If am to provide a scenario; can I have an idea of what to do in the current scene ic side?

You're character will create a scenario, say so:

Currently the identity of the victim remains unknown, also the nature of her death (Was she stab, shot or smothered? And also any other details you think that would be interesting.). So I guess you can make your character inquire along those lines. And as stated in the updated OOC, it moves on the development stage, wherein there is no posting order, standard RP flow, until it has matured and/or concluded.

P.S. A scenario just means the current setting the RP will be taking place and/or suspicion in question i.e. you suspect a character, make a scenario which will make that character suspicions.

EDIT: We still have to wait for the remaining players who haven't posts their chara intros, blackCat and Polyphemus

I think they're asking for everyone's position IC. I can say that Lily and Chris are rushing to the crime scene, but will have to look back to see where everyone else is (mobile SOZ))

Isaac is within the vicinity of the crime scene
Dan is within the vicinity of the crime scene
Chris is heading to the crime scene.
Lily is heading to the crime scene.

Inquire about the victim and the nature of her death. Example: Your character heard someone say that the girl's name is Annie and she was Stab.

Basically, make your character try to identify the victim and that scenario would translate to everybody. They can either conform to the "rumor" your character heard, or they can believe another "rumor", but don't limit yourself, after your post, everything is free-flowing i.e. no constraining turn order.
