Depending on how you wanted to get re-introduced to the group, you could post as soon as now. I haven't done anything with Neon at all for the current day in the RP, so if you wanted to seek her out, or bump into her in the capital ("accidentally" or otherwise) you can do that and I'll post a reply for her.

She hasn't done anything this morning other than wake up in Shade's house. I set her up in case anyone wanted to interact with her regarding the previous day's events, but everyone found something to do. I was going to have her fly to the council of the righteous and attempt to meet with some of the councilors to speak her mind about the coming vote on whether to go to war against the daeva or not, but I haven't done so yet. You could safely assume she is at any point between Shade's house and the council in your post. I'll pick up from there.
