The Doctor was very pale and he just lay there and looked at her, he closed his eyes "Ohh I am ? Opps." he coughed badly.

Donna looked at the doctor she was worried for him. She quickly got some cough medicine and another slleping pill . "Here drink this" she held out a spoon ful of the cough syrup for the Doctor. "And if you can't sleep there's a pill to help you sleep on the sidestand"

"I won't need it," The Doctor takes the cough medicine "I'm so sick, I barely have the energy to.........' he trailed of and had fallen asleep, his arms are around a pillow.

Donna ruffled the doctors hairhbefore going to sit on the couch.

The Doctor was breathing heavily. He started to have bad dreams. He was sweating and he rolled over in his bed. He moaned and cried a bit. He hated having bad dreams.

Donna came in unsure if she should wake him or not. "Doctor" she shook his should gently. 'Snap out of it. Its just a dream"

The Doctor awoke and he just hugged his friend and closed his eyes. "Sorry... have alot bad dreams, not much that you can do." he whispered a bit. He coughed.

Donna hugged him back. She sat on the edge of the body gentle brushing and ruffling hi hair. She grabbedc a cloth from off the night stand and wiped the sweat off of his face. "We.ve all been there done that"

The Doctor moaned like he was in pain. He seemed to just sigh when Donna wiped away the sweat, it did feel a little better at least. He looked at her."Where id be without you I'd never know." he seemed weak.

"Niether do I. " she gave a small laugh."you know the more you think about it the worse it will be"

"Where is your mother and grandfather?" The Doctor asked "Can't imagine your mother being pleased I'm here." He didn't think Donna's mother liked him he coughed. He knew Wilf her grandad treated him as a friend though.

"Off on some business trip. The house is a whole lot more peaceful without her. She dragged wilfred with her. I feel bad for him" she explained

The Doctor chuckled a bit and coughed "I can imagine. Your mother makes me neverous sometimes," he forced a small grin and lay there. He curled up in blankets.

"That's not even the half of it. Are you comfortable enough?" She asked

The Doctor nodded a bit and smiled at her "I bet." he whispered. He knew he would get bored soon enough. He sighed and lay there. He felt very lightheaded.

" do you wanna watch some tv? She offered

The Doctor smiled "That would be great thanks Donna." He whispered , he didn't want to talk loud because his throat hurt.

She nodded and turned on the tv and handed him the tv remote so he could chooses what he wanyed to watch. She yawned stretched and sat down on a chair beside the bed

The Doctor smiled and relaxes and just flicks through the tv channel. He was a bit pale still "Tired Donna?" he asked. He didn't want her staying up for his sake.

"No I'm fine" she shook it off. She watched the Doctor relax and enjoy himself a little and smiled.
