[Innovative Engimas]

Name: Mitonk Fastblast

Race: Gnome

Age: 86 (He's a little under middle age.)

Description: Mitonk is a sturdy 108 cm, by any most conventional standards his race or by others his build is considered average. His hair has the blasted back appeal to it but has been turned blue, how it happened he don't know or care. Probably an invention gone wrong but what he is worried about is the gray hair popping up. It's said he has brown colored eyes but its just whats said considering he wears goggles one lens tinted blue, the other green. Having a goatee that has the shine of a gems to it but its probable that it is only grease that coats it.

Biography: Well Mitonk is Mitonk and a nut job and a genius according to most. Born in Old Gnomeragan before the conflict that ensued the city. Though he never spent much time there after he graduated from the Tinker's Academy, Mainly staying around Ironforge procuring new items for invention, looking for rare metals and substance for uses. Also becoming a drunk when funds allowed it, which his invention get quite odd and well confusing unless you looking threw beer googles.

With the on set of the second war the need for reconnaissance was deeply needed, becoming apart Gnome team the designed and made the flying craft. Also one of the few bat shit crazy enough to try it, earning him accommodation to a certain degree. Following his work throughout the days of the second war to help give the alliance the edge it needed. Though as soon as the war was considered a victory and celebration ensued and well Mitonk loving his drink, drank so much he ended up as a beggar. Though homeless he still tinkered on despite the lack of well most everything.

Returning to Gnomeragan short before the Trogg excursion and irradiation of the city, trying to paton several ideas for wide spread use, though it would seem he wouldn't get there in time. Unknowingly waltzing right into the city the onslaught of troggs and fleeing survivors, flowing closely was the radiation substance. Almost catching him in the process, becoming ill and falling into a month long comma. Afterwards becoming more of a crazy coot. Becoming more of an ongoing joke than anything because of his outlandish idea's had grown more exceedingly crazy.

Moving from the Ironforge area to Stormwind was an easy one, believing Humans and the TinkerTown gnomes would be more appreciative of his ideas and theories. In all actuality it got worse for Mitonk to the point where all he could do was developed mechano toys for the children to feed himself and that was if the parent's would allow it even considering his tinkers often resulted badly or defaulted.

Name: Reginald Westrice V

Race: Human

Age: 25

Description: Most of Reginald's appearance is pretty average. He has average height. Average build. He doesn't stick out too much in a crowd. He has blue eyes and longish brown hair. He wears a good-looking outfit, but then again it's nothing spectacular. He wears no jewelry. Some would say his most interesting physical feature is the hat that he wears. It's a leather wide-brimmed Panama with a black band and a brilliantly colored feather that changes colors in the light sticking out of it. He is about as clean as any other traveling merchant.

Biography: Reginald was born to a family of traders and inherited his father's name just like his father before him. Just like his father, he also inherited the business of trade. As soon as he could start learning, Father taught Reginald the works. He enjoyed it mostly because he got to spend time with his beloved Father. When the boy turned into a man, Father sent him on his first official job on his own: a simple exchange of goods among the shops and tradesmen of Stormwind. The task was indeed easy and very much boring to Reginald, but Father explained how every big task began with small steps, so Reginald bore the boredom without much difficulty.

After some years Father had various dealings with a man by the name of Sherpa, what these jobs were, Reginald had no idea, but in the end there was a massive disagreement among both parties and shots were fired (crossbow shots mostly). After the dust settled Father's body was returned to the Family household. Reginald decided to black list Sherpa from his family's company and took over. Now, he's doing his best as a practical merchant trading across many towns as he could.

Also, I'll work on finding a good timing for you to join the RP. This could of course be hastened if you happened to come up with a reason for being in the sewer.

By the way, Drew, since you're a merchant, what do you think about having had dealings with Sherpa( the thread's main villain) in the past? I think it could be a good way to get you integrated and involved in the plot.

I was trying to go for more the comedic role really, the reason for a Gnome to be in the sewers hmmm... Hiding for owing money, Blowing up a blockage, Exterminating rats for gold, Or it could rain Gnomes for an invention gone wrong blast him in it. Choose his last name for good meaning haha. Also if its not too much of a hassle can I get a let bit of whats going on to catch up on whats been happening?

Indeed, come to think of it; a gnome engineer would have plenty of stuff to do in a sewer.

Does your gnome specialize in a certain line of tech, like explosives, pyrotechnician, quantum mechanics, contraptions or is he more of a general engineer with a finger in every pie so to say? :P

The party has just survived an ambush in the sewer after being split up, where they were attacked by both assassins, the undead, black wizards and a rather vicious banshee.

Liaena and Serphia(whom are currently in a heated argument), Sharon, Vashi, Lord Greymoon and another sentinel I think are in a hall filled to the brim with animal bones that just recently were reanimated and attacked them, but defeated.

Rithrynn, Leia and Shani are currently chasing after Donald, an assassin who just managed to escape from the group's custody in the hall. They are currently somewhere in the many sewer tunnels.
Rithrynn did break off from the chase though to go after Sherpa, whom she spotted in her search.

Also, in a cistern in the sewer, there's also a half-unconscious dwarf called Smokey who works for Sherpa, but who was gravely wounded earlier.

The action is spread quite loosely out across the sewer, as you may have noticed :)

I might make a short list of the NPCs, because I realize we might have quite a lot of them running around in the RP thus far.

We're not very good at killing off our NPCs like they do in an overdramatic action movie :P

Also, we do have a Gnome Shopkeeper in this RP that we'd had a lot of dealings with. She's an NPC, so before I write her note, I was wondering if you maybe wanted to have any sorts of connection to that character, maybe sibling or friend?

She's a shopkeeper in the dwarven district who sells all sort of crazy gadgets(and has become Liaena's favorite shop as well, I might add).. Less than half of her stock is probably actually legal.

I don't think Eddard is dead personally. That would work out good since what my character tends to make odd ball items that tend to be more explosive to ones health. I would think a cousin would be good.

Gnome Shopkeeper. Has her own gadget shop in the Dwarven District of Stormwind called "Gimpsy's Amazing Emporium of Brilliant Solutions". 46 years old. Bright blue hair. 100cm tall. Elder sister of Mipsy.

She also has a little sister, so I guess that means you get two cousins :P

Also, just throwing this out here; seeing as Blizzard has always been terrible at filling in the smaller details of their stories, we've so far agreed that even though a race can live for twice the age of a human, they generally tend to reach adulthood in roughly the same time (maybe a few years slower though).

Mainly because I found it difficult to justify the survival of a specie if it took its members 100s of years to grow up(physically at least) from a Darwinian standpoint :P

I have an idea of you can introduce Mitonk. He could be working on the intake and outtake with since recent complaints have been coming up. Maybe in the rp have the sewer levels rising or something of the sort.

That's pretty close to what I also had in mind. Maintenance is an inevitable part of any functional sewer system after all ;)

I can imagine a scenario where you either bump into the group, or the group bumps into you.

Seeing as Donald the assassin is currently doing a Jason Bourne impersonation through the sewers atm, he might very well run into you on his way.
