I are close. Even closer than me and Sari." She said as she pulled out 2 more letters. One had been in her other back pocket, and it was addressed to Bob so she handed it to him. The other had been in her other side pocket and was addressed to Sari. "I hope I got paid for these." She said as she handed Saria her letter and pulled out her phone to check her bank account.

Saria:
Sari had easily picked up on the fact that her sister was Chloe. She frowned a little as she took this newest letter that she presumed was from Mr. X. She opened it carefully.

Dear, Ms. Lewis

I hope you are enjoying your trip thus far. Shall you spend your time coning your guests into telling you what they are hiding, or will you be your true self and leave their secrets alone? (My suggestion is to con them into telling)

She shakes her head frowning. "Who is this guy?" She asks as she hand the letter to Alison so that she can read it.

Kas looked up and quickly read the note, asking himself the same question. something about it gave him the chills, he wasn't so sure he wanted to go with them any more, with a police man in there presence a cannibal would be chopped to bits. "what secrets, it;s not like we are hiding things from each other, maybe he's made that I stole three packs of gum when I was a child or that I got into fights a lot there is my secret or the closest to it, maybe this mr.x sells gum"

Bob took the letter, and opened it like the others have.

Dear Mr. Skuller,
How are you? Have you let any little girls die lately? How did they die? I think nothing can top your first. After all, the first will always be a special one. Do you think you will tell your new friends about her?
Anyway, Bob, I hope you enjoy your stay at my cabin. It has been fitted perfectly for your, and your companions' pleasure.

P.S. The guy who killed her, when will you arrest him?

As soon as he read it, he crumpled it in reflex. The incident about the little girl, that was only known to him and his superiors. It wasn't exactly a secret, but he kept it close to his chest. He wasn't proud of it. He was guilty of it. How old could the little girl have been now, had he arrested the man?

"Goddamnit. He knows a lot." he said. "I have really, really bad feeling about this guy and his cabin." he said, to everyone.

Kas kept his mouth shut for the first time, it tasted like veil. Baby cow mashed into a paste... that's what he tasted like. Fighting the erg to ask about the other's secrets, knowing they'd like one in return. Instead he merely put the letters in his pocket and looked out the window nodding to the other's words. Who the hell was mr. x? Not a subtle man, he was more blunt then he had thought. Frowning at a sharp turn in there knowledge he dreaded a week with these people.

Alison:
'This guy doesn't care about a few packs of gum some kid stole years ago. This guy has held a grudge for at least 7 years, if not more for the others.' she thought as she read over Saria's letter again. When she hears bob say that Mr. X knows a lot she nods. "Yeah, he does. A lot more than I'd like. The worst part about it is, if he succeeds in doing what I think he's trying to do then he could put some lives in danger. Including us, depending on everyone's secrets." She said glancing at the two men. She was more worried about what kind of secret Kas might hold rather than Bob. 'I wonder if he will realize who I am when we get to the cabin, even if I tell these boys not to call us sisters.' she thought looking out the window for a minute. "Boys, when we get to the cabin don't call me and Sari sisters. Everyone thinks I'm dead and I'd like to keep it that way." She hoped they wouldn't ask too many questions about why people thought she was dead.

Kas nodded, she wasn't the first to say that to him, his life as a child and teen was not what he wished it was. Realizing that his care free and happy-go-lucky attitude would make people think he was hiding something deep, a panic and in the end he knew not to drop anything that he did before: act perverted, seem happy, always beat around the bush. A clearly faked smile hit his face as kas looked at Alison and he sat back back. " well look guys as long as we don't care about one another's secrets we wont get people killed right? I mean it's not like we have anything to hide"

"What do you think he will do?" Bob asked Alison. Bob had a feeling that these secrets are important, but as long as they kept them secrets, Mr. X wouldn't let them go. Alive, at least.

Hearing Kas's words, he replied. "I don't have anything to hide. What was written in the letter, my police department knows about it. My family knows about it. What about you? Are you sure you're not hiding anything?" he said, sensing his facade. He was an officer of the law, and almost a detective too. It was second nature to him to sense the truth about people.

"I think we shouldn't hide our secrets. That's what Mr. X expects us to do." he said to the three of them. If Mr. X wanted them to keep their secrets, he wouldn't have sent private letters. He would have told them out aloud.

"but as the dash alison said before 'people could die if our secrets her secret gets out' so maybe we should leave hers be eh? I have nothing to hide that anyone would care about so why no I guess I am not hiding anything, well that's not true there are a few things I brought over that are embarrassing that I'm hiding but I hope those don;t count" he said thinking of a nightlight and a few magazines he didn't let others see.

"If you were paying the tiniest bit of attention instead of thinking up what lie to tell us next, little boy, you wouldn't misunderstand her." he said. He cleared his throat and continued. "She said lives are in danger depending on our secrets, not if we reveal them. And last I checked, she's not Mr. X. What she said doesn't make it true about our situation. Unless she's secretly Mr. X...but I highly doubt that. " he said. He was getting impatient with the kid, especially now that his speech has become rushed and convoluted, making it even more obvious that he was hiding something from them. Something he didn't want anyone in the car to know.

"sorry Just a bit shaken up is all, I think I need to calm down" he said quickly shutting his mouth and taking a deep breath before smiling again " gee it got tense her fast" he said before looking at the driver hoping they might get to the cabin soon. he wasn't doing well.

"Sorry about that. My job makes me observant of every detail, and to be honest, your efforts to hide something from us isn't working. My advise is to just stop thinking we care about your secret and act normal, kid. I don't care what it is you did, what I care about is us four working together to uncover what Mr. X wants to do with us. And also to have fun, heh. It's a 'vacation trip' after all." he said, gesturing air quotes for the words vacation trip.. He too, looked at the driver, but not because of the hope that they were close to the cabin. He looked at the driver, hoping he was just a driver, and not someone deeply involved with Mr. X.

Alison:
She thought as she listened to the boys talk. I think he wants them to admit what they have done, but I don't know what he might do with these secrets. I don't care if Sari admits that she helped me con people. It's not the fact that is dangerous it's the name attached to the fact that is potentially deadly. Sharing that little tidbit with these boys could be advantageous. She answered Bob's question then. "I think that he is planning out making you admit what you have done, but what else he is going to do with this information is still a mystery." She saw the look that Bob gave the driver. "Don't worry about him. He's just a hired hand believe me." She said with a smile. She leaned over and whispered in his ear. "Take a good wiff of the seats. He's a been transporting something other than people recently." She then sat up and turned to Sari. "I think it would be advantageous for us to share part of our secret with them. Why don't you tell them what you did."

Saria:
She had been listening to the others talking this whole time. She was surprised when her sister said tell them part. "Um. Ok. I guess we could." She paused for a moment. "I helped my sister con people out of their money. I was only 9 and 10 at the time, and I didn't know that what we were doing was wrong."

Alison:
"Yeah. As soon as she realized that she was breaking the law she said she wouldn't do it any more, so we found her a new family. I continued running cons for several more years, but I'm retired from that job now." Said Alison sighing. "Anyhow, The thing is that there are only so many people that Mr. X could be. I figure this guy is one of my old marks. If that's the case than he can only be one of eight people to have these kinds of resources available to him." Just then the car stopped and the door was opened.

"Get out." A gruff looking man said standing next to the door. When everyone got out the car would drive away leaving them with the gruff man, 5 horses, and 5 ATVs. "What's your pick? Are we going horseback or ATV?"

Kas looked at the horse, clearly terrified of them he walked to the atv and sat down on it, still digesting what the woman had said. If she conned people she was in a heap of trouble with this guy, he had never thought the boy he had lived off of was someone's child, it just never went through his mind. Chill went down his spin, those days were the worse of his life, and now he's being reminded of them, who ever would do this was a terrible man someone he did not want to be acquainted with. The others seemed to want to know who this man was, but kas could not care less. He was more concerned about not telling his reason to be with them. After that he would leave the cabin nearly as a memory, much like what he had done in the past. He realized he hadn't talked for a while, suspicious to the others.

"enough about secrets how about you all tell me about yourselves, I know your a cop bob, but what about you saria, what do you do now"

Saria:
Both girls could ride either one. Saria walked over to the horses to talk to them even though she figured they would probably be taking ATVs. When she was done she walked over to one of the other ATVs and sat down. "I'm a freelancer, replacer, whatever you want to call it. I replace personal employees that are going to be gone for a few weeks or more. For example, if you had a secretary, and if she were to go on vacation then you could hire me to take her place until she gets back." She said in response to Kas's question.

Kas smiled at the girl brightly as color came back to his skin. "oh boy I wish I could have you as my secretary, or how would you like to be a maid?" he said chuckling, thought he meant very what he said.

Bob took an ATV and followed their lead. He ignored most of the talking and spent time to clear his mind. He definitely needed to be calm especially when they arrived. They did not know what awaited them, and every second he grew anxious.

Alison:
She shook her head when she heard Kas offering Sari a job as a maid. "From what Camilla has told me I don't think that she would appreciate some of your antics." She said with a smile. She saw their guide get onto an ATV she got on her own, and the group would take off.

It was another two hour ride out to the cabin, and when they arrived they would see a large, two story, dark wood cabin with a wrap around porch and a few trails leading away from it. The gruff man instructs the to get off of the ATVs and four guys that had been sitting on the porch came down, got on them, and they rode away from the group. "Looks like he's wanting to make it hard for us to be able to leave before he is ready."

Saria:
During their ride through the woods she had paid close attention to their general direction so that they could possibly get back out to the road if they needed to. She realized that they were tacking twice as long to get to the cabin as they would have if they had just gone straight, which she saw no reason why they couldn't have. When they got to the cabin, and she heard what Alison said she nodded. "I agree. He had our guide take us on a winding route to try and get us lost. We could have gone straight and gotten here in half the time."

Gypsy:
She had been able to keep up with the group easily by following the sound of their motors. When they got to the cabin she was pretty tired, but she cautiously approached the building and sniffed around a bit.

kas had to chuckle at Alison's response, and getting to the cabin he began to stretch before he looked around. something about the woods they were in seemed fake to him. Hiding out in the forest he knew what it was like, this one was to dense and far away, no one could leisurely get to it like were he had hid out. smiling as he realized he was alone with two girls took it off his mind thought. nodding at what they said he looked around before asking his question. "I think i might scout around, everyone is free to come with I know we have unpacking to do but this will be real quick" he said with a smile before turning his back and skipping along, humming a song.
