So, as an estimate how many people would you say lived on planet Earth in this time period?

So I was working out statistics for the population of aliens living in the Virtus Empire and this is what I've come up with (of course this is subject to change)

About 1 Rothian to every 10,000 Humans ---(playing around with either 10,000 or 100,000 Humans)
1 Masulu to every 800 Humans ---(playing around with either 800 or 500 Humans)
1 Tempu to every 400 Humans (primarily used as indentured servants)
1 Dirophyd to every 100 Humans (primarily used as indentured servants)

And I think the capitol planet will either be known as Terra or Eden

I like Terra better but I don't like how it's just Latin for Earth so I am leaning towards Eden.

Could just make it Nova Terra. Nova meaning new. 800 is probably better though considering most of the people picked up by the empire would be on fringe planets that the Sovreignty didn't care to squash a rebellion on. Those planets would have few Masulu on them by default, though with close trading relationships dual citizenship's tend to crop up. Hmmm I suppose that would depend on just how close that relationship was. How close would you care for it to be? Defensive pact with heavy trading maybe? That case would probably mean it would allow those specific people to move freely back and forth, though that depends on what the culture is like in the empire I suppose. As if you decided to get a citizenship their it would probably need to be a better place to live for atleast someone or some type of people.

Well the Vitrus empire has always existed just more so in our heads and not terribly fleshed out. The idea being that the war gave some power to more minor factions within Human space to rise up and sieze power. One faction being the Order of the Mother Bear (Space USSR basically) and the Vitrus Empire (Space Romans). They are smaller factions than the human Earth based government but still own quite a few planets. The Sovereignty is close trading partners with the Vitrus in an attempt to undermine the human government basically but they hate the Order of the bear. Them hating the bear since they essentially use the big bad aliens as a way to stay in power and keep harassing fringe worlds, so when they become bothersome enough the Sovereignty goes in and does some house cleaning with Bear bases of power. Their allowed to do this since they are not part of the assembly and the mainline human government hates both groups anyways.

I've been waiting to see if anyone else was going to post. In particular, I am wondering if Hailfire is still around. I recall him saying he wanted to stick around, but that has been a while. I am going to try to contact him. If I can't, I'll move Ashley some place else for the moment.
