Ahaha I'm glad you did. He may be an upper echelon demon but he's still bad to the bone ;) and he'll do anything (most literally) to make sure Amano gets what he wants. Bonk his mum or tease his brother just to humiliate said brother.

Hehe sounds cool :) The angle I was going to take is Angels aren't the sweet innocent versions in books. They're the literal biblical angels, warriors to the last with an utter despise for demons and anything demons touch. Demon wise though it's quite flexible though do let me know if you intend to make another of the King's of hell ;)

Angels

I agree. For the most part. I also like the idea of mixing in actual "Guardian Angels" which are powerful, but kind, and for the most part, invisible. Save to Illiendi of course. As for demons, I think we should indeed confer on the actual kings, but for the most part, I like fiddling with lower class demons. Oh, and just a warning, I'm a bit of a bishonen(pretty boy) bot, so while I can make ugly characters, and girls(Pretty or otherwise) I have a tendency to not unless I feel particularly inspired. Not that it's a conscious thing, it's just how my brain works :P So anything I do make with most likely be beautiful in it's own way, unless we need something that isn't then I can work with that too :P

That movie may not be the best movie with angels in it, however that has got to be the best description I have ever heard for them, ever. Oh, and what did you think of my idea of having, like, 20% of the angel population Guardian Angels? I think it may add a fun twist :P We can even go as low as 10%, I just want to have a few of them :P

Edit: Also, I has a question. . . Do we have plans of Illiendi ever actually getting at least an inkling of this thing called love, or will this all be one sided on Amano's part, and Illiendi will return to hell with only ever simply indulging Amano's more base desires?

Illiendi and Love: He will get it in time but it will take a long time. He'll probably fuck Amano if he wanted and still not get it but as they travel and do things together he will start showing he cares without even realising it (One particular scene I have in mind will show it rather better than others). He's already growing to like Amano as one might like a hamster and to be fair, for him, that's pretty good going in such a short time. Love WILL come into it but how soon/late sort of depends on Amano and their adventure and how things pan out. I don't like jumping straight into the 'love' thing as I like it to feel more realistic. I once had a roleplay where my character loved another (and he loved her) but they didn't say as much for 2 years IRL time.

Angels: I like the idea of a few guardian angels, 15% (happy medium?) could be that described, perhaps considered 'defective' so looked down on a bit by others but still treated respectfully. I think Dogma is sorta good at explaining some of it, constaintine's take on Angels is pretty good too. But yeah i prefer the more 'biblical' angels rather than the aww we're so sweet ones. Especially when it comes to Paimon as he used to be high in the court of angels and fell (as the other kings did) with Lucifer.

Oh, I agree, no rushing the love thing :P Rushing makes for poor romances. I was just wondering if he was capable, or if you wanted him simply unable to feel such things :P Let things go as they will, and we'll see how they go, ne? I know Amano is already quite curious towards Illiendi, wanting to know more, and while he knows his body reacts to the demon, he thinks it's just a natural thing that happens to everybody :P

Maybe not defective. . .But perhaps lacking metal? Like. . . .Loki(Gabriel), from supernatural. He's tough, but he refuses to fight? I see the guardians as ones who are not exactly warrior material, or who have an affinity for humans that is a little unnatural for an angel.

Loving it, it's one of my favourites. Nothing I'd like to see more of yet as this is like a prologue to the beginning which will be when they head out to sea. Which is going to see a whole lot more action, fighting, emotional torment and the introduction to new 'characters'. You?

I have only one little thing to mention, and it's about side character control. Just because I intro'd them, doesn't mean I wanna reserve exclusive rights to Amano's family. You are free to come up with the responses for them when Illiendi interacts with them, I will not be offended. I'm glad you're liking it, I am too *Grin* I always get a little giggle rush when I see you've posted :P
