weapon: his claws, teeth, and tail. He also uses a 12 gauge shotgun when he gets his hand on it. He can manifest lightning in many ways. One way is where he manifests it and makes it arc towards a target shocking and burning them. Another way he can use it is electrifying his hand to hand techniques and extending his claws with lightning. If the chance arises he can even manipulate natural lighting to make high damage attacks.

Bio: He is a very calm guy usually keeping to himself an listening to music. He looks more lion than man which is why his hoodie is usually up but sometimes he takes it down. White is his favorite color because he is colorblind. He has trained in martial arts his entire life thanks to the hybrid weapon program but finally was decided a failure due to insufficient motivation. Now he is chained in a room and was recently released. He used to want nothing more than to settle down with a girl named Summerlyn she was a hybrid and was beautiful, however she was killed by another hybrid during the training exercises and if given the chance Alfa will kill him if he finds out who it was. He hasn't felt love since and his entire purpose seems lost but he sometimes sees visions of her or hears her voice. He believes her love transcends death and wait until his to be reunited with her.

that's a pretty specific weakness, could you make it a bit more vaugue, like water in general?

ok but like what it does is make his electricity hurt him as well since he is literally that electric. But it still takes more than a super soaker to take him down lol. Also has it been three days in the RP if so he will be coming out of stasis.

basically like water, as in if he's standing in water he might electrocute himself or something,

Alright, here's what the Syrum will do. It can make you human, kill you, or mutate you further. Some one please bite on this! ^_^

Anyway a few things, if you wish to be mutated all mutations must be cleared in PM with AL or myself before hand. If your character is already pushing OP you can mutate but your powers will shift, instead of getting more powerful. If you have any questions please ask!

hey could I have Vex be given the syrum and it make him mutate or maybe a another strain or something since the scientist have him in stasis they could do that to him.

Alright. Since there is no logical reason they would give it to him I'll stick with Trace being a general butt head.
