Born the son of a Japanese banker and an American bar owner Yanto had a fairly normal upbringing until his 17th birthday saw the death of both his parents in an arson attack. The culprit was never apprehended and it was this that lead him down the career path of the police, he gradually worked his way up the ranks and gained himself a representation as an efficient and creative officer of the law, even planning and taking part in a number of undercover operations.

I guess Baba Yaga is gonna stick to Asuka. And I was so eager to play another shinigami, but what are we gonna do with that?^^ Let the police force have a death note that they will actually use this time, like someone had suggested in the original series?

Personality-Kyandi is "sweet and gentle" or at least that's what it seems. She's hyper and impatient. But she's sadistic and likes to hurt others though she doesn't show this trait.

Small Bio- Kyandi was "Batman-ed" at a young age and was taken to an orphanage. There she was the constant victim of bullying. She would only occasionally fight back. At school Kyandi got excellent grades, and found she didn't have to try too hard at school. She joined her schools chess club but found that she was talented at strategy games even though she was incredibly impatient. Recently she was going to grab her bag full of Pocky out of the trashcan and saw a Death Note stuck in a tree branch. She grabbed her bag and the Death Note and has had the book ever since.

I would think they had a death note (I havent read death note in forever so it may be edgy for me.)
The last thing I remember is that the police force did have a death note and was using it against kira. So I say the police force would have one.

I remember the father of LIght traded his eyes for shinigami eyes, but I don't think the police acutally used it like Kira did.
So there are two kiras and one death note with the police force, making it three death notes in the human world, right?

Would the police not have Light's death not in evidence storage or would Ryuk have taken it back?

The death note Light used was returned to the original owner. The Police force does have a death note, but it's locked up and kept under surveillance I got this from Yahoo answers to kinda help:

The death note #1

1. SIDOH's - originally given by ryuk to light, then went to higuchi through rem, then to task force, traded by mello's mafia for sayu, claimed by sidoh, taken back to shinigami world by sidoh.

2. GEALOUS's - taken by rem on gealous's death after saving misa, given to misa by rem, buried in the ground after she gave up ownership, taken out by misa after getting released from surveillance, remained with misa for a long time, given to mikami, got into the hands of near in the end.

3. REM's - actually belonged to rem, taken by light after rem's death, sent to task force in the name of kira through ryuk, remained with task force, carried by Aizawa at the final show down.

Death note#2

The last death note ultimately ended up in the hands of the task force. If I recall correctly, Sidoh's Death Note was confiscated by the task force after Higuchi was apprehended, but was forfeited during a hostage exchange with Mello.

Misa and Light covertly give Rem's Death Note to the task force after they lose the first one to Mello. This is the Death Note that allowed Soichiro to be granted Shinigami eyes. This Death Note is kept by the task force all the way until the end, but it's kept under lock.

Anyway, is it okay, GuySenpai, if I'm the shinigami that's going to appear at the police force's place? I think Veareth would have more fun annoying the police and try to have them use the death note.
