Yeah. The character will only be making vague predictions unless someone wants me to have him predict a certain event or person.

Well, it won't be to effective, unless someone gives me a heads up about something. I wanted to have that specific character be able to do this, that way if anyone wants their plot set up a certain way, I can have the said character predict the events, so the desired outcome of the plot is more likely. A 'third eye', if you will.

You could technically say two, because I have TL and Singularity, while you have Dane, but I don't care. But you should know that another character won't speed up the IC; that depends on when everybody gets on.
