"Don't you have your own classes to teach?" questioned Chase. Shrugging, she decided that if he had nothing better to do, then he could. "If that's what you want, be my guest." Meruin, for her part, was already thinking of possible ways to get a victory over Mithrail. Such is the way of an Assassin Mage, after all; time and skill were her main tools. With enough of both, anyone could be defeated and anything could be achieved.

"I haven't been assigned which class to teach yet, so I don't have anything better to do," Joseph said. Of course, all this time the voice of his crazier half was trying to persuade him to let it take control, but he ignored it.

Chase glanced at him then grinned. "All right then. In any case, I don't think I'm all that good at teaching anyway. Also, keep yourself under control; I'd hate for a fight between us to break out inside the class," she added teasingly.

Mithrail looked for the counter. She needed to find her room number; for this school's sake, they had better have gotten her a nice room. On the way there, she bumped into Meruin. "Watch it, shorty," she growled out, still in a bad mood because of her fight with Sol.

Joseph nodded. "Teaching should keep me under control. I used to be James's teacher, and teaching always kept my other half under control, especially since my other half didn't come naturally."

Charles would arrive at the class room, and looks at the other students before taking an empty seat, knowing chances are he'll be announced to the class or something sense he was the new student. he would sit back some and wait for class to begin, rubbing his left bracelet, thinking about how this school is going to be.. and wonders if he'll also get drawn into fights like he seen earlier.

After reading a while, Cruz closed his book, only to notice that the classroom was starting to fill up. As he looked around, many students were talaking, gossiping and laughing. As he looked, there was a student, in the back. He was rubbing his bracelet. Hmm? I do not remember him... is he possibly a new student?, Cruz thought.

Meruin remained unaffected by her jabs and just stared at Mithrail. Sighing, she apologized. "Apologies for bumping into you, I was a little preoccupied. Congratulations on winning your fight by the way," she added, not really caring about her victory.

Tyler saw Meruin walking and walked beside her. "You're really just going to take that? You could completely destroy her given the chance." He pointed out in a loud tone. "She isn't a match for you." He made sure that Mithrail would hear.

Something snapped. That would be Mithrail's temper. The girl rounded towards Tyler and Meruin, glaring incredibly. "What. Was. That?" As a sign of her anger, the wind spirits that she didn't even bother to use in her fight against Sol began moving about, agitated. It was vreating small tornadoes that erratically flew around her.

Meruin gave Tyler a withering glare. He did that on purpose! She cleared her throat to answer her. "Nothing. My friend is a bit biased about my abilities, that is all." She of course refrained from actually saying Mithrail was better than her; even Meruin had her pride, and of course, she agreed with Tyler: if they fought, she would win.

Mithrail snorted. "You had better not be lying. You're right anyway; there's no comparison between us, runt, so watch where you're going next time. You wouldn't want to end up like that man earlier, would you?"

Meruin nearly snorted. Sol was taking it easy on her and he paid the price. If he actually used magic, Meruin had no doubt the fight would be so one-sided. Then again, the girl had yet to display any of the other abilities attributed to Celestial's - like flight for one. Those tornadoes however . . . "I'll keep that in mind," responded Meruin evenly. She would win, regardless of whatever cards Mithrail had hidden. She just had to make sure her cards were better.

Joseph went over to Meruin. "If you'd like, I can help you prepare for the fight. I know quite a bit about Celestials, so I can give you information on what's coming."

Chase patted Joseph on the shoulder and shook her head. She leaned in to whisper: "I gave her the task to fight her, No outside help, got it?" Meruin, for her part never even considered asking. "No thank you, mister Joseph. Besides, I'm not quite fighting her, isn't that right?" she said looking at Mithrail.

Joseph looked at Chase, and actually got a slight grin, before quietly saying, "Got it. But would recommending a book be considered outside help?"

Tyler frowned. 'And here I was thinking I could get a free show. Drat.' He thought to himself. He ignored Meruin's glare and looked at her calmly. "You're going to fight her soon anyways. Just thought I would help speed things up." He said in a low tone so Mithrail wouldn't hear. "Do you think she dislikes fire? I know I would with all those wind spirits." He winked at Meruin and whistled casually.

Charles would look around the class room again wondering where the teacher(s) was, wanting to get class through with so he could see how this place would be. He would notice the other student looking at him and raises an eyebrow then just looks down at the desk/table and thinks to himself about his own abilities.

Meruin turned a bit red as Tyler winked at her. Regaining her composure she explained under her breath: "I'll fight her definitely, but I'll do so with my full power. It will take me some time but trust me: I will make sure I win in less than twenty moves." That was the challenge she put on herself, now that she held her Soul Rune. If she couldn't make it, then that meant she needed more practice. "If she asks for it, go ahead and give it," said Chase. "I don't see that happening though. She's pretty stubborn for someone so quiet. Now if you don't mind, I think I've got a class to get to." She didn't mind whether Joseph followed or not. It took her awhile, but she eventually found the class she was assigned to (Cruz and Charles were here). Swinging the door open she announced her arrival with much energy. "Hello everyone, my name is Chase Asu du Morgan! I'll be your instructor from here on in~!" she said.

Joseph just followed her because he said that he'd be teaching alongside her. He had read most of her theories, and had a few of his own he wanted to contribute. After Chase, introduced herself, Joseph looked at the class. Of course James was here. Back when he could do normal magic he had practically worshipped Chase, because of the fact that he was a fire mage and wanted to end up just like her. Too bad that would never happen now. "My name is Joseph Leonard Hunter," he said. Of course, giving out his middle name would reveal that he was really the famous magic scribe who had translated literally every magic tome and grimoire he could get his hands on.
