With a Team Rocket Grunt for a father, and a Team Rocket Scientist for a mother, Kael was already on the path to becoming a Team Rocket member himself by being influenced at an early age. While living in Kanto, he had been raised to be arrogant, condescending, and to have a capacity for cruelty, going to any means to please his parents. At the same time, Kael was able to put on the facade of being much nicer, but still just as loud. His father's main jobs tended to involve infiltrating places where Pokémon were stored as Pokéballs, namely Pokémon Centers, and stealing as many Pokémon as possible to be sent to Team Rocket HQ. Kael wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, and has occasionally stolen minor things from Pokémon Centers himself. Kael is often pleased when he sees a Pokémon Center, not only because he can heal any Pokémon he might have, but because he could contribute to Team Rocket's movement.

When Kael came of trainer age, his father negotiated with some of the assistants at Team Rocket HQ, and they sent Kael his first Pokémon - a Pawniard from Unova. However, somewhere along the line, someone made a mistake, and a second Pawniard was accidentally sent alongside the first. They were identical, and it was difficult to tell them apart, Kael was never fond of giving nicknames, but he has since dubbed them "The Warped" and "The Arced", respectively. However, he changed the colour of The Arced with some sort of paint, so they could be told apart better. Some tend to mistake The Arced for a shiny Pokémon, but are quickly corrected by Kael. With his two Pokémon, he was finally able to go on his own 'journey' to become a Pokémon Master Team Rocket Executive.

Although he has never seen him before in person, Kael apparently compares Giovanni to some sort of god, and respects him as such. So much so that many of his battle victories and acts of thievery are in the name of Team Rocket. Some would likely call him a fanatic, and they would probably be right.


Pokémon:

Kael appears to have a preference for dark type Pokemon, secondary or primary. But at the moment, he only has two of the same kind of Pokémon.

Appearance: He looks like any other grunt, except taller and with a slightly oversized hat that near completely overshadows his eyes. Occasionally wears a red-collared cape and a white version of his uniform as his alter ego.
Affiliation: Team Rocket
Bio: While his most of his past remains a mystery, even to himself, Leon does remember that he had taken a dislike for the strong. As a fellow underdog, he understood the power struggle that took place; however, Leon embraced his status as the lesser being. While he would always take in Pokemon, he fought only with the ones people deemed weak. To him, even the weak could be the strongest.

Leon revels in both his crime life and in his anti-villain alternate persona, Rocket Man. As a regular grunt, Leon is surprisingly more memorable than most due to his large hat, which was given to him because it was the only one left. As Rocket Man, Leon travels from place to place, stopping all non-Team Rocket crimes and acting as a representative of the underdog; a title that he wears proudly. While respected by the public, officials found him as a pest because he was increasing the influence of Team Rocket.

I...don't quite understand what your character is about. He sounds like a vigilantee superhero dude who is also a Team Rocket grunt for an unexplained reason. And he's also been on the news stopping non-Team Rocket crimes...?

Pretty much. While they have linked him to Team Rocket(No surprise there), they can't really do anything to him because they don't know his normal identity and he's technically doing good as a hero. He's really normal, but at the same time, really weird.

Yeah, I don't like the weird side of him. In this world, he'd most likely never be on the news (since Team Rocket has undercover guys in the media and police force) and would be beaten or killed for being "Rocket Man." I'm sorry, but I won't accept a vigilante. You can submit another character or edit this one.

Bio: Being raised by two Team Rocket employees, Yara was constantly under pressure from the propaganda her parents preached; for a while it seemed as though she rejected this idea, however she was finally pressurised into the diamond her parents knew she could be. Her brothers, Kael and Caesar, were already ahead in becoming true members of the corporation, yet her desperation allowed her to research much on Rocket history and some tips and tricks for basic thievery and harm.

Yara knew she could not do much without a Pokemon, so the day that Kael was granted his two Pawniards, she pulled the victim role in that it was unfair, how he had two and she had nothing. Her father obviously would not leave his own princess without, and to make up for the two, a Ralts was gifted to her with it's hidden ability: Telepathy, and due to it being psychic she dubbed it Fortune. Of course she coddled the poor creature day and night, having to occasionally take Caesar's hunger filled threats, yet she prevailed and managed to convince it to cooperate with her.

Whilst her judgement on Giovanni remains neutral, she does believe that she would make a better leader, forcing lackeys to die for her word seems like such an excellent dream, one that may be achieved through this so called journey. Yara would love to see her brothers commit to her wants, perhaps she may do anything for it.
Pokemon: Yara takes a liking to weak things with strong potential, probably since she sees herself as much.
